Abstract

一种车辆支援系统,具有:设有电源的支援车辆、通过电力驱动的被支援车辆、电连接支援车辆和被支援车辆的电缆,其构成为电源的电力经由电缆从支援车辆供给被支援车辆。

车辆支援系统
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种车辆支援系统。
背景技术
现在提出了将接收反应气体(燃料气体及氧化气体)的供给并发电的燃料电池的电力作为驱动源来行驶的燃料电池车辆,并且实用化。作为所述燃料电池车辆的驱动源的燃料电池产生问题时,无法获得驱动用的能量。
因此近些年来,提出各种用于牵引发生故障的燃料电池车辆的技术。例如,提出了采用用于使牵引的燃料电池车辆的轮胎的锁定解除而成为可自由旋转的状态的应急开关的技术(例如参照日本特开2005-119330号公报)。
发明内容
但当燃料电池车辆上搭载的燃料电池发生故障时,无法向各种辅机供给电力,因此例如在燃料电池车辆具有通过电力动作的动力转向装置的情况下,产生因燃料电池故障动力转向装置无法动作,或运转十分困难的问题。并且,在燃料电池车辆中,通常搭载燃料电池起动时使用的低电压(例如12V)蓄电池,但当燃料电池发生故障时,通过该低电压的蓄电池的电力进行警示灯的点亮等,因此出现易产生蓄电池耗尽(バツテリ上がり)的问题。
当采用上述日本特开2005-119330号公报所述的技术时,可允许牵引用车辆对燃料电池车辆的牵引,但无法解决燃料电池故障引起的各种问题(动力转向装置不动作、蓄电池耗尽等)。
本发明鉴于以上情况而产生,其目的在于供给一种可解决通过电力驱动的车辆(例如燃料电池车辆等)上搭载的电源(例如燃料电池等)产生故障时发生的各种问题的车辆支援系统。
为了实现上述目的,本发明涉及的车辆支援系统具有:设有电源的支援车辆;通过电力驱动的被支援车辆;和电连接上述支援车辆和上述被支援车辆的电缆,该车辆支援系统构成为,上述电源的电力经由上述电缆从上述支援车辆供给上述被支援车辆。
根据所述构成,将支援车辆上设置的电源的电力经由电缆可从支援车辆供给被支援车辆。因此,例如被支援车辆具有通过电力动作的动力转向装置时,通过从支援车辆的电源供给的电力使该动力转向装置动作,能容易进行被支援车辆的运转。并且,通过从支援车辆的电源供给的电力,可进行被支援车辆的警示灯的点亮等,因此可抑制被支援车辆上搭载的蓄电池的消耗。即,可解决被支援车辆上搭载的电源发生故障时产生的各种问题。
在上述车辆支援系统中,支援车辆也可具有燃料电池,通过由该燃料电池供给的电力驱动(燃料电池车辆)。这种情况下,可使支援车辆的燃料电池作为向被支援车辆供给电力的电源发挥作用。
并且,在上述车辆支援系统中,支援车辆可具有蓄电池,通过由该蓄电池供给的电力驱动(电动汽车)。这种情况下,可使支援车辆的蓄电池作为向被支援车辆供给电力的电源发挥作用。
并且,在上述车辆支援系统中,支援车辆可具有蓄电池和内燃机,通过由上述蓄电池供给的电力和从上述内燃机获得的动力中的至少任意一方驱动(混合动力车辆)。这种情况下,可使支援车辆的蓄电池作为向被支援车辆供给电力的电源发挥作用。
并且,在上述车辆支援系统中,作为被支援车辆可采用燃料电池车辆(具有燃料电池,通过由该燃料电池供给的电力驱动的车辆)、电动汽车(具有蓄电池,通过由该蓄电池供给的电力驱动的车辆)、混合动力汽车(具有蓄电池和内燃机,通过由蓄电池供给的电力和从内燃机获得的动力中的至少任意一方驱动的车辆)。
根据本发明,可供给一种可解决通过电力驱动的车辆(例如燃料电池车辆等)上搭载的电源(例如燃料电池等)产生故障时发生的各种问题的车辆支援系统。

