Abstract

背景技术
【0001】该申请要求2005年8月8日申请的序号为60/706,310的临时专利申请的权益。
【0002】本发明的领域涉及用于在金属中形成孔和凹痕的凸模(punch)和冲模(die)。具体地,本发明涉及用于防止在高速、高产量制造时工件贴附(adher to)凸模的装置和附件。
【0003】现代凸模固定件的示例在申请人以前的美国专利5,337,835、5,410,932和外观设计351,395中被示出。这些凸模固定件的视图也在图1和2中被示出。用于特定应用的现代凸模利用金属或者聚亚安酯脱模机来防止在凸模上的工件阻力。金属脱模机组件典型地延伸出凸模固定件的侧面或者另外干涉凸模固定件的闭合放置(closeplacement)。聚亚安酯脱模机需要独立的金属固定件从而将脱模机准确地定位在凸模固定件上。为了消除伴随现有脱模机的缺点,已经开发出以下更紧凑的脱模机。
发明内容
【0004】新型脱模机组件结合一个精密螺纹塞,该精密螺纹塞预加载一个机械模具弹簧并且同时使脱模机组件位于一个市场上可买到的球锁凸模固定件(ball-lock punch retainer)上。球锁凸模固定件通常被用于工具、模具以及金属冲压工业,并且新型脱模机组件是在现今市场上可买到的各种凸模脱模机组件的基础上的改进装置。使用预加载的机械模具弹簧会提供可经受时间考验的较长寿命。

具体实施方式
【0012】在图1和图2中示出了典型的、市场上可买到的球锁凸模固定件10的俯视图和仰视图。凸模固定件10包括用于将凸模固定件连接到压板(没有示出)上的螺栓孔12、在底部带有合模销定位孔的螺纹孔14以及凸模固定孔16。
【0013】在图3中,新型脱模机组件18的俯视图示出了非常坚固(robust)的脱模机体20以及可移动的脱模机22。可移动的脱模机22上成形有孔24,该孔24的外形与凸模(没有示出)的形状匹配。

【0018】以上的构造提供了许多改进的特征。精密螺纹塞28定位脱模机组件18的同时为了延长模具弹簧的寿命而预加载模具弹簧26。由于塞28有精密加工的六角形孔42,所以脱模机组件18被准确定位并且固定在它的配合固定件10上。六角形孔42提供了在精密孔上面的一个通用扳手内六角形(allen wrench hex)从而使得装配和拆卸简易。新型设计使全部模具弹簧26和脱模力在非常坚固的脱模机体20中是完全独立的(isolated),而没有力被传递到任何外部部件上。完全组装后,脱模机组件18是完全“独立的/齐备的(self-contained)”,消除了部件丢失或者甚至当灾难性故障时组件的任何部件被投弃到冲压模内的危险。
【0019】精密螺纹塞28被设计成在脱模机体20中在它的配合凹处(mating pocket)的最低,这自动地使模具弹簧26预加载并且是防故障的,所以弹簧不会过载。
【0020】与当前可用的脱模机组件不同,新型脱模机组件18普遍地适用于所有标准的球锁凸模固定件,并且最重要地不需要改动固定件。
【0021】可移动或者滑动的脱模机22优选是具有润滑涂层的硬质工具钢结构以便保证平滑地脱模运动。脱模机22不仅通过“D”形主体外形引导,也通过脱模机的顶部直径或者孔尺寸以及形状24引导。这提供了一个更加改进的情况,该情况将确保脱模机22在生产过程中不能扭曲或者旋转以及压挤并且当脱模非平直表面时将更有利于脱模机上的侧面加载。
【0022】脱模机22的圆形部分以及脱模机组件18的所有圆形特征是沿凸模和穿孔(pierced hole)的中心线协同定位,这简化了脱模机组件的设计和制造。脱模机22的独特的“D”形外形40提供了自动防故障的装配,允许脱模机22仅能在正确的位置被装配进脱模机体20。
【0023】模具弹簧26和脱模机22的预加载提供了与工件接触时的瞬间脱模力。接触时的瞬间脱模力有利于计算和计时问题的简化,这些问题是难题,特别是关于凸轮驱动模具的应用。预加载也使得整个脱模机组件18更紧凑。脱模机体20是一个单件构造,该单件构造被设计成具有附加孔46的坚固的跟部(heel),这使得脱模机组件18比其他的脱模机组件更稳定并且更坚固。
Claims (4)
1.可连接到凸模固定件的脱模机组件,其包括非常坚固的中空体,在该中空体的底部具有螺纹孔并且在该中空体的顶部具有上部孔,
一个在所述上部孔中可移动的脱模机,以及一个在所述中空体内啮合所述脱模机的模具弹簧,
一个精密螺纹塞,该精密螺纹塞在所述螺纹孔内并且啮合所述模具弹簧,借此所述模具弹簧和所述脱模机被预加载,并且
在所述精密螺纹塞中以便在凸模固定件上准确定位所述脱模机组件的装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的脱模机组件,其包括防止所述脱模机相对所述中空体旋转的装置。
3.如权利要求1所述的脱模机组件,其包括装入所述精密螺纹塞并从而使所述模具弹簧预加载的装置。
4.如权利要求1所述的脱模机组件,其中在所述精密螺纹塞中以便准确定位所述脱模机组件的所述装置包括形成在所述塞内的基本六角形孔。
