Abstract

技术领域
本公开涉及燃料喷射系统,更具体地,涉及一种柴油机燃料喷射起动注油系统。
背景技术
本节所述内容仅仅是为了提供与本发明有关的背景信息,可能并不构成现有技术。
柴油发动机通常使用压电式燃料喷射系统来将燃料喷射入发动机。当柴油发动机压电式燃料喷射系统中的燃料用尽时,在燃料喷射器中可能会捕集到蒸气。这些蒸气将抑制喷射器的操作,使发动机在燃料系统用燃料进行了正常的起动注油后无法重新起动。
发明内容
一种燃料喷射起动注油系统包括与燃料分供管连接的燃料供给管。多个压电式燃料喷射器与所述燃料分供管连接。喷射器回油管与所述燃料喷射器连接,并通过换向阀和回油节流装置与加压油管连通,用以在起动注油操作过程中让来自所述加压油管的燃料对所述喷射器回油管加压并回送到所述喷射器中。

具体实施方式
下面的描述只用于举例说明,并不用于限制本公开及其应用或使用。
参见图1,下面将对具有本发明燃料喷射起动注油系统的柴油发动机10进行描述。发动机系统10包括发动机12,该发动机12具有发动机机体,该发动机机体限定了多个汽缸14以及分别设置在各自相应汽缸14中的多个活塞16。
由燃料供给系统向发动机12中的每个汽缸14供给燃料。该燃料供给系统包括燃料箱20,该燃料箱20与燃料泵22连通,并经由燃料供给管24将燃料供给到燃料分供管26。燃料分供管26与多个燃料喷射器28连接,每个喷射器28对应一个汽缸14。回油管30与燃料分供管26及燃料箱20相连通。回油管30中设置有可控泄压阀31,用以将燃料分供管26中的燃料通过回油管30导回燃料箱20中。喷射器回油管32与喷射器28连接,并通过调压阀36、换向阀38及回油节流装置40与燃料箱20连通。调压阀36与喷射器回油管32相连通,以调节/保持供给到喷射器28中的燃料的压力。换向阀38可以是电子阀或机械阀,在起动注油操作过程中,可对其进行控制,以将来自高压燃料泵回油管39的加压燃料供给到喷射器28中。
回油节流装置40与换向阀38相连通,以对流入燃料箱20中的燃料加以限制,足以使得来自高压燃料泵回油管39的燃料能够被回送到喷射器28中,从而消除了可能在燃料用尽后被捕集到的蒸气。
燃料喷射器28可采用压电式燃料喷射器。当柴油发动机压电式燃料喷射系统的燃料用尽时,在燃料喷射器28中可能会捕集到蒸气。这些蒸气将使发动机12在燃料系统用燃料进行了正常的起动注油后无法重新起动。当充满不可压缩的蒸气/燃料混合物时,喷射器28可能无法正常工作。通过换向阀38和节流旁路装置40对喷射器回油管32进行增压,压电式喷射器适当的起动注油使发动机能够重新启动。通过利用节流旁路装置40经由换向阀38供给的压力来提供足够的压力以使燃料回送到喷射器回油管32,起动注油系统可提供适当的回油压力,以使压电式喷射器能够根据重新启动发动机所需的要求来运行。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于柴油发动机的燃料喷射起动注油系统,包括:
燃料箱;
燃料供给管,与所述燃料箱连接;
多个燃料喷射器,与所述燃料供给管连接;
喷射器回油管,与所述多个燃料喷射器连接,且通过换向阀与高压燃料泵回油管相连通,所述换向器可被选择性地控制,以在起动注油过程中允许来自燃料供给管中的燃料对所述喷射器回油管加压;以及
燃料节流装置,与所述换向阀连通,从而对所述喷射器回油管充分加压以使燃料回送到所述多个燃料喷射器中,并使燃料在正常操作中流入燃料箱。
2.如权利要求1所述的燃料喷射起动注油系统,其特征在于,所述燃料供给管包括燃料泵。
3.一种柴油发动机系统,包括:
限定了多个汽缸的发动机机体;
多个活塞,分别设置在对应的一个所述汽缸中;
燃料箱;
燃料供给管,与所述燃料箱连接;
燃料分供管,与所述燃料供给管连接;
多个燃料喷射器,与所述燃料分供管连接,并且分别与所述多个汽缸中的对应汽缸连通;
喷射器回油管,与所述燃料分供管连接,并通过换向阀与所述燃料供给管连通,所述换向器可被选择性地控制,以在起动注油过程中使来自高压燃料泵回油管的燃料对所述喷射器回油管加压;以及
燃料节流装置,与所述换向阀连通,从而对所述喷射器回油管充分加压以使燃料回送到所述多个燃料喷射器中,并使得燃料正常操作中流入燃料箱。
4.如权利要求3所述的发动机系统,其特征在于,所述燃料供给管包括燃料泵。
