校准篮调整装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种吹膜挤出装置。
背景技术
这样的吹膜挤出装置是已知的并且已经长期使用。这样装置装入颗粒形式的塑料,然后在挤出机重在较高的压力作用下塑化为粘性物质。依压力的不同呈现高温的这种物质在喷嘴中形成环形并通过环形喷嘴从喷头漏出。离开该环形喷嘴之后该物质已经立即形成为薄膜管。然而,这个薄膜管的直径仍旧可能变化,因为它尚未完全冷却。因为该薄膜管的内部空间鼓入压缩空气,直径一般会增大。为了该薄膜管总是呈现恒定的直径,隔一段距离或者直接沿途由薄膜引导件引导。薄膜引导件的这种布置在吹膜挤出装置领域上被称为校准篮。通过校准篮之后,现在已经硬化的薄膜管沿着另一个把该薄膜管压扁的薄膜引导件引导。该压扁装置把薄膜管引导到挤压装置,以便将其形成为双层的薄膜带。对于“挤压”应该理解,除薄膜管完全压扁以外,还有没有完全压扁的。由于没有完全压扁,就仍旧可能要一些加工步骤,正如例如,沿着折叠边纵向切割。
该校准篮的薄膜引导件可以是由光滑的材料制成的平面构件,但还可以是辊轮。在这方面,可以使用四氯乙烯辊、毛毡辊、珍珠板条以及刷子状或扫帚型构件。所有这些措施的目的是,可靠地引导薄膜并在这方面充分向薄膜施加力,但另一方面,不引起仍旧是热的、刚挤出的薄膜损坏。
因此,一段时间以来还使用设有这样的薄膜引导件的校准篮,该引导件面向薄膜管的一侧有一个气垫而且无接触地引导薄膜管。
为此这个薄膜管引导件设有开孔,在背离薄膜管的一侧加载压缩空气。通过直径例如为0.5mm的开孔,流出的压缩空气使薄膜管维持的一段距离上,以便无接触地引导薄膜管。用这样的方法,即可避免损坏薄膜管。
然而,为了该薄膜引导件不损害其稳定性,这些孔必须彼此相隔一段已知的距离。但其后果是,引导薄膜管的气垫不能均匀地作用在薄膜管的圆周上。因而损害引导准确性。薄膜管直径误差较大便是其后果。由于压缩空气的进气不均匀,薄膜管还往往颤动。
因此,例如EP1488910A1建议,用多孔或微孔材料来构造薄膜引导件,空气通过大量较小的空洞挤出,以此形成一个特别适当的气垫。作为包含这个大量的小空洞的材料,还建议采用多孔的,优选是微孔的材料,例如烧结材料。
这样的材料呈现大量贯透性孔洞。因此,薄膜引导件可以在远离薄膜管的一侧鼓入压缩空气,这时在面向薄膜管的一侧形成一个大体均匀的气垫,以此可以引导质量较高的薄膜管。作为具有这种特性的材料,优选采用经过烧结的材料。上述类型的薄膜引导件一般在薄膜管周围的一个分区范围进行引导。引导该薄膜的面向薄膜管的平面或者引导薄膜管的气垫所支持的平面往往是弯曲的,以便更好紧贴在该圆的圆形圆周面上。例如,在上述EP1488910A1可以清楚地看到这一点。
在这样的装置中薄膜管的尺寸,在这种情况下也是其截面直径改变,因而必须改变薄膜引导件的相对位置。一般这是通过在薄膜气泡的径向上改变薄膜引导件的位置来完成的。为此目的EP1488910A1的薄膜引导件设有单独的调整装置。为了保证仍旧维持薄膜截面的圆形形状,对其必须谨慎操纵。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,是使这个调整工作变得容易。为了完成这一任务,本申请提供一种吹膜挤出装置,它具有下列特征:
可以从中挤出薄膜管的环形喷嘴狭缝;
把薄膜管折叠起来的夹扁或挤压装置;

具体实施方式

10.按照权利要求1或2所述的吹膜挤出装置(1),其特征在于,该至少一个支持杆(35)本身可旋转铰接在该校准装置的框架(44)上。
