一种角形排污闸阀,它包括阀体、阀杆(2)、阀盖(3)和楔形阀板(4),阀杆(2)通过填料密封装置和丝杆螺母活动安装在阀盖(3)上,阀杆(2)的顶部设置有手轮(10),阀盖(3)与阀体通过法兰连接,阀杆(2)的底部与楔形阀板(4)活动连接,它还有底部排污管道(5),阀体包括楔形阀板容纳壳体(6)、进液管道(7)和排液管道(8),楔形阀板容纳壳体(6)内镜像分布设置有阀板导向凸起,楔形阀板容纳壳体(6)的底部设置有排液漏斗(9),排液漏斗(9)的出口端与底部排污管道(5)的进口端相连通;优点是:能够及时排出阀体底部的污水,防止污垢沉淀。

本发明涉及排污阀门领域,具体涉及一种角形排污闸阀。
背景技术
目前,现有的排污阀门存在使用寿命较短,阀体底部容易堆积污垢的缺陷,阀体底部如果堆积污垢较多时会影响阀板的密封性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述之不足,而提供一种角形排污闸阀。
本发明它包括阀体、阀杆、阀盖和楔形阀板,阀杆通过填料密封装置和丝杆螺母活动安装在阀盖上,阀杆的顶部设置有手轮,阀盖与阀体通过法兰连接,阀杆的底部与楔形阀板活动连接,
它还有底部排污管道,阀体包括楔形阀板容纳壳体、进液管道和排液管道,楔形阀板容纳壳体内镜像分布设置有阀板导向凸起,楔形阀板容纳壳体的底部设置有排液漏斗,排液漏斗的出口端与底部排污管道的进口端相连通,底部排污管道的出口端与排液管道的内腔相连通,进液管道的进口端和排液管道的出口端分别设置有法兰盘,进液管道的出口端和排液管道的进口端分别与楔形阀板容纳壳体的内腔相连通,进液管道的进口处与排液管道的出口处的中心线呈夹角α布置,α为90-120°,楔形阀板的两侧分别开有与阀板导向凸起配合使用的滑槽,楔形阀板滑动安装在楔形阀板容纳壳体内。
手轮还可以是阀门电动执行器或阀门气动执行器。
排污管道的截面为椭圆形。
排污管道的进口焊接在排液漏斗的出口端,排污管道的出口端焊接在排液管道的外壁上。
排液漏斗的进口端截面为长圆形,排液漏斗的出口端截面为椭圆形。
本发明优点是:能够及时排出阀体底部的污水,防止污垢沉淀。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,本发明它包括阀体、阀杆2、阀盖3和楔形阀板4,阀杆2通过填料密封装置和丝杆螺母活动安装在阀盖3上,阀杆2的顶部设置有手轮10,阀盖3与阀体通过法兰连接,阀杆2的底部与楔形阀板4活动连接,
它还有底部排污管道5,阀体包括楔形阀板容纳壳体6、进液管道7和排液管道8,楔形阀板容纳壳体6内镜像分布设置有阀板导向凸起,楔形阀板容纳壳体6的底部设置有排液漏斗9,排液漏斗9的出口端与底部排污管道5的进口端相连通,底部排污管道5的出口端与排液管道8的内腔相连通,进液管道7的进口端和排液管道8的出口端分别设置有法兰盘,进液管道7的出口端和排液管道8的进口端分别与楔形阀板容纳壳体6的内腔相连通,进液管道7的进口处与排液管道8的出口处的中心线呈夹角α布置,α为90-120°,楔形阀板4的两侧分别开有与阀板导向凸起配合使用的滑槽,楔形阀板4滑动安装在楔形阀板容纳壳体6内。

排污管道5的截面为椭圆形。
排污管道5的进口焊接在排液漏斗9的出口端,排污管道5的出口端焊接在排液管道8的外壁上。
排液漏斗9的进口端截面为长圆形,排液漏斗9的出口端截面为椭圆形。
工作方式及原理:使用时,工作人员将角形排污闸阀安装在排污管道的拐角处,不需要排污时通过旋转手轮10带动阀杆2使楔形阀板4下降,堵住阀体内腔,阻挡污水通过,需要排污时,旋转手轮10带动阀杆2使楔形阀板4上升,接通楔形阀板容纳壳体6、进液管道7和排液管道8,即可排污,排污时回有部分污水沉积在楔形阀板容纳壳体6的底部,这时通过底部排污管道5将沉积的污水送入排液管道8内排出。排液漏斗9的进口端截面为长圆形,使排液漏斗9的进口端与楔形阀板容纳壳体6的底部更加契合,提高排污效率。

1.一种角形排污闸阀,它包括阀体、阀杆(2)、阀盖(3)和楔形阀板(4),阀杆(2)通过填料密封装置和丝杆螺母活动安装在阀盖(3)上,阀杆(2)的顶部设置有手轮(10),阀盖(3)与阀体通过法兰连接,阀杆(2)的底部与楔形阀板(4)活动连接,
其特征在于它还有底部排污管道(5),阀体包括楔形阀板容纳壳体(6)、进液管道(7)和排液管道(8),楔形阀板容纳壳体(6)内镜像分布设置有阀板导向凸起,楔形阀板容纳壳体(6)的底部设置有排液漏斗(9),排液漏斗(9)的出口端与底部排污管道(5)的进口端相连通,底部排污管道(5)的出口端与排液管道(8)的内腔相连通,进液管道(7)的进口端和排液管道(8)的出口端分别设置有法兰盘,进液管道(7)的出口端和排液管道(8)的进口端分别与楔形阀板容纳壳体(6)的内腔相连通,进液管道(7)的进口处与排液管道(8)的出口处的中心线呈夹角α布置,α为90-120°,楔形阀板(4)的两侧分别开有与阀板导向凸起配合使用的滑槽,楔形阀板(4)滑动安装在楔形阀板容纳壳体(6)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种角形排污闸阀,其特征在于手轮(10)还可以是阀门电动执行器或阀门气动执行器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种角形排污闸阀,其特征在于排污管道(5)的截面为椭圆形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种角形排污闸阀,其特征在于排污管道(5)的进口焊接在排液漏斗(9)的出口端,排污管道(5)的出口端焊接在排液管道(8)的外壁上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种角形排污闸阀,其特征在于排液漏斗(9)的进口端截面为长圆形,排液漏斗(9)的出口端截面为椭圆形。
