背景技术
具有在预输送泵和高压泵之间布置的燃料过滤器的燃料喷射系统是已知的。所述预输送泵构造为外齿轮泵且由所述高压泵的驱动轴驱动,其中,所述高压泵供应的燃料量由一个单独的测量单元调节。在所述预输送泵和过滤器之间设置安全阀和排气阀,所述安全阀阻止所述管线或过滤器破裂,所述排气阀用于将气体从所述输送管线排出。
发明内容
根据本发明,提出一种内燃机的燃料喷射装置,其具有燃料预输送泵,所述燃料从燃料箱经压力侧输送管线输送到燃料高压泵,其中,所述燃料预输送泵具有独立于所述燃料高压泵的驱动器,并且所述压力侧输送管线经具有可调整阀截面的电动控制的量差阀连接在回流管线上,其中,所述燃料预输送泵通过在该燃料预输送泵的压力侧输送管线中存在的燃料压力进行压力调节或通过所输送的燃料量进行输送量调节。
根据本发明,所述输送量由量差阀控制,所述量差阀同时承担安全功能和排气功能。所述量差阀例如布置在压力侧燃料过滤器前面。所述已知的利用测量单元的量调节能够根据本发明转变为利用例如调节量的电动输送泵(例如齿轮泵)。根据本发明的解决方案的优点是如同被调节的电动燃料泵的相同质量,但是省去了安全阀和排气阀,这主要因为所述量差阀具有与测量单元相同的消耗。

图中所示的内燃机的燃料喷射装置10包括燃料箱11、燃料高压泵12和燃料预输送泵(例如齿轮泵)13,燃料预输送泵13具有被调节的电动驱动器13a,燃料从燃料箱11输送到高压泵12。高压泵12在高压下将燃料输送到高压存储器(共轨)14中,高压存储器14又连接到燃料喷射阀(喷射器)15,燃料喷射阀15将燃料喷射到内燃机的燃烧室中。高压存储器14中的压力由压力调节阀16调节,压力调节阀16连接到向后传输到燃料箱11中的燃料回流管线17。
预输送泵13由统治其压力侧输送管线18的燃料压力(输送压力)或者由被输送的燃料量(输送量)调节。燃料过滤器19布置在这个从预输送泵13传输到高压泵12的压力侧输送管线18中。压力调节或量调节的预输送泵13调节被输送的燃料总量A,燃料总量A受到过滤器19的推压。冲洗管线20在过滤器19和高压泵12之间从压力侧输送管线18分出,被过滤的燃料量通过冲洗管线20分配成输送量B和冲洗量C。输送量B从高压泵12在高压下输送到高压存储器14中,同时冲洗量C用于冲洗高压泵12并且经燃料回流管线17返回到燃料箱11中。

阀闭合元件24由闭合弹簧25在闭合方向上预先张紧并且不依赖于电磁致动器23而自动打开,如果统治压力侧输送管线18的压力足够大,阀闭合元件24克服闭合弹簧25的作用进行控制。量差阀21因此在压力侧输送管线18中超压时打开,并且因而承担超压阀的安全功能,超压是例如由于过滤器19堵塞引起的。量差阀21能够电动打开以进行排气,并且因而承担在这里未详细显示的排气装置的排气功能。单独的安全阀和排气阀是不需要的。

Claims (7)

所述燃料预输送泵(13)具有独立于所述燃料高压泵(12)的驱动器,并且所述压力侧输送管线(18)经具有可调整阀截面的电动控制的量差阀(21)连接在回流管线(17)上,其中,所述燃料预输送泵(13)通过在该燃料预输送泵的压力侧输送管线(18)中存在的燃料压力进行压力调节或通过所输送的燃料量进行输送量调节。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃料喷射装置,其特征在于,
燃料过滤器(19)布置在所述压力侧输送管线(18)中,并且在所述燃料预输送泵(13)和燃料过滤器(19)之间的压力侧输送管线(18)经所述量差阀(21)连接在所述回流管线(17)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的燃料喷射装置,其特征在于,
所述量差阀(21)由油门踏板(22)控制。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的燃料喷射装置,其特征在于,
