本领域已知,当以2ppm使用时,氟对于牙齿的再矿化是有效的。氟结合进羟基磷灰石结晶中,然后其转变为耐脱矿质作用的硬晶体结构。已经推荐在各种口腔组合物中以这样的方式使用氟。日本出版物No.11-130643公开了含有碳酸钙和氟化物的口腔组合物。还公开了氟化物与糖醇的联用可以增加氟重新矿化牙齿的能力(日本出版物No.11-21217,日本出版物No.2000-72638和日本出版物No.2000-154127)。
本领域已知,对牙齿应用磷酸钙可以促进再矿化(日本出版物No.11-228369和日本出版物No.10-310513)。日本出版物No.11-29454公开了含有碳酸钙和藻酸盐的口腔组合物。该发明人教导该组合物可以增加碳酸钙粘附牙齿的能力,并提高pH值的中和作用和随后的再矿化。
在1985年,Onisi报道了在日本学校中研究饮茶方案来减少儿童龋齿发生率、和能够降低具有相关氟中毒的氟化物补充的可能性。在测试的学校儿童中,由定期消耗茶引起的龋齿降低比例在22.1至26.1%的范围。茶的抗生龋效果是由于多酚类化合物。已经认为,向牙的卫生产品和含蔗糖食物中加入这些化合物,是抑制牙齿脱矿质的方法,但还没有进行商业化。在任何情况下,多酚类化合物具有苦味,并且在高浓度下使用可能影响味道。
已知当将酪蛋白酸盐(牛乳的磷蛋白盐)加入到大鼠的饮用水中时,其可以防龋。US专利No.5,130,123描述了酪蛋白酸盐的防龋用途,但当以治疗有效剂量使用时,即使与巧克力糖果一起配制时,该化合物是苦的和味道差的组分。低含量的酪蛋白酸盐不能显著地增加糖果的防龋作用。
在U.S.专利No.5,015,628中,Reynolds公开了使用局部施加牛奶酪蛋白酸盐的胰蛋白酶浸提物来降低牙齿脱矿化的方法。在US专利No.5,227,154中,Reynolds指出,酪蛋白磷肽络合物可以使磷酸钙稳定,并便于在牙菌斑中引入和积聚钙及其它再矿化或抗菌离子。认为磷酸钙离子在噬菌斑中的积聚可以减缓脱矿化作用,并被称作防龋。
在WO 02067871中,Kenji描述了使用缓冲剂将口腔的pH值恢复至中性。在中性pH值下,唾液中的钙和磷酸盐离子通过噬菌斑再结合进牙本质中,并促进牙齿再矿化。虽然Kenji描述了表面活性剂在牙膏和牙粉中的用途,但作者没有描述络合物可以增加缓冲剂对于牙釉质表面的亲和性的用途。Kenji没有教导表面活性剂可以增加缓冲剂的亲和性、或公开胺或季胺络合物的用途。
在EP 0968700中,Dimitri公开了使用以大约2∶1∶1的摩尔比带有Ca2+、F-和PO4 3-离子的阳离子和阴离子型离子交换树脂,可以再矿化牙釉质。优选的树脂是基于与2-14%二乙烯基苯交联的聚苯乙烯的那些树脂。该材料可在治疗龋齿特别是深层龋齿中用作第一种填充剂,引起组成与原始组成非常接近的牙本质的再矿化。它还用作牙粉产品,例如软膏、酏剂和洁牙线。
很多专利和出版物描述了含有如下物质的口胶糖:钙的化合物,例如乳酸钙(DE Pat.No.2,543,489),硝酸钙(WO 97/06774);氟化物(Santos de los,R.等人,Caries Res.,1994;28(6):441-446,Wang,CW,等人,Caries Res.,1993;27(6):455-460,Lamb WJ.等人,Caries Res.,1993;27(2):111-116);或磷酸盐,例如磷酸钾(WO 97/06774,U.S.Pat.No.5,958,380),磷酸钠(DE Pat.No.2,543,489),磷酸钙(WO 98/07448)或钙化合物、磷酸盐和氟化物(USPat.No.5,460,803)和装入胶囊的离子交换树脂,以使牙齿再矿化(WO02/49448Gonzalo)。在背景技术中没有描述使用磷酸钙甾醇络合物来改善亲和性、防龋或再矿化效果。
