背景技术

发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,一种用于存储和分配两种流体的推进剂驱动的流体筒包括罐,该罐具有形成在其上的开口,并具有与该开口相对的密封端。该筒还包括设置在罐内的固定筒和设置在该固定筒内的导流管,其中该固定筒限定了与形成在罐中的开口处于连通的出口,该导流管限定了与由固定筒限定的出口并置的出口。该筒还包括第一活塞和可移动筒,该第一活塞设置在固定筒的内部与导流管的外部之间从而形成用于第一流体的流体腔,该可移动筒具有封闭端和侧壁,其中该可移动筒设置在固定筒内,位于第一活塞与罐的密封端之间,并且其中该可移动筒侧壁连接到第一活塞,并具有至少一个形成于该侧壁中的通道。根据本发明的此方面,该筒还包括压缩壁,该压缩壁设置在可移动筒的内部,位于第一活塞与可移动筒的封闭端之间,其中该压缩壁和该可移动筒限定了用于第二流体的第二流体腔。在该罐内设置有推进剂,并且阀连接到罐的开口。

参照图1,示出了本发明的推进剂驱动的双流体筒20的实施例,该双流体筒20连接有阀22并具有静态混合器24。如下文所详细说明的,双流体筒20存储两种彼此分离的流体,直到用户准备将流体混合到一起。而且,如下文详细说明的,推进剂可用于促使筒驱动。该推进剂驱动的双流体筒包括外罐26。在此视图中,阀22处于关闭位置,并包括阀体28、阀门30、阀触发器32、阀双端口出口34和静态混合器连接器36。

特别参照图2,可以看到,在此实施例中,阀22的双端口出口34的通道与推进剂驱动的筒20的纵轴成90度设置。如在图2B中最好地看到,在阀门30同样如它在图1中那样处于关闭位置的情况下,在阀门30处,端口64、70被有效地阻挡。如图2A中所见,端口64与流体腔42处于直接连通,而端口70与流体腔40处于直接连通。

图5示出了可用流体被排空的推进剂驱动的双流体筒20。如在气雾剂产品中通常发现的,在此实施例中,筒20仍含有推进剂72。而且,在此实施例中,小量的流体46留在端口64中以及导流管50的内部区域中。可采用诸如在共同拥有的美国专利申请Ser.No.11/031929中所述的方法来使剩余流体46减到最少,所述方法可包括改进排空杆62或完全地去除杆62。在此实施例中,较小量的流体44留在端口70中。
本发明的筒20的一个实施例可以如下方式组装。首先,如在具有活塞的气雾剂行业中通常所做的那样,在外罐26的生产过程期间,将双流体筒内部部件以图5中所示的构造插入外罐26中。在此实施例中,可将杯84连接到外罐26并将杯84卷曲,并且利用气雾剂行业中通用的方法形成密封件86。在此实施例中,然后或者通过穿过罐26中的开口94的杆或者通过使用空气压力将双流体筒内部部件推向杯84中的开口。在双流体筒内部部件处于杯84中适当位置的情况下,将杯84卷曲并且形成密封件88,以便如图示的那样与双流体筒内部部件接合。卷曲通过与气雾剂行业中通常使用的方法相类似的方法实现。然后使用与共同拥有的美国专利No.6848480中所涉及的方法相类似的方法或者通过使用真空来利用流体44、46填充双流体筒部件以消除滞留空气。

