Abstract

本发明公开了一种可长久支撑的液压千斤顶,包括底座、外套、油缸、活塞杆、顶帽、泵体、泵芯、手柄、揿手、回油阀、压帽和开合螺母,开合螺母套设于活塞杆的外部,两者相互螺合,压帽设于开合螺母与顶帽的上端,它套设于活塞杆上。本发明千斤顶具有顶升操作更安全可靠的优点。

可长久支撑的液压千斤顶
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种起升装置,具体地说是一种在顶升操作时可长久支撑住载荷的液压千斤顶,能进一步增强顶升工作的安全性。
背景技术
现有液压千斤顶具有结构较紧凑、操作方便等优点,但有时在顶升操作过程中,偶而也会发生漏油下降现象,这样千斤顶就不能正常顶升工件,因而仍存在着不能长时间处于顶升工作状态,安全性较差等缺点。如果工作人员需进入被顶起的重物之下工作,或需长时间顶升重物,则必须另用支架撑住负载,才能保证安全,这样操作起来既麻烦又费力。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提出一种能进一步保证顶升操作安全性的可长久支撑的液压千斤顶。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明可长久支撑的液压千斤顶包括底座、外套、油缸、活塞杆、顶帽、泵体、泵芯、手柄、揿手、回油阀、压帽和开合螺母,所述开合螺母套设于所述活塞杆的外部,两者相互螺合,所述压帽设于所述开合螺母与顶帽的上端,它套设于所述活塞杆上。
上述可长久支撑的液压千斤顶,所述开合螺母的内壁和所述活塞杆的外壁分别设有反向的锯齿型螺纹。
上述可长久支撑的液压千斤顶,所述开合螺母的纵向截面为倒梯形状,由两个单体构成,在所述单体的两个连接面设有孔,孔内设有连接弹簧。
上述可长久支撑的液压千斤顶,所述开合螺母单体的两个连接面上还分别设有孔,所述孔内设有连接销轴。
上述可长久支撑的液压千斤顶,所述压帽和所述顶帽通过两端所设的两个杠杆机构连接在一起,所述每个杠杆机构包括弯折形杠杆、压簧、连杆和挡圈,所述弯折形杠杆的中间用销轴连接在所述压帽上开设的凹口内,所述连杆的上端穿设于所述销轴上,所述连杆向下穿过所述顶帽两端开设的通孔内,所述压簧套设于所述连杆的下部,所述挡圈设于所述连杆的下端部,挡住所述压簧。
上述可长久支撑的液压千斤顶,所述压帽与所述顶帽螺合在一起。
本发明由于采用了上述技术结构,千斤顶在顶升操作时,在连接弹簧的作用下,开合螺母受上顶力时左、右单体分开,使活塞杆能正常上升。受下压力时,开合螺母闭合,并因其与活塞杆之间的螺纹连接,而将活塞杆抱死,因而能稳定地支撑住负载。压帽与顶帽之间可采用螺纹连接、杠杆机构连接等多种方式。采用螺纹连接时,在顶升操作过程中,旋松压帽,使开合螺母有活动空间。顶升到需要高度时,旋紧压帽,使开合螺母和压帽能稳定地支撑住负载。采用杠杆连接时,在顶升操作过程中,无须板动弯折形杠杆,活塞杆上升时,活塞杆上面的螺纹带动开合螺母上升,顶帽中的锥度开合螺母中的弹簧使开合螺母打开,完成活塞杆上升,到需要高度时,与压帽连接的连杆下端的压簧使开合螺母向下,顶帽中锥度使开合螺母闭合,抱死活塞杆,使开合螺母和压帽能稳定地支撑住负载。因而,本发明千斤顶具有更安全可靠的优点。开合螺母内所设的连接销轴,可以保证开合螺母两个单体在松开后,还能如原来位置再次紧密地连接在一起。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,可长久支撑的液压千斤顶包括底座34、外套15、油缸14、活塞杆2、调整螺杆1、顶帽5、泵体20、泵芯21、手柄37、揿手36、回油阀39、压帽3、开合螺母4和杠杆机构。外套15与顶帽5之间设有O形密封圈9,油缸14的上端与顶帽5之间设有挡圈13。开合螺母4套设于活塞杆2的外部,两者的外壁分别设有反向的锯齿型螺纹并相互螺合,如图6所示。压帽3设于开合螺母4的上端,它套设于活塞杆2上。压帽3和顶帽5通过两端的两个杠杆机构连接在一起,每个杠杆机构包括弯折形杠杆11、压簧8、连杆6、垫圈10和挡圈12,弯折形杠杆11的中间用销轴7连接在压帽3上开设的凹口内,连杆6的上端穿设于销轴7上,连杆6向下穿过顶帽5两端开设的通孔内,压簧8套设于连杆6的下部,挡圈12设于连杆6的下端部,并挡住压簧8。当然,本发明液压千斤顶的结构中,压帽3与顶帽5之间可采用简单的螺纹连接结构,但操作起来相对不便。
如图3所示,开合螺母4的纵向截面为倒梯形状。如图4所示,它由左、右两个单体41、42构成,左、右两个单体的两个连接面上设有孔,孔内设有连接弹簧43。如图5所示,左、右单体41、42的两个连接面上还分别设有孔,孔内设有连接销轴44。
本发明结构中,开合螺母和活塞杆之间还可以采用三角螺纹、梯形螺纹等其它形状的螺纹相连。

Claims (1)

1.可长久支撑的液压千斤顶,包括底座、外套、油缸、活塞杆、顶帽、泵体、泵芯、手柄、揿手和回油阀,其特征在于,它还包括压帽和开合螺母,所述开合螺母套设于所述活塞杆的外部,两者相互螺合,所述压帽设于所述开合螺母与顶帽的上端,它套设于所述活塞杆上;所述压帽和所述顶帽通过两端所设的两个杠杆机构连接在一起,所述每个杠杆机构包括弯折形杠杆、压簧、连杆和挡圈,所述弯折形杠杆的中间用销轴连接在所述压帽上开设的凹口内,所述连杆的上端穿设于所述销轴上,所述连杆向下穿过所述顶帽两端开设的通孔内,所述压簧套设于所述连杆的下部,所述挡圈设于所述连杆的下端部,挡住所述压簧。
