Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于密封例如液体或气体储存槽之类的储存槽的密封系统。根据优选实施例,密封系统包含径向阀体,其设置在圆形弹簧增能器内,径向阀体与弹簧增能器一起设置在突起部件内。弹簧增能器与突起部件借由非结合衬垫而分离。各种径向密封部件放置在突起部件的内表面内以确保密封,且所述密封系统可安装到储存槽的衬垫顶部。

本发明优选实施例涉及一种用于密封受压槽的密封系统。
发明内容
本发明涉及用于密封受压储存槽(例如氢储存槽)的密封系统,其可用于例如氢驱动的车辆和陆基储存槽(ground-based storage tank)的各种应用中。所述密封系统可结合多种不同类型的受压槽使用,所述受压槽包含当前由Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide,Inc制造以与内燃机(InternalCombustion Engine,ICE)和燃料电池应用一起使用的35和70MPa氢储存槽。弹簧增能的密封系统为储存高达10,000psi及更高的容纳物的槽提供有效密封。

具体实施方式
图1-5是根据本发明优选实施例的弹簧增能的槽密封系统的各种图示。
图1A说明根据本发明优选实施例的密封系统。如图1A所示,根据优选实施例的密封系统1包含阀体10、阀体径向密封件11、非结合衬垫12、突起部件15、突起到衬垫的外部径向密封件13,以及弹簧增能器部件14。如图1A所示,阀体10包含唇缘部分,其与突起部件的顶部重叠。
图1B说明根据本发明另一实施例的密封系统2。具体地说,所述密封系统2包含阀体20、突起部件25、弹簧增能器部件24、突起到衬垫的外部径向密封件23、非结合衬垫22,以及阀体径向密封件21。
图2和3是根据图1A和1B的实施例的密封系统3的放大图示,其绘示阀体30、阀体支持密封件31、阀体密封件32、弹簧承座33、突起部件34、突起到衬垫的密封件35,以及衬垫36的顶部。
作为外部密封系统,增加的槽压力可帮助密封作用,从而提供槽的有效密封。密封系统的弹簧增能的组件帮助确保衬垫与密封件可恒定(constant)接触,从而补偿可能由极度的槽操作温度和压力造成的滑移和热膨胀;密封系统的弹簧增能的方面也可用于在槽制造期间控制接合完整性。
密封系统使用的到突起部件的非结合衬垫(如图中所示)允许使用具有不良和/或无结合特征的衬垫材料,以便避免结合(化学或机械)到突起表面,同时保持密封完整性。
应注意,密封系统优选地为弹性体(EPDM),且优选地装备在槽外部(图中未示)。
图4-6说明弹簧增能的密封系统,其可从槽中移除,以便允许修理/更换密封组件或为了检查密封组件。
具体地说,图6说明根据本发明又一实施例的密封系统6,其绘示密封件承座60、非结合衬垫61、弹簧增能器62、突起到衬垫的外部径向密封件63,以及突起部件64。
图4和5是根据实施例的可移除式密封系统4(例如图6所示的一个密封系统)的放大图示。具体地说,图6示出阀体40、阀体支持的密封件41、阀体密封件42、密封件承座43、弹簧承座44、突起部件45、突起到衬垫的密封件46,以及衬垫47的顶部。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于密封储存槽的密封系统,所述密封系统包括:
阀体;
突起部件,所述阀体可固定在所述突起部件内;
弹簧增能器部件,所述弹簧增能器部件可固定在所述突起部件内且包围所述阀体;
非结合衬垫,其设置在所述弹簧增能器部件与所述突起部件之间;以及
突起到非结合衬垫的外部径向密封件,其设置在所述突起部件与所述非结合衬垫之间且位于所述突起部件的内部凹槽内,所述突起到非结合衬垫的外部径向密封件在所述阀体的一轴线的径向进行密封,
其中所述弹簧增能器部件用以确保所述非结合衬垫持续接触所述突起到非结合衬垫的外部径向密封件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封系统,其特征在于,进一步包括阀体径向密封件,所述阀体径向密封件与所述突起到非结合衬垫的外部径向密封件成平行关系而设置在所述突起部件的第二内部凹槽内。
3.一种用于密封储存槽的可移除式密封系统,所述可移除式密封系统包括:
阀体;
突起部件;
密封件承座,所述密封件承座设置在所述突起部件内,所述阀体可固定在所述密封件承座内;
弹簧增能器部件,所述弹簧增能器部件可固定在所述突起部件内且包围所述阀体;
非结合衬垫,其设置在所述弹簧增能器部件与所述突起部件之间;以及
突起到非结合衬垫的外部径向密封件,其设置在所述突起部件与所述非结合衬垫之间且位于所述突起部件的内部凹槽内,所述突起到非结合衬垫的外部径向密封件在所述阀体的一轴线的径向进行密封,
其中所述弹簧增能器部件用以确保所述非结合衬垫持续接触所述突起到非结合衬垫的外部径向密封件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可移除式密封系统,其特征在于,进一步包括阀体径向密封件,所述阀体径向密封件与所述突起到非结合衬垫的外部径向密封件成平行关系而设置在所述突起部件的第二内部凹槽内。
