Abstract

本发明公开了一种改良型阶梯状插头端子及其生产方法。该改良型阶梯状插头端子的端子本体、结合部、以及接线部通过挤压方式一体成型。本发明的插头端子的生产方法采用如下技术方案:首先用成型机制作出阶梯状的端子本体,然后将端子本体的颈部用具有阶梯状型腔的模具固定,之后,挤压颈部伸出于型腔后端的部分,使其变形而于型腔后端成型为结合部,位于型腔之外的部分则构成接线部。由于端子本体、结合部、以及接线部采用挤压方式一体成型,不仅简化了生产工序、提高了加工速度,而且不会产生废料,从而大大降低了插头端子的生产成本。

Description

一种改良型阶梯状插头端子的生产方法
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及电器插头技术领域,尤其是涉及电器插头上使用的插头端子及其生产方法。 
背景技术:
电器插头一类端子依使用国家的不同,而大致分为美日加体系、欧共体体系、大英国体系、以及中国体系四种。见图1和图2所示:电器插头1有双端子和三端子之分,有一类端子呈阶梯状,见图3和图4所示:此类插头端子是由端子本体10、结合部20、以及接线部30构成的,端子本体10由前端段11和颈部12构成,结合部20位于端子本体10的颈部12与接线部20之间。目前这种结构的插头端子采用车、铣等机加工方式生产,在生产过程中将浪费大量的原料,而端子的主要原料是价格高昂的铜,使得插头端子的生产成本居高不下。在目前无法以更低的价格取得原料的情况下,如何降低插头端子的生产成本也就成为亟待改善的问题。 
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术存在的不足之处而提供一种改良型阶梯状插头端子及其生产方法,该插头端子具有生产工序简单、加工速度快、生产成本低的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明的改良型阶梯状插头端子包括有端子本体、结合部、以及接线部,其中,端子本体由前端段和颈部构成,结合部位于端子本体的颈部与接线部之间,所述的端子本体、结合部、以及接线部通过挤压方式一体成型。 
所述的端子本体、结合部、以及接线部为圆柱状、矩柱状、或扁平状。 
本发明的插头端子的生产方法采用如下技术方案:首先用成型机制作出阶梯状的端子本体,然后将端子本体的颈部用具有阶梯状型腔的模具固定,之后,挤压颈部伸出于型腔后端的部分,使其变形而于型腔后端成型为结合部,位于型腔之外的部分则构成接线部。 
在上述方法中,挤压可分多次进行,模具的型腔后端的尺寸依次减小,最后一次挤压采用的模具的型腔后端的尺寸与所需结合部尺寸的差别在公差允许的范围之内。 
本发明的有益效果在于:由于端子本体、结合部、以及接线部采用挤压方式一体成型,不仅简化了生产工序、提高了加工速度,而且不会产生废料,从而大大降低了插头端子的生产成本。

具体实施方式:
以下所述仅为体现本发明原理的较佳实施例,并不因此而限定本发明的保护范围。
见附图3至附图4所示的两种插头端子(当然还有其它形状的插头端子,这里不再一一表示),它包括有端子本体10、结合部20、以及接线部30,其中,端子本体10由前端段11和颈部12构成,结合部20位于端子本体10的颈部12与接线部30之间,端子本体10、结合部20、以及接线部30通过挤压方式一体成型。 
需要特别说明的是:阶梯状插头端子的结构和形状并不局限于图5和图6中所示的两种,生产厂家可以结合市场的实际需求而随意进行变更。 
见附图5和附图6所示,本发明的生产方法如下:首先把铜质坯料用成型机制作出阶梯状的端子本体10,然后将端子本体10的颈部12用具有阶梯状型腔41的模具40(分上模和下模)固定,之后,挤压颈部12伸出于型腔41后端的部分,使其变形而于型腔41后端成型为结合部20,位于型腔41之外的部分则构成接线部30。 
为控制插头端子的加工精度,挤压可分多次进行,模具40的型腔41后端的尺寸依次减小,最后一次挤压采用的模具40的型腔41后端的尺寸与所需结合部20尺寸的差别在公差允许的范围之内。以图6所示的插头端子为例,假设结合部20的宽度和高度分别为6.3mm 和4mm,允许公差为+0.0/-0.05mm,分三次挤压,则第一次挤压的时候模具40型腔41后端的宽度和高度分别为6.1mm和3.8mm;第二次挤压模具40型腔41的宽度和高度分别为6.2mm和3.9mm,;最后一次挤压模具40型腔41的宽度和高度分别为6.3+0/-0.05mm和4.0+0.0/-0.05mm,这样,最终得到的产品即为符合精度要求的成品。

Claims (1)

1.一种生产改良型阶梯状插头端子的方法,所述插头端子包括有端子本体(10)、结合部(20)、以及接线部(30),其中,端子本体(10)由前端段(11)和颈部(12)构成,结合部(20)位于端子本体(10)的颈部(12)与接线部(30)之间,所述的端子本体(10)、结合部(20)、以及接线部(30)通过挤压方式一体成型,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
首先用成型机制作出阶梯状的端子本体(10),然后将端子本体(10)的颈部(12)用具有阶梯状型腔(41)的模具(40)固定,之后,挤压颈部(12)伸出于型腔(41)后端的部分,使其变形而于型腔(41)后端成型为结合部(20),位于型腔(41)之外的部分则构成接线部(30);
所述的挤压分三次进行,所述端子本体的宽度和高度分别为6.3mm和4mm,允许公差为+0.0/-0.05mm,第一次挤压的时候模具型腔的宽度和高度分别为6.1mm和3.8mm,第二次挤压模具型腔的宽度和高度分别为6.2mm和3.9mm,最后一次挤压模具型腔的宽度和高度分别为6.3+0/-0.05mm和4.0+0.0/-0.05mm。
