根据本发明的另一方面,提供一种方法用于形成纺织物。该方法包括:提供具有可热定型聚合材料芯和可热熔聚合材料外鞘的双材料丝状件和至少一个与所述丝状件相分离的材料,其中所述可热熔聚合材料与所述可热定型聚合材料不同。然后,将所述丝状件相互交织,并将至少部分所述双材料丝状件的外鞘热熔于所述至少一个材料上,该至少一个材料与所述可热定型聚合材料不同;而后将所述双材料丝状件的芯热定型为偏斜形状。

具体实施例
更详细地参照附图,图1和图2举例说明了当前较佳实施例的保护纺织套管10、11。其中,套管10、11相似,但套管10的横截面大致呈圆柱状,而套管11的横截面大致呈椭圆状或扁平状。假设除了成品形状相似之外套管基本相同,故采用相同的参考数字标识其特征。套管10、11包括织物,也称为基层12,该基层具有可纺织或针织的交织纱。举例而言,并非限制,所示套管10、11是纺织而成的。最好如图3所示,基层12包括多个沿箭头16所示第一方向的第一丝状件14。对于纺织基层,箭头16对应经向,即对应沿套管10长度延伸的纵轴17。基层12包括多个沿箭头20所示第二方向的第二丝状件18。在纺织基层中,箭头20所示方向对应纬向,即对应套管10的宽度方向。第一丝状件14可与第二丝状件18交织,例如通过纺织相交织。在一个当前较佳实施例中,第一丝状件14中至少部分第一丝状件14与其他第一丝状件14中相邻近的第一丝状件14分离间隔,使得多个基本开放的空间22存在于相间隔的第一丝状纤维14中相邻近的第一丝状纤维14之间。举例说明,第一丝状件14可以以第一丝状件14的拉紧编织组24的方式设置,以便将多组第一丝状件14一个接一个排列,但相邻组由其间的开放空间22分隔开。第二丝状件18彼此间隔,从而形成第一和第二丝状件14、18的开放式网眼。
根据当前实施例,开放空间22由第三无纺材料细长带26填充。该细长带26可包含无纺涤纶、聚丙稀、尼龙、玻璃纤维、弹性体材料、泡沫材料等等。这里所示的细长带26,举例而言,交织或编织于第二丝状件18之间,在与第一丝状件14相同的方向上延伸。该细长带26可在相邻第一丝状件14之间的空间22的整个宽度上延伸。第一丝状件14可包括聚合物等材料形成的单丝和/或复丝纱。
纬向上的第二丝状件18优选多材质单丝。如图4示范性举例说明,第二丝状件18中至少部分第二丝状件具有芯/鞘式结构,包括由工程塑胶材料制成的芯28,该芯由与其采用不同塑胶材料制成的鞘30套装。受热时,制成鞘30的塑胶材料使得鞘30熔合或结合在无纺细长带26上。鞘30可由熔化温度低于内芯28的材料制成,例如聚丙稀、聚乙烯、涤纶等等。鞘30熔化并结合在无纺细长带26上将细长带26紧密结合至第二丝状件18。这一点起到将细长带26锁定于适当位置的作用,进一步防止第二丝状件18于基层12的断端32处磨损或脱离基层12。第二丝状件18跨越无纺细长带26整个宽度的熔合起到防止细长带26相对于第一丝状件14横向运动或成束的作用,从而无论用于无纺填料带26的宽度为多大,均可保持其拉紧编织结构。因此,根据套管预期的应用场合不同,细长带26在宽度上可从相对较窄变为相对较宽。
第二丝状件18的内芯28可由可热成型也称为可热定型工程塑胶材料,例如尼龙、PPS等,制成。该内芯28使得基层12能够热成型为自卷曲套管,套管10、11的对边33、35彼此相对重迭设置。对于热定型而成的内芯28,其为基层12提供具有弹性的弹性支撑,能够迫使套管10的边缘33、35打开以将细长件,例如线束37或其他细长物体,举例而言,引入套管的空腔内进行保护。将细长件37设于空腔中之后,套管10、11的边缘33、35在第二丝状件18的内芯28的闭合偏压力的作用下向闭合状态恢复。由于销30结合于无纺细长带26上,第二丝状件18不会相对细长带26滑动,因此该结合提高了内芯28所提供的旋度的紧密度和弹性。