图3是用于说明图1所示的车辆支援系统的运转方法的流程图。
具体实施方式
以下参照附图说明本发明的实施方式涉及的车辆支援系统1。在本实施方式中,对如下系统进行说明:其经由电缆连接二台燃料电池车辆而构成,当一个燃料电池车辆上搭载的燃料电池发生故障时,使另一个燃料电池车辆(支援车辆)上搭载的燃料电池的电力经由电缆供给一个燃料电池车辆(被支援车辆)。
首先,采用图1及图2说明本实施方式涉及的车辆支援系统1的构成。车辆支援系统1如图1所示,具有:第一燃料电池车辆(以下称为“第一车辆”)2、第二燃料电池车辆(以下称为“第二车辆”)、将它们电连接的电缆4。
第一车辆2如图2所示,通过燃料电池系统10的燃料电池11所产生的电力驱动的牵引电机20的驱动力,使车轮21旋转而行驶。第一车辆2作为向牵引电机20供给电力的电源,除了燃料电池11外,还具有二次蓄电池22,从这些电源输出的直流通过高压变换器23变换为交流,供给牵引电机20。并且,第一车辆2制动时,通过车轮21驱动牵引电机20,牵引电机20作为发电机作用,进行交流发电。所述交流通过高压变换器23变换为直流,填充到二次蓄电池22。并且,第一车辆2具有统一控制各种电子设备的控制装置30。
燃料电池系统10如图2所示,具有接收反应气体(氧化气体及燃料气体)的供给而产生电力的燃料电池11,并且具有:向燃料电池11供给作为氧化气体的空气的氧化气体配管系统12、向燃料电池11供给作为燃料气体的氢气的氢气配管系统13等。
燃料电池11具有将接收反应气体的供给并发电的单电池层积所需层数而构成的堆叠构造。在本实施方式中,采用可在常温下起动、且起动时间较短的固体高分子电解质型的燃料电池11。通过燃料电池11产生的电力通过高压变换器23供给牵引电机20。
氧化气体配管系统12具有:空气供给流路12b,将由加湿器12a加湿的氧化气体(空气)供给燃料电池11;空气排出流路12c,将从燃料电池11排出的氧化废气引导到外部。空气供给流路12b中设有气体压缩机12d,取入大气中的氧化气体,压送到加湿器12a。
氢气配管系统13具有:存储了高压氢气的作为燃料供给源的氢罐13a;用于将氢罐13a的氢气供给燃料电池11的氢供给流路13b;用于使从燃料电池11排出的氢废气返回到氢供给流路13b的循环流路13c。氢供给流路13b中设有:阻断或允许来自氢罐13a的氢气供给的阻断阀13d;调整氢气压力的调节器13e。循环流路13c中设有氢泵13f,对循环流路13c内的氢废气加压,送出到氢供给流路13b一侧。并且,排出流路13g分支连接到循环流路13c,排出流路13g上设有清洗阀13h。
牵引电机20是用于获得车辆行驶的推动力的电动机,例如由三相同步电机构成。采用将牵引电机20作为内轮电动机使用的双轮驱动或四轮驱动的构造时,将二个或四个高压变换器23并列连接到燃料电池11的输出端子,将牵引电机20连接到各高压变换器23即可。此外,作为牵引电机20使用直流电机时,无需高压变换器23。
二次蓄电池22是可充电放电的蓄电池,作为高压蓄电装置作用。二次蓄电池22在仅通过燃料电池11的输出无法充分行驶的状态(加速过渡时或高负荷运转时等)时,进行动力辅助。并且,停止燃料电池11的运转、或停止时效率较高的行驶状态下(停车时、低负荷运转时),第一车辆2仅通过二次蓄电池22的电力行驶。作为二次蓄电池22,例如可采用镍氢电池、锂离子电池,其电容可根据第一车辆2的行驶条件、最高速度等行驶性能、重量等适当设定。
