Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种刺穿皮肤的刺血针,例如,用于刺穿皮肤以抽取血滴的刺血针。
背景技术
刺穿皮肤的刺血针在本领域中众所周知。许多这种刺血针包括一端具有锋锐的末端且相对端嵌入在本体中的针,并且针的末端从本体突出。针通常由金属制成。为了本说明书的目的,末端所位于的针的一端将被称为“远”端,相对端将被称为“近”端。相同的术语将被用来指明这里描述的其它部件或运动的方位或方向。
刺穿皮肤的刺血针典型地是装入击发装置(firing device)中以刺穿皮肤。击发装置为一次性或可重复使用的。一些击发装置还可以以刺血针的叠列或盒的形式容纳多个刺血针,用于所述装置的重复使用。使用者通过按动触发器使刺血针的针露出。
已知的刺血针典型地包括可移除帽套,所述可移除帽套设置于针的远端以使末端保持在无菌状态,同时在使用之前保护末端和使用者。典型地,帽套是与本体一体成型,并且设置薄弱的“颈部”区域,以形成帽套和本体之间的分界面。通过相对于本体扭转帽套以将颈部扭断,将帽套移除,接着拉动帽套以从针上移去帽套。一旦将这种帽套移去,就很难将帽套固定回本体上遮蔽针的位置。即使帽套可以被推回针上,这也不是安全可靠的连接,并且帽套可以很容易地从针上滑落。
帽套不需要和本体一体成型,而是可以形成为单独的部件。某些这种帽套为由柔软材料制成的固体部件,在针上包覆成型(overmould)而形成。
发明内容
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种刺穿皮肤的刺血针,所述刺血针包括:
针;
用于保持针的本体;以及
用于至少遮蔽针的末端的帽套;
形成在本体上的至少一个帽套接合形成部;以及
形成在帽套上的至少一个本体接合形成部,本体接合形成部被构造成与帽套接合形成部形成可释放的机械互锁,从而在遮蔽位置处将帽套固定到本体。
优选地,互锁的本体接合形成部和帽套接合形成部包括互锁的凸形部件和凹形部件。
优选地,本体接合形成部包括一对从帽套延伸出的突起;而帽套接合形成部包括对应的一对位于本体中的开口。
根据优选实施例,帽套接合形成部包括第一对肋部,帽套接合形成部包括第二对肋部,其中,当帽套位于适当的位置处时,第一对肋部和第二对肋部相互成阻挡接合,以便基本防止帽套围绕针的轴线相对于本体旋转。
优选地,帽套由一种可使针在重新套上期间穿过帽套的材料制成。
优选地,帽套由从热塑性合成橡胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯、硅橡胶和低密度聚乙烯中选择的一种材料形成。
在优选实施例中,本体包括低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚苯乙烯。
优选地,当帽套固定到本体时,针嵌在本体和帽套中。
优选地,本体独立于帽套模制而成。
在本体或帽套的模制期间,本体和帽套可以连结在一起。除了本体接合形成部和帽套接合形成部的接合提供的可释放的机械互锁外,这样在本体和帽套之间还提供化学连结。
根据本发明的第二方面,提供了一种制造上述的刺穿皮肤的刺血针的方法,所述方法包括步骤:
将针的一部分定位于模具中;以及
在针的该部分周围注射模塑本体,使得针的末端从本体突出;以及至少在针的末端周围注射模塑帽套。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,根据本发明的第一实施例的刺血针101包括本体102、帽套103以及针104。本体102注射模塑在针104的周围,使得针104的末端从本体102的远端105突出。
本体101由刚性塑料材料形成,当然,也可采用任何适当的材料。可以用于本体102的材料包括低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯和聚苯乙烯。在本实施例中,采用刚性塑料材料,这是因为该材料可以容易地注射模塑在针104的周围。针104由金属制成,当然,也可采用其它材料,例如,塑料或者陶瓷。
帽套103由柔软的类似橡胶的材料形成,例如,热塑性合成橡胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)或硅橡胶。帽套103包括具有孔的本体,当帽套103位于针104上时,针104设置于所述孔中。所述孔可以是预先形成的,或者可以是在针被推入柔性的类似橡胶的帽套中时制成。可选择地,帽套可以由诸如低密度聚乙烯的刚性塑料材料形成,尽管这样由于帽套需要准确地定位回孔中而造成重新包胶更加困难。
本体102包括两个帽套接合形成部106、107。帽套接合形成部106、107包括位于本体102的远端105中的模制开口。开口106、107是具有与针104的主轴成角度的纵轴的从本体的远端105“切出”的槽缝。
帽套103包括构造用于与帽套接合形成部106、107互锁的两个本体接合形成部108、109。本体接合形成部108、109每个都包括来自帽套103的突出部,当帽套103位于本体102上的适当位置处时,所述突出部的纵轴与针104的主轴成角度。
如图2所示,本体接合形成部108、109形成为与本体102中的开口106、107的形状相匹配。每个开口106、107都具有弯曲部201,而每个本体接合形成部108、109也都具有弯曲部202。
每个接合形成部106、107、108、109都包括切除更多的部分,以提供防旋转肋部,如图1和图3所示,其中图3中更加清楚。防旋转肋部110、111设置在每一个帽套接合形成部106、107上,而防旋转肋部301、302设置在每一个本体接合形成部108、109上。