另一当前较佳实施例的套管34结构如图5所示。与图1-2中的自卷曲套管不同,套管34为辫织或针织结构,具有沿其长度周向连续且闭合的管状壁39。该套管34同样使丝状件沿套管34修整后的相对端38、40的端部磨损最小或被防止。在本实施例中,圆形针织或辫织套管由多个独立的丝状件制成,这些丝状件中至少部分丝状件包含易产生端部磨损和/或切断后会散开的单丝工程塑胶材料。与第一实施例类似,套管34结合有至少某些多组分单丝36,这些单丝36具有与以上描述的以及图4中所示的芯/鞘式结构相同的芯/鞘式结构。在本实施例中,单丝36中至少部分在选定位置41,特别是靠近套管34的相对断端38、40处,自结合和/或结合至不同材料制成的相邻丝状件,从而防止单丝36磨损、散开和/或脱离套管34。同样,可对套管34进行修整而无需担心会损害其保护特性和/或使用寿命。
另一当前较佳实施例的套管50结构如图6所示。套管50具有构造为中心平纹棉麻织物层52的基层,优选附着有材料54、56的相对内、外层。最好如图8所示,基层52优选包括多个第一丝状件14和多个第二丝状件18,其中第一丝状件14朝向与套管50的长度相应的第一方向,第二丝状件18朝向与套管10宽度方向相应的第二方向。第一丝状件14可与第二丝状件18纺织在一起,或采用别的方式与第二丝状件18交织,如以上有关第一实施例的描述。第一丝状件14彼此间隔,以提供间隔的第一丝状件14中相邻第一丝状件14之间的多个通常开放的空间22。如图所示,第一丝状件14中至少部分第一丝状件14可以以拉紧编织组24的方式设置,其中该组24与相邻组之间由其间的开放空间22分隔开。第二丝状件18与第一丝状件14交织,从而为基层提供开放式网眼结构。第二丝状件18构造为具有可热定型内芯28和可热熔外鞘30,如上所述,如图4所示。
基层52具有相对侧面58、59,其中至少一层材料附着于侧面58或59上。在本实施例中,如图6和图7所示,基层52的一侧面58面对套管50的外表面60,并具有附着于其上的外层材料56以提供外表面60。材料56具有折射面62,因此,采用金属性的材料,例如箔材,或者金属化材料,例如,举例而言,金属化的聚酯薄膜。另一侧面59面对套管50的内表面64,具有附着于其上的内层材料54。内层材料54采用无纺绝缘材料,例如,聚酯、聚丙稀、尼龙、玻璃纤维、弹性体材料、聚合材料、泡沫材料等等。应当认识到,根据应用场合的不同,这些内层和外层材料54、56中任何一种材料均可附着于两侧面58、59,而并不需要相互结合。因此,基层52可具有附着于两侧面58、59的无纺材料54,或者附着于两侧面58、59的折射材料56。
将内、外层54、56附着于中心基层52上,内、外层54、56优选通过第二丝状件18的外鞘30热熔合于平纹棉麻织物层52的相对侧面58、59。该过程采用用于织造基层52的纺织机实现,以便交织基层52可退出纺织机,并且,例如通过在一对加热滚筒(图未示)之间热熔,直接结合内或外层54、56中至少之一层。此外,或者可在热熔位置,采用胶粘剂层66,例如压敏胶粘剂,举例说明,将内和/或外层54、56中任一层粘附于基层52上。该胶粘剂层66可为双面胶粘剂,并可按照如上所述的纺织机应用于基层52,或者,根据需要,采用独立加工过程实现。同样地,可先将内、外层54、56之一热熔于基层52上,随后可再通过胶粘剂层66将另一层粘附于基层52上。由此,允许根据需要通过单一操作或额外的独立操作将内、外层54、56附着于基层52上,从而提供加工过程的灵活性。
