本发明涉及一种用于液压系统的压力介质供给装置,该液压系统包括一个具有高压力需求和低体积流量需求的离合器以及一个具有低压力需求和高体积流量需求的自动变速器。
有两种解决方式可认为是现有技术。一种解决方案是,一个马达为自动变速器提供液压功率并且一个马达直接服务于混合式离合器。
第二解决可能性是纯液压转换。一个大功率电动机服务于一个用于高压力的大的泵。该系统不仅可在高压力的情况下而且可在低压力的情况下提供大体积流量或小体积流量,但在能量方面考察是不利的,因为该系统不可优化到多个工作点上。
本发明的任务在于,应该能够用尽可能少的投入将具有传统自动变速器的车辆改装成混合车辆。这根据本发明这样来实现:离合器和自动变速器由同一个泵-马达组合供给。因此应该提供一个单独的液压动力单元,该液压动力单元提供对自动变速器的基本供给,并且该液压动力单元可服务于用于使内燃机分开的离合器。
已经在现有技术中描述的解决方案在能量方面非常不利。为了使混合式离合器分离以及尤其是保持打开,需要高压力下的小体积流量。但为了对自动变速器进行供给,需要低压力情况下的大体积流量。
由于这种矛盾,需要在马达和泵设计中作出折衷。
因此,在该任务的范围内提出了多种可以使动力单元所消耗的液压功率降低的方案。
下面借助于图1至图6对本发明作详细描述:
图1包括最直接且最简单的解决方案。泵通过压力调节阀对自动变速器进行供给,该压力调节阀这样调整压力,使得对混合式离合器的供给始终得到保证。混合式离合器则借助于换向阀进行调节。因此,虽然混合式离合器仅需静态压力来保持位置,但必须使泵的总体积流量达到该混合式离合器的工作压力。
根据图2要使用一个压力储存器。这使得泵仅须短时间地输送高的压力,在储存器已被充注期间由该储存器对混合式离合器进行供给。因此,直到储存器再变空,泵仅须抵抗很小的压力水平来工作。但这意味着,除了已经在图1中使用的压力调节阀和换向阀之外,还附加一个止回阀。或者压力调节阀建立一个充注储存器并且服务于混合式离合器的压力,或者压力调节阀完全打开,由此使体积流量无损失地传送给自动变速器。在后一种情况下,系统的高压部分由止回阀关闭,由此保持储存器压力。
在根据图3的实施形式中,混合式离合器借助于压力放大器打开。比例阀在自动变速器与混合式离合器之间分配泵的体积流量。这样设计压力放大器的面积关系,使得所需平均压力处于这样的类似水平上:自动变速器的需求也处于该类似水平上。由此可以使马达和泵设计在一个理想的工作点上。
根据图4的解决方式利用一个双流泵。这样设计第一流,使得该第一流可满足自动变速器的基本需求。第二流应在混合式离合器需要高的体积流量期间抵抗该混合式离合器的高压力进行输送。如果离合器不应运动,则借助于换向阀来使第二流的体积流量偏转到第一流的循环回路中。
根据图5的解决方式也利用一个双流泵,但流的大小关系在此另外设计。因为在混合式离合器打开期间对于自动变速器不需要体积流量,所以这些流这样来回转换,使得较大的流总是服务于具有较大体积流量需求的部分。由此,与根据图4的解决方式相比较,可以避免较大的流必须持续保持打开的混合式离合器的压力。
为了更进一步减小不同要求之间的差别,现在在根据图6的解决方式中将根据图3的方案的优点和根据图5的方案的优点相组合。作为选择,也可将根据图4的方案与根据图3的方案相组合,但在此不作详细描述。因此在此涉及一个借助于双流泵来服务于压力放大器和自动变速器的方案。并且现在在此使用较大的流来满足相应较高的体积流量需求。这已在该简图中清楚表明。压力放大关系的相应设计保证混合式离合器和自动变速器的极其不同的要求几乎可完全相互适应。