发明内容
本发明描述了新的稳定无机磷酸盐络合物的制备。这些络合物可以采用含有该络合物的组合物用于治疗牙齿。意外地发现,包含本发明络合物的组合物可以促进牙齿再矿化并降低龋齿的发生率。
按照本发明的第一方面,提供了无机磷酸盐的氮络合物,其包含阴离子型子结构(I)
其中络合剂的氮原子(N)与所述无机磷酸盐的氧原子(O)进行络合;
其中氮原子选自胺基的氮原子或N-杂芳环的氮原子;和
其中A和A′各自独立地选自羟基(-OH),氧化物基团(-O-),基团-OR,其中R是烷基或取代的烷基;与氮络合的氧(-O←N),其中氮原子选自胺基的氮原子或N-杂芳环的氮原子;和下式的磷酸根:
其中每个A″和A″′独立地选自与A′和A″相同的取代基;
其中A、A′、A″和A″′中的至少一个是氧化物(-O-),条件是,当A″和A″′不存在时,那么A和A′中的至少一个是氧化物(-O-)。反阳离子优选选自碱金属(I族)和碱土金属(II族)。
按照本发明的第二方面,提供了制备按照第一方面的络合物的方法,该方法包括使含有氮的络合剂与无机磷酸盐反应的步骤。
按照本发明的第三方面,为了给予无机磷酸盐而提供了组合物,该组合物包括有效量的一种或多种第一方面的络合物。
按照本发明的第四方面,提供了治疗龋齿的方法,该方法包括给予口腔或牙齿第一方面的络合物或第三方面的组合物的步骤。
具体实施方式
本发明描述了无机磷酸盐具体地说钙磷酸盐的稳定络合物的制备,其利用它们与包含氮的络合剂进行反应。通过给予牙齿含有络合物的组合物,这种无机磷酸盐络合物可以用于治疗龋齿。意外地发现,包含这种无机磷酸盐的络合物的组合物可以促进牙齿再矿化并降低龋齿的发生率。
按照本发明的第一个方面,提供了无机磷酸盐的氮络合物,其包含阴离子型子结构(I)
其中络合剂的氮原子(N)与无机磷酸盐的氧原子(O)进行络合;
其中氮原子选自胺基的氮原子或N-杂芳环的氮原子;和
其中A和A′各自独立地选自羟基(-OH),氧化物基团(-O-);基团-OR,其中R是烷基或取代的烷基;与氮络合的氧(-O←N),其中氮原子选自胺基的氮原子或N-杂芳环的氮原子;和下式的磷酸根:

本领域技术人员很清楚,由于氧化物(-O-)的存在,本发明的络合物可以携带负电荷。反阳离子优选选自碱金属(I族)和碱土金属(II族)。更优选,反阳离子是Ca2+。
优选的无机磷酸盐选自钙磷酸盐。更优选,无机磷酸盐选自磷酸二氢钙(Ca(H2PO4)2),磷酸氢钙(CaHPO4),磷酸钙(Ca3(PO4)2),过磷酸钙,氟化过磷酸钙,非晶形或结晶形态的磷酸钙盐(包括磷灰石和羟磷灰石)和其混合物。
优选,当基团R存在时,其是丙三醇。
如果氮是胺的氮,胺可以是伯、仲、叔或季胺。优选,胺是叔胺。
式优选的形式中,胺形成式(II)络合剂的一部分:

其中R1选自由C6至C22的直链或支链混合烷基和其羰基衍生物组成的取代基基团;R2和R3独立地选自:H,CH2COOX,CH2CHOHCH2SO3X,CH2CHOHCH2OPO3X,CH2CH2COOX,CH2COOX,CH2CH2CHOHCH2SO3X 或CH2CH2CHOHCH2OPO3X,X是H,Na,K或烷醇胺,条件是,R2和R3不都是H;其中当R1是RCO时,那么R2可以是CH3,R3可以是(CH2CH2)N(C2H4OH)-H2CHOPO3,或R2和R3一起可以是N(CH2)2N(C2H4OH)CH2COO-。
尤其优选的络合剂是硬脂酰氨基丙基二甲胺。
