Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种用于烘烤雾化的制品,包括普通纸包裹的烘烤雾化段和过滤嘴段,所述烘烤雾化段和过滤嘴段之间设置为普通纸包围的中空段,所述烘烤雾化段内填充有吸附雾化物的植物纤维,所述过滤嘴段内填充有PLA,所述滤嘴段和中空段的总长度大于30mm。本实用新型具有成本低、环保性能好的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子雾化领域,尤其是涉及一种成本低、环保性能好的用于烘烤雾化的制品。
背景技术
随着国内外反吸烟运动的日益高涨,在国内外公共场所吸烟禁令范围的逐步扩大,非燃烧型烟草制品的研究开发成为了世界上许多国家烟草企业的研究热点之一。所谓非燃烧型烟草制品,是指通过“加热烟丝或烟草提取物而产生烟气”的烟草制品,它避免了烟草燃烧的高温裂解,从而使其主流烟气中有害成分的释放量大大降低。同时,由于烟丝未经燃烧,从而大幅降低了环境烟气。但现有的用于烘烤雾化的制品在其中使用的是烟丝,包裹所用的纸也是卷烟所用纸,卷烟所用纸是一种专用纸,它要求燃烧性好,抗张强度高和燃烧后灰色白并有粘结力等要求,使得其价格高昂;同时所用的过滤嘴中的材料为醋酸纤维素材料,这种材料虽然能够有效减少吸烟时入口的烟雾、焦油和燃烧时产生的悬浮粒子,但它不易降解、环保性差。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种成本低、环保性能好的用于烘烤雾化的制品。
本实用新型通过以下技术措施实现的,一种用于烘烤雾化的制品,包括普通纸包裹的烘烤雾化段和过滤嘴段,所述烘烤雾化段和过滤嘴段之间设置为普通纸包围的中空段,所述烘烤雾化段内填充有吸附雾化物的植物纤维,所述过滤嘴段内填充有PLA,所述滤嘴段和中空段的总长度大于30mm。
作为一种优选方式,所述中空段的普通纸上设置有多个第一毛细孔。
作为一种优选方式,所述滤嘴段的普通纸上还设置有多个第二毛细孔。
作为一种优选方式,所述第一毛细孔靠近滤嘴段端2mm-3mm处,所述第一毛细孔的透气度为100CU-600CU,所述第一毛细孔为2排,所述中空段的长度为5mm-35mm。
作为一种优选方式,所述烘烤雾化段内填充有吸附雾化物的纸。
作为一种优选方式,所述烘烤雾化段内的植物纤维为丝状、颗粒状或片状。
作为一种优选方式,所述滤嘴段的长度为5mm-25mm,吸阻2000Pa-5000Pa。
本实用新型由于是用于烘烤而非燃烧的产品,因此它不需要使用烟丝,只需要使用无害的植物纤维作为雾化液的吸附物,因此,其成本低,且不会有烟丝中的有害成份,并由于本实用新型不需要燃烧,因此其包裹物仅用普通纸既可,从而成本低,并且本产品的过滤嘴段内填充有PLA(聚乳酸),聚乳酸是由玉米和木薯等植物经微生物发酵成乳酸,再聚合而成的。只需6到12个月就可自然降解为水和二氧化碳,和传统的醋酸纤维素材料相比,PLA更为安全、低碳、绿色。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例并对照附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
一种用于烘烤雾化的制品,参考图1和图2,包括普通纸5包裹的烘烤雾化段6和过滤嘴段1,所述烘烤雾化段6和过滤嘴段1之间设置为普通纸5包围的中空段3,所述烘烤雾化段6内填充有吸附雾化物的植物纤维,所述过滤嘴段1内填充有PLA(聚乳酸),所述滤嘴段1和中空段3的总长度大于30mm。
