背景技术
从名称为“non-return valve with a ball closing element”(具有球形合闸元件的止回阀)的波兰专利申请P-343136可以理解,其本体装配有贯穿通道,并且入口和出口终止于环座,在环座上,合闸球元件放置在合闸位置,并且本体还装配有偏斜通道,该偏斜通道的直径大于合闸球元件的直径,当阀处于打开位置时,合闸球元件进入偏斜通道。在入口,在偏斜通道和贯穿通道之间的连接处,本体具有扩展流动截面。阀的偏斜通道具有带有通孔的遮挡,该通孔连接到贯穿通道的出口,当贯穿通道为肘形或膝形时,将合闸球元件安置到全开位置。这种阀可根据具有通孔的遮挡的固定点制造为三种基本形式。遮挡可以永久地固定至盖子的肘形导轨或清理盖的肘形导轨或阀本体的偏斜通道。在波兰专利申请P-343137中,具有球形本体的止回阀的改进是由不完整的环制成的抵抗座或两个不完整的环形月牙状部。这些阀的想法基本上基于在偏斜区域的上侧的低压部分的紧密分离,这在阀的完全打开位置时防止液体流过偏斜通道,以在完全打开位置减少球的流动抵抗系数。
由于通常合闸元件(普遍为软密封门或闸刀门)安装在止回球阀的后面,所以重要的是,合闸元件和止回球阀共同组成不受由固体颗粒引起的阻塞的影响并且不受它们的侵蚀影响的组。这特别应用于肘形止回阀,在肘形止回阀之后,流速的变化呈现出管形截面。在这种情况下使用软密封闸刀具有很大的风险,这是因为由于软密封闸刀通常的固定方式导致在阀打开时的最大流速导向楔底部,有可能使橡胶楔面更快地磨损并使软密封闸刀振动。此外,用于一般使用的阀直径的软密封门长度比闸刀门盖的长度大出几倍,这对于它们在废水泵站中水平管上的遮盖物是非常重要的,其中,在窄容器中的泵装置的紧凑尺寸是很重要的。由于闸刀门的较高成本,所以使用用于废水的闸刀门是受限的。肘形止回球阀可被安装在肘部位置,但是这样就将没有空间遮盖该门,而且必须修改泵管道。
发明内容
作为所执行的耐用测试、在流动期间球在阀内的位置设计以及根据泵装置结构的紧凑性和消除球振动所进行的测试的结果,基于本发明开发出了一种新的阀构造,用于通过完全打开阀的液体流的所有实际情况以及截流合闸元件对固体颗粒可能沉积在止回阀体的元件上和合闸机构的元件的影响的所有实际情况。
根据本发明的止回阀的特征在于,在止回阀的出口处具有闸刀门,并且至少闸刀门的本体与阀体一体浇铸。
具有阀体的一体铸件包括分开的闸刀门的本体的板入口部分和垂直于竖直轴定位的通孔。
有利地,闸刀门的本体包括板入口部分和板出口部分,板入口部分与阀体(3)以及具有适当形状的通孔一体浇铸,通孔垂直于竖直轴定位,板入口部分和板出口部分由螺栓元件间隔开地相互连接,并且由边缘密封相互间隔开。
具有合闸板的动力单元固定于入口板部分和出口板部分。
有利地,板入口部分具有固定于其中的双面螺栓。
入口板部分可具有凹陷。
有利地,板出口部分具有固定于其中的双面螺栓。
本发明的基本优点在于,本发明简化了具有特别是位于泵管道的水平部分上的合闸机构的废水泵站的泵装置的结构。另外,本发明可包含于与标准肘形止回球阀相同的外壳尺寸,这明显地减小了止回阀和门的长度并且降低了其制造成本。

Claims (7)
1.一种止回阀,其阀体装配有弯曲或肘形的贯穿通道,所述贯穿通道具有安装有环座的入口和出口,在合闸位置,球放置在所述环座上,此外,所述阀体还装配有偏斜通道,所述偏斜通道的直径大于所述球的直径,以使所述球在开阀位置时进入,并且,在所述入口处,在所述偏斜通道和所述贯穿通道的连接处,所述阀体具有扩展的流动截面,并且所述偏斜通道具有带有贯穿开口的遮挡,所述贯穿开口与所述偏斜通道的出口连接,以将所述球设置于其完全打开位置,所述止回阀的特征在于,在所述止回阀的所述出口处具有闸刀门(1),并且至少所述闸刀门(1)的本体(2)与所述阀体(3)一体浇铸。