二次蓄电池22如图2所示,通过高压DC/DC转换器24与燃料电池11及高压变换器23并列连接。高压DC/DC转换器24是直流的电压变换机,具有:调整从燃料电池11或牵引电机20输入的直流电压并输出到二次蓄电池22一侧的功能、及调整从二次蓄电池22输入的直流电压并输出到高压变换器23一侧的功能。通过高压DC/DC转换器24的这些功能,实现二次蓄电池22的充电放电,并且控制燃料电池11的输出电压。
二次蓄电池22和高压DC/DC转换器24之间如图2所示,通过高压变换器25连接高压辅机。高压变换器25将从燃料电池11、二次蓄电池22输入的直流变换为交流,输出到高压辅机一侧。作为高压辅机,包括上述燃料电池系统10的气体压缩机12d、氢泵13f等。
并且,在二次蓄电池22和高压DC/DC转换器24之间如图2所示,通过低压转换器26及低压变换器27连接低压辅机。低压DC/DC转换器25是直流的电压变换机,具有调整从燃料电池11、二次蓄电池22输入的直流电压并输出到低压变换器27一侧的功能。低压变换器27将通过低压DC/DC转换器26输入的直流变换为交流,并输出到低压辅机一侧。作为低压辅机,包括以低电压(例如12V)驱动的气体压缩机、各种灯类、电动动力转向装置等各种电子设备。此外在本实施方式中,当燃料电池系统10发生故障时,从未图示的低电压蓄电池向低压辅机供给电力,使警示灯等各种灯类点亮。
并且,在燃料电池11及二次蓄电池22上通过继电器14连接有电缆4。继电器14具有从燃料电池11及二次蓄电池22向外部进行电力的供给及其阻断的功能。控制装置30通过未图示的继电器开关控制继电器14的开关,从而实现从燃料电池11或二次蓄电池22到外部的电力供给及其阻断。通过第一车辆2的燃料电池11所产生的电力、二次蓄电池22中蓄积的电力经过电缆4供给第二车辆3。即,燃料电池11及二次蓄电池22作为本发明中的电源的一个实施方式作用。
控制装置30接收未图示的车辆的加速器信号(要求负荷)等的检测信息,控制第一车辆2上搭载的各种电子设备的动作。控制装置30由未图示的计算机系统构成。所述计算机系统具有CPU、ROM、RAM、HDD、输入输出接口及显示器等,ROM中记录的各种控制程序由CPU读取并执行,从而实现各种控制动作。
具体而言,控制装置30根据加速器开度、车速等计算出系统要求电力(例如车辆行驶动力和辅机动作的总和),进行控制使燃料电池11的输出与目标电力一致。其中,车辆行驶动力是指牵引电机20的要求电力,辅机动力是指进行各种辅机的动作所需的电力的总和。牵引电机20的要求电力根据加速器开度等由控制装置30计算。控制装置30控制高压DC/DC转换器24的运转,以供给系统要求电力,并调整燃料电池11的动作点(输出电压、输出电流)。此时,控制装置30控制高压变换器23的开关,将与车辆行驶动力对应的三相交流输出到牵引电机20。并且,控制装置30控制气体压缩机12d、氢泵13f的动作,燃料电池11进行和目标电力对应的反应气体(空气及氢气)的供给控制。
并且,控制装置30在需要向外部(第二车辆3)供给电力时进行控制,以关闭继电器14,从而将由燃料电池11产生的电力、二次蓄电池22中蓄积的电力经由电缆4供给外部(第二车辆3)。并且,控制装置30在燃料电池系统10产生故障、不能由燃料电池11产生电力的情况下,进行控制以关闭继电器14。通过所述控制,第一车辆2在燃料电池系统10发生故障时,可经由电缆4从外部(第二车辆3)接收电力供给,通过该供给的电力驱动牵引电机20及各种辅机。
