Abstract

Description

机动车辆电池托架以及配备了此类托架的电池热防护箱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机动车辆电池托架以及配备了此类托架的电池热防护箱。
背景技术
放置在发动机舱内的机动车辆电池组未受到任何部件的保护,因为它们所遭受的高温而引起它们过早的损耗。
只有通常由铝制成的、在其上支撑电池的支架使之有可能存储由发动机产生的热量而减少电池的受热。然而这种保护是不充分的,因为由该支架存储的这些热能非常缓慢地发散,这对电池的使用寿命具有不利的影响。
此外,如果电池受到损害,可能发生酸的泄漏而极大地损害与电池接触的部件。
某些电池被设计成带有多个内部热交换器以保护它们免于受热,例如在文件FR 2 867 613,FR 2 768 557,FR 2 779 872,或US 5 569 552中所描述的。这类电池包括双重壁或内部流体循环回路,所以它们复杂且生产成本昂贵。此外,这些内部热交换器的退化可能损害电池的元件。最后,在某些情况下必须提供电池外的冷却装置,这增加了电池的空间需求。
发明内容
本发明的目标是通过提出一种电池支架以及一种电池热防护箱来补救这些缺点,它们使之有可能改善该电池的热防护并因此增加其使用寿命。
因此,本发明的主题是一种机动车辆电池托架,该托架被设计为用以接纳该电池底座并被放置在形成车辆部件的电池支架上,其特征在于,所述托架包括能够接纳该电池底座的底壁,所述壁包括被设计为用以接纳该电池底座的内面以及被设计为用以安放在该电池支架上的外面,并且在于该内面和外面各自配备了基本上垂直于该底壁延伸的多个板条。
于是该电池底座安放在该托架内面的这些板条上,托架自身通过其外面的这些板条安放在该电池支架上。这种安排的作用是一方面在该电池与该托架之间以及另一方面在该托架与该电池支架之间产生多个空气回路,使源自该电池支架的热量减弱。
这些板条还具有加固该托架的优点。
有利的是,这些板条被均匀地分配在该内、外面的至少一部分上,这样允许更好的分配由这些板条承受的力。
此外,如果电池受到损害,可能发生从电池流出酸泄漏而极大地损害与电池接触的那些部件。
本发明的目标还要通过提供一种托架来解决这种问题,该托架的底壁配备了在底壁外面的一侧通向排泄管的液体排泄孔,并且在其内面的这些板条被安排为形成将液体运送到该排泄孔的排泄回路。
由于该排泄管,因此任何酸泄漏可以从靠近电池的这些部件流走而无需冒损害它们的危险。
有利的是,该托架配备了多个构件的多个紧固孔,这些紧固孔被设计为接纳用于紧固到该电池支架上的多个构件,并且这些紧固孔被放置在该排泄回路外部。因此,在发生酸泄漏的情况下,这些紧固构件不会受到损害并且该电池仍保持牢固地固定在其支架上。
优选地,该托架由基于聚丙烯的材料制成。
本发明还涉及用于机动车辆电池的热防护箱,其特征在于,该热防护箱包括一外壳、一盖板以及根据本发明的托架,该外壳被连接到该托架和盖板上以便形成能够容纳电池的箱。
此类箱使之有可能改善根据本发明的托架所提供的电池的热防护,并因此延长电池的使用寿命。
有利的是,该外壳的和盖板的尺寸被选择为在被容纳的电池与该防护箱的各内壁之间安排空间,这样做是为了在该电池周围提供空气循环。
有利的是,该盖板具有多个通气开口,这些开口允许在箱内部围绕该电池循环的热空气逸出并防止热空气环绕该电池积聚。这些开口还可以用于使电池的连接电缆通过。

具体实施方式
图1展示了电池(未示出)的热防护箱1,该热防护箱1被设计为安放在被置于车辆发动机舱中的一铝支架2上。
该热防护箱1包括一托架3、一外壳4以及一盖板5。该外壳4被连接到该托架3和盖板5上以便形成能够容纳电池的封闭的箱。
该外壳以及盖板的尺寸优选地被选择为,使被容纳的电池与防护箱的各个内壁之间安排有空间以便协助空气循环。
优选的是,该盖板5还具有多个通气开口(未示出)以便促进热空气穿过热防护箱1的顶部逸出。
该托架3具有一底壁6,该底壁6被设计成在其外面7的一侧支撑在电池支架2上,在其内面8的一侧接纳电池。该托架还包括将安装外壳4的多个侧壁9。
根据本发明,该外面7和内面8各自配备了基本上垂直于该底壁6延伸的多个板条10。这些板条10使之有可能一方面在电池与托架之间以及另一方面在托架与电池支架之间安排空间,该电池安放在该内面8的板条10的自由边上,而该托架安放在该外面7的板条10的自由边上。这些板条的存在还使之有可能增强该托架的结构,因此使该托架更结实。
优选的是,这些板条10在底壁6各面的至少一半的表面上延伸。
优选的是,这些板条的高度被选择为允许产生足以确保热量有效地逸出的气垫。这个高度优选至少是等于大约1.5mm。
优选的是,这些板条的厚度被选择为确保足够的机械强度,内面8的板条10支撑电池的重量,而外面7的板条10支撑热防护箱和电池的重量。
在所示的实例中,这些板条10安排成格栅的形式。因此它们被均等地分配。然而,仍可以采用这些板条的任何其它的均匀安排(例如蜂窝构型)。
该底壁6还配备了一液体排泄孔11,该液体排泄孔11在底壁外面7的一侧通向一排泄管12。
此外,该内面8的板条10被安排为以便形成将液体运送至排泄孔11的一个排泄回路(由图2所示的箭头表示)。在该实例中,该排泄回路被置于配备了这些板条10的区域的外围。
该托架3配备了多个紧固孔13,它们被设计为接纳用于紧固到电池支架2上的多个构件14(螺钉、铆钉或类似的多个元件)。这些紧固孔13被放置在该排泄回路外部以防止从电池流出的酸泄漏对这些紧固构件14的任何侵蚀。
该托架、盖板和外壳优选是分别由模制塑料制成,例如由基于聚丙烯的材料制成,必要时进行强化。因此有可能使用含有百分之三十玻璃纤维的聚丙烯(PP GF 30)。
该托架优选被制成一体,例如通过模制。
托架、外壳和盖板各自被设计为能够彼此连接。这种连接可以通过互锁、通过多个夹卡或任何其它合适的手段来实现。
根据本发明的托架和箱的优点是独立于电池结构。因此,它们可以容纳不同类型的电池。它们还具有简单和生产廉价的优点。此外,该外壳不必以密封的方式安装到托架和盖板上,从而这些构件的生产不需要高精度并且不是很昂贵。

Claims (8)

1.一种机动车辆电池托架(3),该托架被设计成用于接纳该电池的底座并被放置在形成车辆部件的电池支架(2)上,其特征在于,该托架包括能够接纳该电池底座的底壁(6),所述壁(6)包括被设计为用以接纳该电池底座的内面(8)以及被设计为用以安放在该电池支架(2)上的外面(7),并且在于该内面(8)和外面(7)各自配备有基本上垂直于该底壁(6)延伸的多个板条(10)。
