Abstract

Description

轮胎成型鼓
本发明涉及具有线网层缠绕装置的轮胎成型鼓,用于制造未硫化的轮胎坯。
在制造未硫化的轮胎坯时典型地使用气囊来提供在线网层缠绕时所需的压力。这种鼓相对昂贵并且要求以预定的周期性间隔更换气囊。由EP-A 1 001876已知,实现机械式胎缘缠绕装置,其中,所需要的压力通过使用多个单个杠杆来达到,这些杠杆布置得类似于雨伞的撑条。这些机械式装置与使用气囊相比具有较高的耐用度,但不能实现对称的移动运动。
本发明的任务是,这样设计开始所述类型的轮胎成型鼓,使得能够支持实施对称的移动运动。
根据本发明,该任务的解决方案是,线网层缠绕装置具有多个滚子臂,它们与一安置在轮胎成型鼓之外的驱动装置相耦合。
通过将驱动装置布置在轮胎成型鼓之外,可以通过一个推动器来操作滚子臂,该推动器给定绝对对称的移动运动。由此能够以很高的均匀的质量生产轮胎坯。

图1中示出的成型鼓包括一个左边的鼓半体3和一个右边的鼓半体4,它们又支承在一个鼓轴6上。两个鼓半体3,4与一鼓中间部分5和一些集成的芯夹紧元件10相结合构成一个圆柱形的圆形体。在该圆形体上处理各个骨架层12并成型为轮胎坯。
机械式的胎缘支撑9径向移出,它们与芯夹紧元件相结合在内部稳定胎缘区域。两个鼓半体3,4在带有缝隙的鼓轴6上通过两个螺母8与内置的左旋/右旋丝杠11锁止。鼓半体3,4的轴向调节移动由一马达产生,该马达使丝杠11转动并产生轴向运动。
下面描述典型的工作过程。在带有已向内移入的滚子臂2、芯夹紧元件10和机械式胎缘支撑的圆柱形鼓体3,4,5上施加用于制造骨架的成型材料。然后通过分段的、环形的芯放置装置1将两个芯(左/右)放置到鼓体13上。该装置由对称的左部分和右部分组成并且是传送环的组成部分。
芯放置装置1又支承在左旋/右旋的丝杠上,这些丝杠通过伺服电机可以精确地、程序控制地轴向移动。在放置芯之后,左边的和右边的芯放置装置1向外移动,使得它们处于离合器14上方。组合的芯放置和轴向驱动区段1此时径向向内向离合器14中移动。由此在芯放置装置1与滚子臂2之间建立伺服控制的连接。
通过鼓轴内部的丝杠11的转动减小芯间距13。同时,胎缘支撑9径向移出并构成用于接下来的线网层缠绕过程的稳定的贴靠座。多个滚子臂2很紧密地布置在左边和右边的鼓半体3,4上,它们将位于其上的骨架材料抬起。
随着芯间距13逐渐减小并同时向逐渐拱起的骨架12中馈送压缩空气,滚子臂2通过轴向运动向外偏移。左边的和右边的臂2的滚子绝对对称地使骨架材料15滚动到所形成的骨架12(轮胎坯)上。向外偏移的滚子臂2在滚子头区域中形成逐渐增大的间距,这些间距又被双滚子机构2.1填满。
由此在线网层缠绕时实现平面的滚动,从而避免包入空气。在线网层缠绕完全结束之后从外侧导送其它的坯部件。
该轮胎成型鼓设置有外部的、在需要时耦合上的、伺服控制的芯放置装置。由此保证两个鼓半体的滚动系统绝对同步运动。同时,由于马达同步运转,完全不存在“粘滑效应”或气动滚子杆操作的艰难的/不稳定的调节。因此使用者可期待明显改善的回转质量/均匀性。尤其就改善的锥度和侧面力波动而言。
本发明的轮胎成型鼓在模块式构造的情况下具有进一步的优点。芯夹紧装置10和胎缘块9的区域可以与双气囊型鼓结构相同地实现。由此得到与可径向移出的机械式胎缘支撑相结合的绝对可靠的芯夹紧装置10。
该轮胎成型鼓尽管使用了具有其全部中间空间的滚子臂,但具有绝对连续的轴向支承面用于形成自动接合缝。

Claims (3)

1.具有线网层缠绕装置的轮胎成型鼓,用于制造未硫化的轮胎坯,其特征在于,该线网层缠绕装置具有多个滚子臂,这些滚子臂与一布置在该轮胎成型鼓之外的驱动装置耦合。
2.按照权利要求1所述的轮胎成型鼓,其特征在于,所述滚子臂与一传送环耦合。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的轮胎成型鼓,其特征在于,所述滚子臂与一伺服驱动装置耦合。