第二车辆3的构造和第一车辆2的构造实质上相同,因此省略说明。在以下说明中,当言及第二车辆3的各构成时,对第一车辆2的各构成的标记加上“A”来区分。第一车辆2和第二车辆3经由电缆4电连接。因此,例如第二车辆3的燃料电池系统10A发生故障无法由燃料电池11A进行发电时,也能够将作为支援车辆的第一车辆2的燃料电池11所产生的电力供给作为故障车辆(被支援车辆)的第二车辆3,支援第二车辆3的行驶。
接着采用图3的流程图说明本实施方式涉及的车辆支援系统1的运转方法。在本实施方式中,假设第二车辆3的燃料电池系统10A发生故障,对将第一车辆2的燃料电池11产生的电力供给第二车辆3以支援第二车辆3的行驶时的运转方法进行说明。
(支援车辆(第一车辆))
首先,说明作为支援车辆的第一车辆2的运转方法。第一车辆2上搭载的人(搭乘者)将发动机起动钥匙插入到第一车辆2的点火开关,并将发动机起动钥匙旋转到可行驶的位置(点火位置)。第一车辆2的控制装置30判断发动机起动钥匙是否旋转到了可行驶的位置(可行驶判断步骤:S1),获得肯定的判断时,判断电缆是否正常地连接到车辆(电缆连接状态判断步骤:S2)。并且,控制装置30在电缆连接状态判断步骤S2中获得肯定的判断时,进行规定的显示而向搭乘者报告这一情况。
通过规定的显示确认了电缆4正常连接后的搭乘者旋转发动机起动钥匙到起动位置。第一车辆2的控制装置30判断发动机起动钥匙是否旋转到了起动位置(开始位置)(起动判断步骤:S3),获得肯定的判断时,进行控制以关闭继电器14(继电器接通步骤:S4)。通过所述继电器接通步骤S4,可将第一车辆2的燃料电池11发电的电力、二次蓄电池22中蓄积的电力经由电缆4供给第二车辆3。之后,控制装置30实现支援模式下的行驶(支援行驶步骤:S5)。其中,“支援模式”是使第一车辆2行驶时消耗的电力比通常行驶时降低的运转模式。此外,也可对第一车辆2的控制装置30赋予“供电停止功能(在第二车辆3中检测出某种异常的情况下,停止对第二车辆3的供电的功能)”。
(被支援车辆(第二车辆))
接着说明作为被支援车辆的第二车辆3的运转方法。第二车辆3上搭乘的人(搭乘者)将发动机起动钥匙插入到第二车辆3的点火开关,旋转发动机起动钥匙到可行驶位置。第二车辆3的控制装置30A判断发动机起动钥匙是否旋转到了可行驶位置(可行驶判断步骤:S11),当获得肯定的判断时,判断电缆4是否正常连接到车辆(电缆连接状态判断步骤:S12)。并且,控制装置30A在电缆连接状态判断步骤S2中获得了肯定的判断时,进行规定的显示而向搭乘者报告这一情况。
通过规定显示确认了电缆4正常连接后的搭乘者旋转发动机起动钥匙到起动位置。第二车辆3的控制装置30A判断发动机起动钥匙是否旋转到了起动位置(起动判断步骤:S13),当获得了肯定的判断时,进行控制以关闭继电器14A(继电器接通步骤:S14)。通过所述继电器接通步骤S4,第二车辆3可经由电缆4接收来自第一车辆2的电力供给。之后,控制装置30A通过第一车辆2供给的电力驱动牵引电机20A以及电动动力转向装置等各种辅机,实现第二车辆3的行驶(被支援行驶步骤:S15)。此外,也可对第二车辆3的控制装置30A赋予“跟随行驶功能(实现使第一车辆2和第二车辆3的车间距离基本保持一定的行驶的功能)”。
在以上说明的实施方式涉及的车辆支援系统1中,可将作为支援车辆的第一车辆2上设置的电源(燃料电池11、二次蓄电池22)的电力经由电缆4,从第一车辆2供给作为被支援车辆的第二车辆3。因此,通过由第一车辆2的电源供给的电力使第二车辆3的电动动作转向装置动作,可以容易地进行第二车辆3的运转。并且,在第二车辆3制动时,通过第二车辆3的车轮21A驱动牵引电机20A,由该牵引电机20A产生的电力通过高压变换器23A及电缆4填充到第一车辆2的二次蓄电池22。即,由于可经由电缆4实现第二车辆3的再生制动,因此可提高第二车辆3的制动力。进一步,通过由第一车辆2的电源供给的电力,可进行第二车辆3的警示灯的点亮等,因此可抑制第二车辆3上搭载的低压蓄电池的消耗。即,可解决第二车辆3的燃料电池11A的故障导致的各种问题。