刺血针101通过首先将针104的一部分设置于模具中进行制造。本体102接着被注射模塑到针104的周围,使得针104的末端从本体104突出。帽套103随后包覆成型在针104的末端周围,以遮蔽针104并保持该针无菌。
本体102与针104之间的连结强度足以使得在刺血针101的正常使用期间或者刺血针101的脱帽期间将针104保持在本体102中。通过在将本体102模制到针104的周围之前使针104的表面变粗糙,可以增加本体102与针104之间的连结强度。
当使用者最初获得刺血针101时,帽套103处于遮蔽针104的位置处。为了使用刺血针,帽套103必须从针104上移除。这通过将帽套103从本体102拉出获得。当帽套103被从本体102拉出时,本体接合形成部108、109由于其弹性特性相对于针104的主轴方向向外弯曲,直至该本体接合形成部变得脱离帽套接合形成部106、107且帽套103可以从针104上移除为止。接着,刺血针101准备好使用。
使用后,为了减小造成针104意外刺到使用者或他人的危险需要将帽套放回原处。为了重新套在针104上,帽套103沿着箭头203所示的方向朝着本体104滑动。弯曲部201、202相互接触,并且弯曲方向使得本体接合形成部108、109相对于针104向外偏斜。因为帽套是由类似橡胶的柔性材料形成,所以可以实现该偏斜。当帽套103进一步滑向本体时,本体接合形成部108、109滑到对应的帽套接合形成部106、107中。一旦本体接合形成部108、109与帽套接合形成部106、107充分互锁,则帽套103被固定到本体102上。
在重新套上期间,针104位于帽套103中的对应的孔(未示出)中,或者穿过帽套103而形成新孔。
在对针104套上帽套或脱下帽套时,肋部110、111、301、302共同用于限制帽套103的针轴线相对于本体104的旋转运动。理想的是,在自动装置中的操作期间限制帽套的旋转。由于帽套相对于本体保持平直,所以限制旋转也使得一叠列刺血针堆叠得更加整齐。
在此所述类型的刺血针可以用于击发装置中,所述击发装置包括:
·每次可以保持一个刺血针的可重复使用的击发装置;或
·一次性的击发装置;或
·接收多个刺血针(例如,成盒的刺血针)的击发装置。
在上述说明中,都是指使用者对刺血针脱掉帽套和重新套上帽套,但脱帽和重新套帽的操作也可以由击发装置来执行,其中所述击发装置包括将帽套从针和本体上移除的机构和/或将帽套重新放回到针上的机构。
在制造期间,当帽套103后来包覆成型在针的末端周围时,帽套103可以在帽套103和本体104的分界面处与本体104相连结。这减小了针丧失无菌性的风险,并且除了提供机械互锁外还为帽套103和本体104之间提供了微弱的连结。这消除了对使用胶粘剂以形成帽套103和本体104之间的连结的需要,但是如有需要也可以额外地使用胶粘剂。
本领域的技术人员应了解,在没有背离本发明的范围的前提下可以对上述实施例做出各种修改。
Claims (11)
1.一种刺穿皮肤的刺血针,包括:
针;
用于保持所述针的本体;以及
用于至少遮蔽所述针的末端的帽套;
形成在所述本体上的至少一个帽套接合形成部;以及
形成在所述帽套上的至少一个本体接合形成部,所述本体接合形成部被构造成与所述帽套接合形成部形成可释放的机械互锁,从而在遮蔽位置处将所述帽套固定到所述本体。
2.如权利要求1所述的刺血针,其中,互锁的所述本体接合形成部和所述帽套接合形成部包括互锁的凸形部件和凹形部件。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的刺血针,其中,所述本体接合形成部包括一对从所述帽套延伸出的突起;所述帽套接合形成部包括对应的一对位于所述本体中的开口。
4.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的刺血针,其中,所述帽套接合形成部包括第一对肋部,所述本体接合形成部包括第二对肋部,其中,当所述帽套位于适当的位置处时,所述第一对肋部和所述第二对肋部相互成阻挡接合,以基本防止所述帽套围绕所述针的轴线相对于所述本体旋转。
5.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的刺血针,其中,所述帽套由一种使所述针能够在重新套上帽套期间穿过所述帽套的材料制成。
6.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的刺血针,其中,所述帽套由从热塑性合成橡胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯、硅橡胶和低密度聚乙烯中选择的一种材料形成。
7.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的刺血针,其中,所述本体包括低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚苯乙烯。
8.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的刺血针,其中,当所述帽套固定到所述本体时,所述针嵌在所述本体和所述帽套中。
9.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的刺血针,其中,所述本体独立于所述帽套模制而成。
10.如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的刺血针,其中,在所述本体或所述帽套的模制期间,所述本体和所述帽套连结在一起。
11.一种制造如前述任一项权利要求所述的刺穿皮肤的刺血针的方法,包括步骤:
将针的一部分定位于模具中;以及
在所述针的所述部分周围注射模塑本体,使得所述针的末端从所述本体突出;以及
至少在所述针的所述末端周围注射模塑帽套。