含有氨基或其它氮官能团的其它络合剂也是合适的。例如,氨基酸例如精氨酸、赖氨酸、甘氨酸和组氨酸;和由氨基酸的混合物形成的蛋白质,氨基酸通过肽键CO-NH相连,例如水溶性的白蛋白、不溶性球蛋白(其可溶于稀释电解质溶液中)、含有高水平精氨酸的低分子量的强碱性精蛋白;醇溶谷蛋白、谷蛋白、硬蛋白例如胶原和磷蛋白例如酪蛋白;脂蛋白,和糖蛋白,其又名粘蛋白,含有多糖类。其它例子包括由蛋白质的水解或直接合成这种双甘氨肽形成的肽。由氨基酸(与肽键CO-NH-连接)的数目限定肽,因此,有时多肽和具有5000至6,000,000范围分子量的蛋白质同义。虽然在蛋白和多肽之间的分界线是不清楚的,但为本发明的目的,后者可以在132.12(双甘氨肽形式)至6000的范围。胺官能化的甾醇和含有胺官能团的磷脂例如卵磷脂也是合适的。
还发现,含有带正电荷的氮的水溶性聚合物是合适的络合剂。聚合物可以是两性的、两性离子型或阳离子型的。这种类型的优选络合剂包括含季铵聚合物(merquats)。含季铵聚合物是在聚合物骨架上带有季铵官能团的水溶性的阳离子聚合物。其它阳离子聚合物的例子包括:Union Carbide以商品名“Ucare JR”生产的聚合物,ISP以商品名“Gafquat”生产的阳离子聚合物,和以商品名Jaguar销售的阳离子瓜尔胶。
带有胺基的含氮硅氧烷聚合物也是合适的络合剂。例如,本发明人已经发现,胺化聚硅酮三甲基硅氨基二甲基硅氧烷(trimethylsilylamodimethicone)是合适的络合剂。官能氮基团可以是叔氮或季氮。含氮的两性硅氧烷聚合物例如以ABIL(Goldschmidt/Degussa)销售的那些属于该组。
其它合适络合剂包括阳离子、两性离子和两性表面活性剂例如磷酸甜菜碱。在US专利4,382,046、4,380,637、4,261,911、4,215,064和6,180,806中描述的磷酸甜菜碱尤其可用于制备按照本发明的加合物。使用烷氧基化、且更优选乙氧基化的络合物,尤其可以增加牙齿的再矿化,后者的加合物在如下面所示结构的分子中具有两性离子的阳离子电荷:

其中R4和R5是具有8至22个碳原子的烷基或混合烷基,x是从1-500的整数,优选4-25。这些化合物的例子是由Phoenix ChemicalCompany,Somerville NJ以商品名EPB进行商业销售。还合适的是由Phoenix Chemical Co销售的APB磷酸甜菜碱,其具有下列结构:
R6-C(O)-NH-(CH2)3-N+(CH3)2-CH2-CH(OH)CH2-O-PO3 =2Na+
其中R6是从C8至C22的烷基或混合烷基。
优选,络合物显示出高亲和性水平,以使络合物可以在给予之后保留在接近于所需要的给予位点。

按照本发明的第二个方面,提供了制备按照第一个方面的络合物的方法,该方法包括使含有氮的络合剂与无机磷酸盐反应的步骤。
优选的无机磷酸盐是磷酸钙。
按照本发明的第三方面,为了给予无机磷酸盐而提供了组合物,该组合物包括有效量的一种或多种第一方面的络合物。
本文使用的术语“有效量”指的是:当在症状的治疗中给予组合物时,足以达到人或动物的靶向位点、并在症状减轻方面具有可测定效果的数量。在一个优选实施方案中,症状是龋齿。
本领域技术人员能够理解,为了达到效果,所给予的络合物的合适数量是可变化的,并取决于患病人或动物的需要。合适剂量应该通过检测个体反应来测定,并且根据组合物中络合物的浓度,可以在几分钟、几小时或几天期间内给予。
组合物中的络合物浓度取决于给予形式。在龋齿的治疗中,可以通过将牙齿与包含很高浓度络合物(具有高达99.5%w/w的浓度)的凝胶接触来给予组合物。当以牙膏形式给予时,络合物组合物的浓度优选在从0.1%至10%w/w范围之内。当以咀嚼胶形式给予时,络合物组合物的浓度优选在至多10%w/w范围之内。当以牙用嗽口水形式给予时,典型的浓度在0.1%至4%w/w范围之内。因此,根据组合物的形式,浓度可以在至多99.5%范围之内。
