Abstract
本发明涉及一种能够有选择地除去香烟主流烟气中的一氧化碳的吸烟设备(1)。该吸烟设备(1)具备:催化剂填充部(4),其填充有相对香烟主流烟气成分中的尼古丁能够有选择地除去一氧化碳的氧化催化剂(3)并导入香烟主流烟气;加热装置(5),其加热所述催化剂填充部(4)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及香烟主流烟气的处理方法及吸烟设备。
背景技术
以往,提出有如下方案,即为了除去香烟烟气中的有害物质,在过滤嘴中添加各种吸附剂或改性剂。
另外,已知有由吸烟材料棒和与之连接设置的过滤嘴部构成的吸烟物品,上述过滤嘴部具备:将从吸烟材料棒产生的烟气中的颗粒物收集到收集区域的装置;以及加热所述收集区域的装置,其将不挥发性物质保持在过滤嘴中,并将半挥发性物质释放(参照日本特开平4-262773号公报)。
但是,目前,从香烟主流烟气中有选择地除去一氧化碳的有效装置并未公知。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够有选择地除去香烟主流烟气中的一氧化碳的香烟主流烟气的处理方法及吸烟设备。
本发明第一方面的香烟主流烟气的处理方法,其特征在于,将香烟主流烟气导入到填充有含氧化铜的氧化催化剂并被加热的催化剂填充部,且相对香烟主流烟气成分中的尼古丁有选择地除去一氧化碳。
在本发明的香烟主流烟气的处理方法中,优选将所述催化剂填充部加热到200~350℃的范围内。
本发明第二方面的吸烟设备,其特征在于,具备:催化剂填充部,其填充有相对香烟主流烟气成分中的尼古丁能够有选择地除去一氧化碳的氧化催化剂并被导入香烟主流烟气;加热装置,其加热所述催化剂填充部。
在本发明的吸烟设备中,所述氧化催化剂从由霍加拉特(Hopcalite,注册商标)、CuO/ZnO、CuO/ZnO2及CuO/CeO2组成的群中选择。另外,所述加热装置优选设定为将所述催化剂填充部加热到200~350℃的范围,更优选加热到200~280℃的范围内。
本发明的吸烟设备在所述催化剂填充部的后段部,既可以具有冷却香烟主流烟气的冷却部,也可以具有收集焦油的过滤材料。
根据本发明,能够提供可有选择地除去香烟主流烟气中的一氧化碳的香烟主流烟气的处理方法及吸烟设备。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图说明本发明的实施例。
图1是表示用于在本发明一实施例的吸烟设备上安装烟卷的状态下进行实验的装置结构的结构图。如图1所示,在吸烟设备1的上游侧安装有香烟单支烟棒10,在吸烟设备1的吸口侧连接有自动吸烟装置20。吸烟设备1具备填充有氧化催化剂3的催化剂填充部4、填充有玻璃纤维(110~130mg)的不锈钢管2和收集焦油的过滤材料7。在催化剂填充部4的周围设置有作为加热装置的加热器5。在填充有玻璃纤维的不锈钢管2的周围设置有第一冷却部6。在过滤材料7的周围设置有第二冷却部8。
根据该装置结构,按照如下的实验步骤测定通过吸烟设备1的香烟主流烟气中的气体成分。
(1)CO、CO2、O2的测定
在催化剂填充部4中填充200mg氧化催化剂,并用不锈钢网盖好。利用加热器5对催化剂填充部4进行加热,达到规定的实验温度后,放置30分钟。确认没有漏气后,在自动吸烟装置20上安装铝箔袋(アルミバツグ),导入稀释空气。导入稀释空气的理由是因为为了进行CO测定而需要一定程度的气体量。使市场上销售的香烟的单支烟棒10在17.5ml/2秒的条件下进行吸烟动作。进行7次吸烟(パフ)及1次空吸(空パフ)。用一个袋子收集上述导入的稀释空气及自动吸烟得到的香烟主流烟气。对于收集的气体,使用便携式气体分析仪(HORIBA公司制造),对CO、CO2、O2进行定量。重复进行两次上面的实验,求出平均值。