图7、7A、7B和8示出了本发明的其它阀和混合器附件的实施例。当筒20的流体成分44、46混合到一起时,它们形成最终产品。由此,所用的混合器24是可任意处理的。然而,当允许流体44、46在出口34处混合时,问题出现了。最终产品能够在实际上致使所有剩余在筒20中的流体无用的情况下形成,因为这些剩余流体不能被分配。此实施例的阀和混合器附件110解决了此问题。阀和混合器附件110包括带有翼片销124a、124b的阀连接件112、具有端口116a、116b的混合器114以及具有翼片120a、120b的混合器壳体118。阀连接件112具有形成于其中的端口122a、122b。
要将阀和混合器附件110连接到阀22,将阀连接件端口122a、122b与出口34中的端口对齐,并将阀连接件112推到出口34上。混合器壳体118的翼片120a、120b搭扣在阀连接件112的翼片销124a、124b中。作为此过程的一部分,混合器114的端口116a、116b与阀连接件112的端口122a、122b对齐,并连接到所述端口122a、122b。翼片连接件使混合器壳体118和所封装的混合器114能够容易地拆除和替换。这种配置还保持阀22的出口34不留有混合到一起的流体44、46。由此,筒20能反复地再利用,直到它的所有容纳物都被使用。图8显示了替代实施例,在该实施例中,翼片120a、120b与阀连接件112整体形成,并且混合器壳体118具有与阀连接件112的改进翼片销124a、124b相互作用并接合的接合凸缘126a、126b。
图9示出了本发明的另一实施例。此实施例中所示的阀与图6中所示的阀22b类似。然而,应当注意的是可采用任何阀配置,包括图2B和其它先前的附图中所示的阀22。在此实施例中,固定筒120具有非密封稳定环122,以确保双流体筒相对于外罐26和杯84的中心位置。在图9的实施例中,推进剂72容纳在形成于移动筒126上的凸缘124与外罐26的底部76之间的腔74中。形成在罐26内的区域128容纳环境空气。区域128通过卷曲的区域130与环境大气处于连通,但不像在其它先前所述的实施例中那样进行密封。
流体44、46的压力与凸缘124的直径和推进剂72的蒸汽压力成比例。如同前述的实施例一样,通过阀22和静态混合器24,推进剂72压在可移动筒60和同轴活塞52上,因为推进剂72具有已知的蒸汽压力,该蒸汽压力大于大气压力与存在于组件内部的摩擦损失的。如前所述,同轴活塞52和可移动筒60的挤压迫使流体44、46流出它们的腔40、42并进入端口64、70中。由此,当阀22打开时,流体从筒中流出。
此系统可基于各种双流体的比率使用。具有不同于1:1比率的双流体筒的示例在共同拥有的美国专利申请Ser.No.10/938328中公开。此处描述和要求保护的此筒20可在使用多种流体(例如,超过两种)的情况下采用。
尽管已经根据特定的实施例对本发明进行了讨论,但是应当理解的是本发明不是如此限定的。这些实施例在此处作为示例说明,并且具有许多可被采用并仍落在本发明范围内的修改、变形和其它实施例。
Claims (16)
1.一种推进剂驱动的流体筒,用于存储和分配两种流体,包括:
罐,其具有形成在其上的开口,并具有与所述开口相对的密封端;
固定筒,其设置在所述罐内,其中所述固定筒限定了与形成在所述罐中的所述开口处于连通的出口;
导流管,其设置在所述固定筒内,并限定了与由所述固定筒限定的所述出口并置的出口;
第一活塞,其设置在所述固定筒的内部与所述导流管的外部之间,从而形成用于第一流体的流体腔;
可移动筒,其具有封闭端和侧壁,其中所述可移动筒设置在所述固定筒内,位于所述第一活塞与所述罐的所述密封端之间,并且其中所述可移动筒侧壁连接到所述第一活塞,并具有至少一个形成于所述侧壁中的通道;
压缩壁,其设置在所述可移动筒的内部,位于所述第一活塞与所述可移动筒的所述封闭端之间,其中所述压缩壁和所述可移动筒限定了用于第二流体的第二流体腔;
推进剂,其设置在所述罐内;以及
阀,其连接到所述罐的所述开口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的推进剂驱动的流体筒,其中所述阀是触发驱动的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的推进剂驱动的流体筒,其中所述阀是弹簧驱动的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的推进剂驱动的流体筒,进一步包括连接到所述阀的混合器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的推进剂驱动的流体筒,进一步包括连接到所述阀的阀和混合器附件,其中所述阀和混合器附件包括阀连接件、混合器以及混合器壳体,并且所述混合器壳体和所述混合器可与所述阀连接件分开。