并且,在以上说明的实施方式涉及的车辆支援系统1中,可将第一车辆2上设置的电源的电力经由电缆4从第一车辆2供给第二车辆3,并通过该供给的电力驱动第二车辆3的牵引电机20A使其行驶。因此,不仅无需牵引绳本身,而且不一定要将支援车辆(第一车辆2)配置在被支援车辆(第二车辆3)的前方行驶,可将限制大的被支援车辆配置在支援车辆的前方而行驶。并且,被支援车辆可倒车行驶,因此可实现被支援车辆的切换等各种行驶,可大幅降低被支援车辆输送时所需的劳力。
此外,在上述实施方式中,作为支援车辆以采用燃料电池车辆(第一车辆2)为例进行了说明,也可将搭载高压的蓄电池并通过该蓄电池供给的电力驱动的电动汽车作为支援车辆使用。并且,也可将由内燃机(发动机)获得的动力和由蓄电池供给的电力所驱动的混合动力车辆作为支援车辆来使用。所述情况下的电动汽车及混合动力车辆的蓄电池作为本发明中的“电源”的一个实施方式起作用。
并且,在以上实施方式中,示例了将本发明适用于从一台支援车辆(第一车辆2)的电源向被支援车辆(第二车辆2)供给电力的系统的情况,也可将本发明适用于从多个支援车辆上搭载的各电源向被支援车辆供给电力的系统。
本发明涉及的车辆支援系统如上述实施方式所示,可适用于支援燃料电池车辆的情况。并且,在支援燃料电池以外的车辆(电动汽车、混合动力车辆)的情况下,也可适用本发明涉及的车辆支援系统。

Claims (9)

1.一种车辆支援系统,
具有:设有电源的支援车辆;
通过电力驱动的被支援车辆;和
电连接上述支援车辆和上述被支援车辆的电缆,
该车辆支援系统构成为,上述电源的电力经由上述电缆从上述支援车辆供给上述被支援车辆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆支援系统,上述支援车辆具有燃料电池,通过由该燃料电池供给的电力驱动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆支援系统,上述支援车辆的上述燃料电池作为上述电源发挥作用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆支援系统,上述支援车辆具有蓄电池,通过由该蓄电池供给的电力驱动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆支援系统,上述支援车辆具有蓄电池和内燃机,通过由上述蓄电池供给的电力和从上述内燃机获得的动力中的至少任意一方驱动。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的车辆支援系统,上述支援车辆的上述蓄电池作为上述电源发挥作用。
7.根据权利要求1至6的任意一项所述的车辆支援系统,上述被支援车辆具有燃料电池,通过由该燃料电池供给的电力驱动。
8.根据权利要求1至6的任意一项所述的车辆支援系统,上述被支援车辆具有蓄电池,通过由该蓄电池供给的电力驱动。
9.根据权利要求1至6的任意一项所述的车辆支援系统,上述被支援车辆具有蓄电池和内燃机,通过由上述蓄电池供给的电力和从上述内燃机获得的动力中的至少任意一方驱动。