(2)NO、NOX的测定
在催化剂填充部4中填充200mg氧化催化剂,并用不锈钢网盖好。利用加热器5加热催化剂填充部4,达到规定的实验温度后,放置30分钟。为了在每次吸烟时进行烟气收集,每次实验(7次吸烟+1次空吸)准备8个铝箔袋。确认没有漏气后,安装另外准备的导入了稀释空气的铝箔袋。使市场上销售的香烟单支烟棒10在17.5ml/2秒的条件下进行吸烟动作。每吸烟一次更换一个袋子,如此进行7次吸烟及1次空吸。对于各袋子中的收集气体,使用便携式气体分析仪(HORIBA公司制造),对NO、NOX进行定量。重复进行两次上面的实验,求出平均值。
作为氧化催化剂,使用霍加拉特(MnO2-CuO)、CuO/ZnO、CuO/ZnO2、MnO/Fe2O3、ZrO2、ZrO2/CeO2、CuO/CeO2或者Cu、CuO/CeO2(均为粒径0.5~2mm的粉碎品),并将催化剂填充部加热到350℃进行实验,求出收集气体成分的选择过滤系数。
选择过滤系数如下定义。将从香烟单支烟棒出来的成分的量(无吸烟设备的情况下)设为Ain,将在香烟单支烟棒上安装吸烟设备时从吸烟设备出来的成分的量设为Aout,A成分的透过率(1-E)_A用(1-E)_A=Aout/Ain表示。此时,A成分(例如CO)和B成分(例如尼古丁)之间的选择过滤系数S_B/A用S_B/A=(1-E)_B/(1-E)_A表示。
其结果在表1及图2中表示。
如表1及图2所示,可知在使用霍加拉特、CuO/ZnO、CuO/ZnO2或者CuO/CeO2作为氧化催化剂时,在350℃的实验中,S_Nic./CO>1,对香烟主流烟气成分中的尼古丁能够有选择地除去一氧化碳。

下面,使用一氧化碳相对尼古丁的有选择地除去率最好的霍加拉特,在各种加热温度下进行实验,求得收集气体成分中的CO、NO及尼古丁的透过率(1-E)。其结果表示在表2及图3中。

由表2及图3可知如下结果。若催化剂填充部的加热温度在200℃~350℃的范围内,则S_Nic./CO的比值远大于1,能够有效进行相对尼古丁的一氧化碳的有选择地除去。若加热温度超过280℃,则NO的透过率增加,因此催化剂填充部的加热温度更优选设定在200~280℃的范围内。
Claims (7)
1、一种香烟主流烟气的处理方法,其特征在于,将香烟主流烟气导入到填充有含氧化铜的氧化催化剂并被加热的催化剂填充部,且相对香烟主流烟气成分中的尼古丁有选择地除去一氧化碳。
2、如权利要求1所述的香烟主流烟气的处理方法,其特征在于,将所述催化剂填充部加热到200~350℃的范围内。
3、一种吸烟设备,其特征在于,具备:催化剂填充部,其填充有相对香烟主流烟气成分中的尼古丁能够有选择地除去一氧化碳的氧化催化剂并被导入香烟主流烟气;加热装置,其加热所述催化剂填充部。
4、如权利要求3所述的吸烟设备,其特征在于,所述氧化催化剂从由霍加拉特(注册商标)、CuO/ZnO、CuO/ZnO2及CuO/CeO2组成的群中选择。
5、如权利要求3所述的吸烟设备,其特征在于,所述加热装置将所述催化剂填充部加热到200~350℃的范围内。
6、如权利要求5所述的吸烟设备,其特征在于,所述加热装置将所述催化剂填充部加热到200~280℃的范围内。
7、如权利要求3所述的吸烟设备,其特征在于,在所述催化剂填充部的后段部,具有冷却香烟主流烟气的冷却部及/或收集焦油的过滤材料。