按照第一个优选实施方案,优选组合物是“抗龋齿”组合物。本文使用的术语“抗龋齿”是指预防龋齿和治疗龋齿的两个功能。治疗龋齿的功能是指恢复一部分由于龋齿而失去的牙齿的功能。本文使用的术语“抗龋齿功能”是指一种或多种下列性能:(1)防止由于口腔细菌产生的酸造成的pH值降低的pH值缓冲能力;(2)防止口腔细菌产生不溶葡聚糖的能力;和(3)在早期龋齿中促进牙齿再矿化的能力。优选,抗龋齿功能具有上述描述性能的至少一种,最优选所有上述描述的性能。
本发明的组合物可以给龋齿稳定地提供磷酸盐和钙。将补充磷酸盐和钙恢复牙齿再矿化,以使一部分由于龋齿失去的牙齿得到修复。同样重要的是,组合物包括络合剂(表面活性剂和/或聚合物),其可以是与无机磷酸盐络合而与电荷无关,即阴离子型、阳离子型或非离子型。如果无机磷酸盐是电荷敏感型的,可以使用前述的任一项,在这样的情况下,认为无机磷酸盐是(1)络合物,(2)在两性/表面活性剂胶末内增溶,和(3)在聚合母体之内携带的,并通过凝聚来沉积,这是由于口腔粘膜内的电动效应发生变化。
还存在以下可能并且在本发明范围内,抗龋齿组合物进一步包括现有技术所公开的治疗牙齿或口腔的化合物的联用,包括但不限于:治疗牙垢的焦磷酸盐,抗菌剂,药物,营养素,氟化物和磷酸酶抑制剂例如乙烯基醚马来酸聚合物,聚集二价和三价金属离子;增白剂,例如升高pH值的碳酸氢盐,磷酸钙单氟磷酸脲(CPMU)和改变口腔pH值的物质。
因此,本发明组合物可以进一步包括:抗菌剂,例如酚醛树脂、水杨酰胺、水杨酸苯胺、植物提取物和油类,金属离子,例如铜、亚锡铜、银、亚锡银、锌、亚锡锌,抗噬菌斑剂,抗龋齿剂,pH值缓冲剂,抗染色剂,脱色剂,脱敏剂,染料,颜料,表面活性剂,结合剂,甜味剂,湿润剂,研磨剂及适合于改善口腔卫生或口腔卫生产品制剂的其它添加剂,和适合于包含在饮食成份、药物制剂或口腔卫生产品中的添加剂。
本领域技术人员已知组合物可以进一步包括各种赋形剂。赋形剂的选择取决于组合物及其它药理学活性化合物的特征。其它赋形剂的例子包括溶剂、表面活性剂、软化剂、防腐剂、色料、香料等等。其它赋形剂的选择还取决于所使用的给予形式。
所使用的给予形式可以是本领域技术人员认为的任何合适的递送系统,其能够给人或其它动物口腔递送药物,以实现防龋、再矿化或再建的效果。典型的给予形式包括但不局限于:用于局部治疗口腔的系统和摄取系统。
可以使用的局部给予形式包括但不局限于:乳膏,洗剂,凝胶剂,乳剂,冲洗液,脂质体,气溶胶,口腔卫生制剂和持续释放系统。例子包括牙膏、漱口清凉剂、牙膏、凝胶剂和牙窝洞充填组合物。
可摄取的给予形式包括但不局限于:饮食组合物,营养增补剂,药物制剂和口腔卫生或健康促进制剂和需要增加钙的递送系统。特别感兴趣的饮食组合物是糖果,口香糖,口腔清新剂,软胶糖果,巧克力,碳酸饮料,冷冻甜点,乳制品包括酸乳酪、冰淇淋,或其它生龋食物或食物组分。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,饮食配方或口腔卫生制剂进一步包含抗龋齿有效量的氟或含氟物质。
本文使用的术语“饮食组合物”是人或兽医通用的食物。具体地说,本发明的饮食组合物包括功能性食品,例如强化饮料、营养食品、运动能量棒、运动饮料;液体和粉末饮料,例如咖啡、茶、果汁、消毒奶和运动饮料;焙烤食品,例如面包、比萨饼、饼干、蛋糕;面条,例如细实心面、通心面、小麦面条、中国面条;糖果点心,例如糖果、胶质糖果、口香糖、巧克力;冷冻甜食,例如冰淇淋、果汁冻;乳制品,例如乳酪、干酪、奶粉、炼乳;酸奶。