本用于烘烤雾化的制品由于是用于烘烤而非燃烧的产品,因此它不需要使用烟丝,只需要使用无害的植物纤维作为雾化液的吸附物,因此,其成本低,且不会有烟丝中的有害成份,并由于本产品不需要燃烧,因此其包裹物仅用普通纸既可,从而成本低,并且本产品的过滤嘴段1内填充有PLA(聚乳酸),聚乳酸是由玉米和木薯等植物经微生物发酵成乳酸,再聚合而成的。只需6到12个月就可自然降解为水和二氧化碳,和传统的醋酸纤维素材料相比,PLA更为安全、低碳、绿色。
本实用新型的用于烘烤雾化的制品,参考图1至图2,在前面技术方案的基础上具体是,中空段3的普通纸5上设置有多个第一毛细孔4。并由于在中空段3上设置有多个第一毛细孔4,在易挥发物质存积在中空段3内的同时会将原来中空段3内的冷空气从第一毛细孔4排出,从而避免开始抽吸时吸入冷空气的不适感,由于第一毛细孔4孔隙小,从而保证在一定压力差的情况下才会形成气流;在中空段3上设置有多个第一毛细孔4,在抽吸时,还可以同时吸入外界的冷空气,对吸入的高温雾气进行降温,能避免高温雾气灼伤呼吸道粘膜。
本实用新型的用于烘烤雾化的制品,参考图1至图2,在前面技术方案的基础上具体是,滤嘴段1上也设置有多个第二毛细孔2,利用在滤嘴段1上设置有第二毛细孔2,从而能对雾气进行进一步的降温,保证进入口腔雾气的舒适度,为了保证滤嘴段1的第二毛细孔2能充分进气,将第一毛细孔4的直径设置为小于或等于第二毛细孔2的直径。
本实用新型的用于烘烤雾化的制品,参考图1至图2,在前面技术方案的基础上具体是,第一毛细孔4靠近滤嘴段1端2mm-3mm处,所述第一毛细孔4的透气度为100CU-600CU,所述第一毛细孔4为2排,所述中空段3的长度为5mm-35mm。
本实用新型的用于烘烤雾化的制品,参考图1至图2,在前面技术方案的基础上具体是,烘烤雾化段6内填充有吸附雾化物的纸,用普通纸吸附雾化物就可能达到烘烤雾化的效果,从而使原材来源广泛,成本低,当然,在其它实施例中,也可以使用其它对人体无害的植物纤维。
本实用新型的用于烘烤雾化的制品,参考图1至图2,在前面技术方案的基础上具体是,烘烤雾化段6内的植物纤维为丝状、颗粒状或片状。
本实用新型的用于烘烤雾化的制品,参考图1至图2,在前面技术方案的基础上具体是,滤嘴段1的长度为5mm-25mm,吸阻2000Pa-5000Pa。

1.一种用于烘烤雾化的制品,其特征在于:包括普通纸包裹的烘烤雾化段和过滤嘴段,所述烘烤雾化段和过滤嘴段之间设置为普通纸包围的中空段,所述烘烤雾化段内填充有吸附雾化物的植物纤维,所述过滤嘴段内填充有PLA,所述滤嘴段和中空段的总长度大于30mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于烘烤雾化的制品,其特征在于:所述中空段的普通纸上设置有多个第一毛细孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述用于烘烤雾化的制品,其特征在于:所述滤嘴段的普通纸上还设置有多个第二毛细孔。
4.根据权利要求2所述用于烘烤雾化的制品,其特征在于:所述第一毛细孔靠近滤嘴段端2mm-3mm处,所述第一毛细孔的透气度为100CU-600CU,所述第一毛细孔为2排,所述中空段的长度为5mm-35mm。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述用于烘烤雾化的制品,其特征在于:所述烘烤雾化段内填充有吸附雾化物的纸。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述用于烘烤雾化的制品,其特征在于:所述烘烤雾化段内的植物纤维为丝状、颗粒状或片状。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述用于烘烤雾化的制品,其特征在于:所述滤嘴段的长度为5mm-25mm,吸阻2000Pa-5000Pa。