在将内、外层54、56附着于平纹棉麻织物层52的基础上,可根据应用场合的不同,将多层织物成型为所需的保护套管形状,例如大致圆柱状,如图6所示;或者,大致扁平状,如图2中的前述实施例所示。为使多层织物形成其成品形状,如果需要的话,可对织物进行切割,使其形成所需形状,例如通过相对滚筒之间的轧制处理,或其他成形加工和/或压制方法,其中,对第二丝状件18的内芯28加热,从而对内芯28进行热定型,由此对该多层织物进行热定型。由此形成保留热定型偏斜形状的多层织物,而且,该多层织物的对边沿套管的长度延伸,优选彼此相对重迭设置。在上述多个实施例中,随着第二丝状件18的外鞘30热熔于薄片状的内、外层54、56上,所得到的织物和套管可被切至不会招致端部磨损或具有另从多层织物分散出去的细丝的长度。
另一当前较佳实施例的套管70结构如图9所示。该套管70与图6所示套管50类似,具有与上述平纹棉麻织物层52相同构造的中心平纹棉麻织物层72,以便该平纹棉麻织物层或基层可通过双组分细丝热定型。基层72具有相对侧面74、75,但与前述实施例不同,仅一层,在此显示为外金属箔层76,附着于一侧面74上。因此,平纹面麻织物层72的另一侧面75仍保持暴露状态,从而使得成品套管的重量和厚度减小。如上所述,箔层76可通过热熔加工附着于基层72上,其中箔层76结合于用于形成基层72的单丝18的外部可热熔鞘30上。在将箔层76附着于基层72上的基础上,该基层可热定型为大致管状,以使套管70偏压形成自旋状。
为确保套管70保持包裹细长件的状态,可结合一附加闭合机构78以防止套管70不经意展开,从而为细长件提供附加保护。所提供的闭合机构78优选提供围绕套管70的周向连续箔层,从而增强该套管70的EMI防护性能。因此,该闭合机构78采用具有自胶粘表面80的箔层。所述自胶粘表面80的一部分84由防粘纸82部分覆盖,以防止该自胶粘表面80延伸超越套管70的边缘85而在将套管70安装于欲保护的细长件上之前被污染或粘至其他表面。自胶粘表面80的另一部分86设有从其去除的防粘纸82,使得暴露的胶粘剂能够粘结于箔层76的外表面87上。随着箔层闭合机构78延伸越过箔层76的边缘85,在采用套管70包裹细长件并去除防粘纸82的基础上,闭合箔78的自胶粘表面80可粘附于重迭套管边缘的外表面87上,从而将套管边缘相互重迭锁定。同样地,套管70具有周向连续的外箔面,以增强套管作用,从而提供对抗EMI的保护。
为进一步提高套管70的EMI屏蔽性能,可连接至少一条加蔽线88,用于与外箔层76导电通信。如图所示,例如通过铆钉连接件90,可将该加蔽线88固定于套管70的任何部分。此外,在将外箔层76热熔或附着于基层72的过程中,可将加蔽线88的一端结合在基层72和外箔层76之间,如图9中的一个例子所示。
很明显,根据以上描述可以对本发明做各种改变和修改。因此,可以理解,在所附权利要求的范围内,除上述特定实施例外,本发明可以以其他方式实施。

1、一种纺织物,包括:
具有相互交织的丝状件的基层,所述丝状件中至少部分丝状件是具有可热定型聚合材料芯和可热熔聚合材料外鞘的单丝;
与所述基层相分离的材料;以及
其中所述单丝的外鞘热熔于所述材料上,所述单丝的芯热成型为偏斜形状。
2、根据权利要求1所述的纺织物,其特征在于,所述材料与所述丝状件交织。
3、根据权利要求2所述的纺织物,其特征在于,所述丝状件包括沿第一方向的第一丝状件和多个沿第二方向的第二丝状件,所述第二方向基本横穿所述第一方向。
4、根据权利要求3所述的纺织物,其特征在于,所述第一丝状件中至少部分第一丝状件彼此分离间隔地设置,以提供该第一丝状件之间的空间;所述材料具有多个无纺材料细长带,该细长带与所述第二丝状件在所述空间的至少部分空间中交织。