本文使用的术语“口腔卫生制剂”是指可以引入口腔并可以与牙齿接触的任何非食物和饮料的组合物。口腔卫生制剂可以是药物,草药,植物提取物,化妆品,维生素,糖淀,洁牙线,牙签,人造唾液,嗽口水,含漱液,牙膏,牙粉,其具有防止牙齿衰退、增白牙齿、除去牙菌斑、清洁口腔、防止口臭、除去噬菌斑或防止牙石沉积的效果。
在优选的形式中,除了第一个方面的络合物之外,本发明的组合物还包含适合于龋齿治疗的含亲水性的药学可接受的化合物。术语“亲水性的药学可接受的化合物”是指可在水中增溶解和/或可分散在水中的化合物。亲水性的药学可接受的化合物可以单独使用,或与本领域技术人员已知的、具有抗龋齿或健康促进功能的任何其它物质结合使用。亲水性的药学可接受的化合物及其它化合物可以包括但不局限于:多酚,例如黄烷-3-醇衍生物,(例如儿茶素,表儿茶精,倍儿茶酸,表焙儿茶素,包括Yasuda等人描述的衍生的绿茶酚醛树脂,糖蜜提取物,果品,咖啡和巧克力),各种低聚糖,磷酸化低聚糖,低聚果糖,酸式糖类,糖醇(木糖醇,赤藓醇,异麦芽糖醇,山梨糖醇,麦芽糖醇,甘露糖醇,硫酸软骨素,葡糖-6-磷酸等等),有机酸(例如酒石酸,枸橼酸,苹果酸,乳酸,富马酸和马来酸),各种植物提取物(薄荷油,甘菊,姜,薄荷,洋苏草等等),抗坏血酸基磷酸盐,吡哆醛5-磷酸盐和疫苗。在该范围优选的化合物是含有阴离子部分的那些化合物,例如抗坏血酸基磷酸钙。
亲水性的药学可接受的化合物及其它化合物可以是盐形式,例如金属盐。用于形成这种金属盐的金属的例子包括碱金属、碱土金属,锌、铁、铬、铅、钾、钠、钙和镁。进一步的,亲水性的药学可接受的化合物可以是铵盐或季胺盐的形式。
按照本发明的第四方面,提供了治疗龋齿的方法,该方法包括给予口腔或牙齿第一方面的络合物或第二方面的组合物的步骤。
优选,无机磷酸盐是磷酸钙。
为了可以更清楚地了解本发明的性质,现在参考下列非限制性实施例来描述其优选形式。
组合物实施例1
在按照本发明的治疗或预防龋齿和牙龈炎的方法中使用的牙膏制备如下:
将A的组分结合在一起,而后将B的所有项加入到A中,混合,直到均匀为止。然后加入C,混合,直到均匀为止。最后,慢慢地加入D,同时混合,直到均匀为止。枸橼酸适量,至pH值5.9至6.3。
组合物实施例2
含有至少0.05%绿茶提取物(Sunphenon,Taiyo Kagaku Japan)的上面实施例1的牙膏。将该产品提供为略微褐色的水溶性易流动粉末形式,并含有至少72%多酚。将Sunphenon加入到水醇溶液中,其含有5%的与磷酸二氢钙以2/1的摩尔比络合的硬脂酰氨基胺以及调味剂。食用色素适量,提供具有抗生龋性能的嗽口水。

实施例13
精氨酸丙三醇磷酸钙的制备
将去离子水897.6克加入到容器中,加热到60℃,向其中加入174.2克精氨酸,混合,直到溶解为止。将一摩尔当量的丙三醇磷酸钙(C3H7CaO6P)分散入溶液中,混合,直到均匀为止。将混合物冷却至30℃,依照要求用稀酸或碱调节pH值,加入防腐剂,并将产物稀释至30%w/v的络合物含水浆液。
如果需要的话,可以利用任何合适方法将浆液干燥,包括喷雾干燥、冷冻干燥和转鼓式干燥。
实施例14
硬脂酰氨基丙基二甲胺丙三醇磷酸盐的制备
将去离子水(600克)加热至70℃,同时搅拌。加入硬脂酰氨基丙基二甲胺0.5摩尔(184.5克),搅拌,直到均匀为止。将溶液冷却至50℃,按照上面实施例12的方式,加入一摩尔当量的丙三醇磷酸钙,或如果需要的话,加入1摩尔焦磷酸钙,将混合物冷却至30℃,同时搅拌。加入足够的去离子水,获得25%wt/wt的络合物溶液。按照需要,加入防腐剂。用20%枸橼酸或10%NaOH调节pH值,获得4-8的pH值。如果需要的话,可以如上进行干燥,但是任选的。