6.根据权利要求1所述的推进剂驱动的流体筒,其中所述导流管与所述压缩壁整体形成。
7.一种推进剂驱动的流体筒,用于存储和分配两种流体,包括:
罐,其具有形成在其上的开口,并具有与所述开口相对的密封端;
固定筒,其设置在所述罐内,其中所述固定筒限定了与形成在所述罐中的所述开口处于连通的出口;
导流管,其设置在所述固定筒内,并限定了与由所述固定筒限定的所述出口并置的出口;
第一活塞,其设置在所述固定筒的内部与所述导流管的外部之间,从而形成用于第一流体的流体腔;
可移动筒,其具有封闭端和侧壁,其中所述可移动筒设置在所述固定筒内,位于所述第一活塞与所述罐的所述密封端之间,并且其中所述可移动筒侧壁连接到所述第一活塞,并具有至少一个形成于所述侧壁中的通道;
压缩壁,其设置在所述可移动筒的内部,位于所述第一活塞与所述可移动筒的所述封闭端之间,其中所述压缩壁和所述可移动筒限定了用于第二流体的第二流体腔;
推进剂,其设置在所述罐内;以及
盖,其连接到所述罐并覆盖所述罐的所述开口。
8.一种推进剂驱动的流体筒,用于存储和分配两种流体,包括:
罐,其具有形成在其上的通向大气的开口,并具有与所述开口相对的密封端;
固定筒,其设置在所述罐内,其中所述固定筒限定了与形成在所述罐中的所述开口处于连通的出口;
导流管,其设置在所述固定筒内,并限定了与由所述固定筒限定的所述出口并置的出口;
第一活塞,其设置在所述固定筒的内部与所述导流管的外部之间,从而形成用于第一流体的流体腔;
可移动筒,其具有封闭端,所述封闭端具有从该封闭端向外延伸的凸缘,其中所述可移动筒设置在所述固定筒内,位于所述第一活塞与所述罐的所述密封端之间,并且其中所述可移动筒的所述凸缘从所述可移动筒的所述封闭端向外延伸,以与所述罐的内部接触并密封;
压缩壁,其设置在所述可移动筒的内部,位于所述第一活塞与所述可移动筒的所述封闭端之间,其中所述压缩壁和所述可移动筒限定了用于第二流体的第二流体腔;
推进剂,其设置在所述罐内,位于所述罐的所述密封端与所述可移动筒的所述凸缘之间;以及
阀,其连接到所述罐的所述开口。
9.根据权利要求8所述的推进剂驱动的流体筒,其中所述阀是触发驱动的。
10.根据权利要求8所述的推进剂驱动的流体筒,其中所述阀是弹簧驱动的。
11.根据权利要求8所述的推进剂驱动的流体筒,进一步包括连接到所述阀的混合器。
12.根据权利要求8所述的推进剂驱动的流体筒,进一步包括连接到所述阀的阀和混合器附件,其中所述阀和混合器附件包括阀连接件、混合器以及混合器壳体,并且所述混合器壳体和所述混合器可与所述阀连接件分开。
13.根据权利要求8所述的推进剂驱动的流体筒,其中所述导流管与所述压缩壁整体形成。
14.一种用于组装推进剂驱动的流体筒的方法,所述流体筒用于存储和分配两种流体,所述方法包括:
提供一种罐,所述罐在一端具有开口且在另一端具有用于密封的孔;
提供流体筒组件,所述流体筒组件包括固定筒、导流管、第一活塞、可移动筒以及压缩壁,其中所述导流管设置在所述固定筒内;所述第一活塞设置在所述固定筒的内部与所述导流管的外部之间,从而形成用于第一流体的流体腔;所述可移动筒设置在所述固定筒内并具有侧壁,其中所述可移动筒侧壁连接到所述第一活塞并具有至少一个形成于所述侧壁中的通道;以及所述压缩壁设置在所述可移动筒的内部,其中所述压缩壁和所述可移动筒限定了用于第二流体的第二流体腔;
通过所述开口将所述流体筒组件插入所述罐中;
在所述开口处卷曲所述罐并连接具有开口的杯以容纳所述流体筒组件;
通过所述罐中所述用于密封的孔,将所述流体筒组件推入所述杯中的所述开口中;
卷曲所述杯,以接合所述流体筒组件并将所述流体筒组件固定在适当位置;
用两种流体填充所述流体筒组件;
将阀安装在所述杯中的所述开口上;
通过所述罐中的所述孔,用推进剂填充所述罐;以及
将橡胶塞放在所述孔中以将所述推进剂密封在所述罐中。
15.根据权利要求14所述的用于组装推进剂驱动的流体筒的方法,其中将杆穿过所述罐中的所述孔,以将所述流体筒组件推入所述杯中的所述开口中。
16.根据权利要求14所述的用于组装推进剂驱动的流体筒的方法,其中通过所述罐中的所述孔施加的空气压力用于将所述流体筒组件推入所述杯中的所述开口中。
