本发明是涉及一种摩托车蜗轮增压节油净化器。
背景技术:
现有的内燃发动机有电喷控制正常工作时对尾气排放达到标准,当强烈抖动车辆,弄湿电子系统,会影响电喷功能造成尾气排放不稳定,如现在大多数内燃机单用化油器,其排污对环境的影响严重。
发明内容:
为了克服单用化油器对环境污染与耗油量多的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种摩托车方型空气滤清器蜗轮增压节油净化器
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种摩托车方型空气滤清器蜗轮增压节油净化器,包括空气滤清器,燃油滤清器,其特征是:强磁体与燃油管与摩托车燃油滤清器机械连接,强磁体外壳与强磁力磁铁耐温强胶粘连接,方型空气滤清器与增氧蜗轮与发动机进气口机械连接,方型空气滤清器盖与方型空气滤清器滤芯壳与方型滤芯机械连接,增氧器铝外壳与蜗轮机械连接。
本发明其技术效果是:使燃油经强磁化激活、净化处理,纯净进入燃烧室,空气经蜗轮增氧进入燃烧室,使燃油充分燃烧,推动活塞运动,排出的尾气达到排污标准,保卫环境,节省燃油能源,节少贵重材料,在任何崎岖道理上及潮湿气候环境中都可使用,而且最重要的是对占大多数化油器内燃机改装最方便,与电喷加三元尾气排放器结合是一种应用面广,实用的摩托车尾气排污净化器。由于采用上述方案,结构简单,安装方便,成本低。

具体实施方式:
参照图1、2,强磁体外壳8与强磁力磁铁9耐温强胶粘连接。方型空气滤清器由方型空气滤清器盖1方型空气滤清器滤芯壳2,方型滤芯3组成内配蜗轮外壳4精密微型轴承5主轴6蜗轮7组成,由卡箍标准件13螺母14安装在发动机进气管15上当发动机工作时气缸内活塞抽力,拉动蜗轮旋转使过滤后再增压,快速进入燃烧室,使含氧量增加,一个良好性能的燃油滤清器12其出口接管11强磁力磁铁9粘附在注塑外壳8内由摩托车专用支架16紧固件10按装在接油管11外圆上,当经燃油滤清器12的燃油粗滤后再将微小杂质经强磁体净化,并磁化燃油磁化激活,进入燃烧室,此时油与气已增氧、强磁化激活、强净化,充分燃烧推动活塞运动,排出尾气达到了排污标准的目的,燃油动力机械都可广泛应用,为天更蓝,大气纯净,特别在动力机附近的操作人员,保护环境保护人民身心健康而造福文明社会。

  1. 一种摩托车方型空气滤清器蜗轮增压节油净化器,包括空气滤清器,燃油滤清器,其特征是:强磁体与燃油管与摩托车燃油滤清器机械连接,强磁体外壳与强磁力磁铁耐温强胶粘连接,方型空气滤清器与增氧蜗轮与发动机进气口机械连接,方型空气滤清器盖与方型空气滤清器滤芯壳与方型滤芯机械连接,增氧器铝外壳与蜗轮机械连接,摩托车专用支架与紧固件与油管外圆机械连接,摩托车专用支架与紧固件与油管外圆机械连接。