PLQ8 | BMM加上水作为对照物 |
PLQ9 | BMM加上与Pecosil(一种硅基表面活性剂)络合的磷酸钙络合物。得到的络合物包含具有112个磷酸钙基的硅基骨架。组合物含有2%络合物,具有pH值7。 |
PLQ10 | BMM加上得自于实施例14的EPB-丙三醇磷酸钙络合物。组合物含有1%络合物,具有pH值5。 |

使用Wong等人″Calcium phos phate deposition in human dentalplaque microcosm biofilms induced by a ureolytic pH-riseprocedure″Archives of Oral Biology 47(2002)779-790中描述的方法,测试按照本发明络合物对于牙齿的再矿化性能。
Ca&P单位:mmol/g蛋白,F单位:μmol/g蛋白
矿化方式:14天矿化作用;每天3个剂量的测试组合物和10%蔗糖
结果
MAM60C、Ca、P、F矿化数据-蛋白基质-总矿化的平均值、SD和SE(n=4)
结论
结果表明,得自于实施例14的按照本发明的络合物具有牙齿再矿化性能。

Claims (19)
2.按照权利要求1的络合物,其中所述无机磷酸盐包含选自碱金属(I族)、碱土金属(II族)和其混合物的反阳离子。
3.按照权利要求1的络合物,其中所述无机磷酸盐是钙磷酸盐。
4.按照权利要求3的络合物,其中所述钙磷酸盐选自磷酸二氢钙(Ca(H2PO4)2),磷酸氢钙(CaHPO4),磷酸钙(Ca3(PO4)2),过磷酸钙,氟化过磷酸钙,非晶形或结晶形态的钙磷酸盐(包括磷灰石和羟磷灰石)和其混合物。
5.按照权利要求1的络合物,其中当R存在时,R是丙三醇。
6.按照权利要求1的络合物,其中氮是选自伯、仲、叔和季铵和其混合物的氮原子。
7.按照权利要求6的络合物,其中氮是叔胺的氮原子。
8.按照权利要求7的络合物,其中叔胺选自硬脂酰氨基丙基二甲胺、月桂基亚氨基二丙酸和其混合物。
9.按照权利要求1的络合物,其中氮是选自下列化合物的氮原子:氨基酸,蛋白质,多肽,胺功能性甾醇,含有胺官能团的磷脂和其混合物。
10.按照权利要求9的络合物,其中所述化合物是精氨酸。
11.按照权利要求1的络合物,其中所述络合剂是选自下列的水溶性的聚合物:两性、两性离子和阳离子表面活性剂,具有胺基的聚合物,磷酸甜菜碱,乙氧基化磷酸甜菜碱和其混合物。
12.按照权利要求11的络合物,其中络合剂选自含季铵聚合物、阳离子型瓜尔胶、胺化聚硅酮三甲基硅氨基二甲基硅氧烷和其混合物。
13.制备按照权利要求1的络合物的方法,包括使含有氮的络合剂与无机磷酸盐反应的步骤。
14.给予无机磷酸盐的组合物,包括有效量的一种或多种按照权利要求1的络合物。
15.按照权利要求14的组合物,进一步包含治疗牙齿或口腔的其它化合物,该其它化合物选自:焦磷酸盐,抗菌剂,药物,营养素,氟化物和磷酸酶抑制剂,聚集二价和三价金属离子;增白剂,磷酸钙单氟磷酸脲(CPMU),改变口腔pH值的物质,水杨酰胺,水杨酸苯胺,植物提取物和油类,金属离子,抗菌斑试剂,抗龋齿剂,pH值缓冲剂,抗染色剂,脱色剂,脱敏剂,染料,颜料,表面活性剂,结合剂,甜味剂,湿润剂,研磨剂和其混合物。
16.按照权利要求14的组合物,进一步包含适合于治疗龋齿的亲水性药学可接受的化合物。
17.按照权利要求16的组合物,其中适合于治疗龋齿的亲水性药学可接受的化合物选自:多酚,低聚糖,磷酸化低聚糖,低聚果糖,酸式糖,糖醇,有机酸,各种植物提取物,抗坏血酸基磷酸盐,吡哆醛5-磷酸盐和疫苗。
18.治疗龋齿的方法,包括给予按照权利要求1的络合物的步骤。
19.治疗龋齿的方法,包括给予按照权利要求14的组合物的步骤。
