Abstract

Description

处理层压品的方法和由该方法得到的层压品
本发明涉及一种用来处理层压品的方法,该层压品包括金属薄片和在薄片的一侧的至少一个塑料涂层,以及由该方法得到的层压品。
在生产易剥离封口时,将易剥离铝薄片施加到环形容器部件。在容器主体上提供该容器部件并固定在那里。通过具有热密封性质的塑料涂层将该易剥离薄片粘结到环形元件上。
在用来制造易剥离封口的该方法中,从易剥离薄片层叠的料斗将易剥离薄片施加到环形元件上。因此,在制造过程中,将从叠层释放易剥离薄片并在环形元件上施加该易剥离薄片。
易剥离薄片是薄的且叠层相对较高,这导致铝薄片的相互层叠。这种层叠对于制造过程具有反作用,原因是两接触易剥离薄片从料斗不必要地释放并施加到环形元件或无易剥离薄片被施加。
本发明具有通过改善一种易剥离薄片所需的释放而改善易剥离封口的目的和其在易剥离封口上的应用。
本发明基于的理解是不理想的易剥离薄片的粘性是塑料涂层和其它易剥离薄片之间的粘合力造成的。这些粘合力通过应用本发明得以减小。
为了达到那样的程度,本发明提供一种处理包括基体薄片和至少一种塑料涂层的层压品的方法,该方法包括步骤:
i)形成层压品;和
ii)给塑料涂层提供粗糙表面。由于塑料涂层表面变粗糙,粘合力降低到某一程度,这样粘性问题基本克服。
基体薄片可为金属薄片、塑料薄片或复合薄片或给予层压品易剥离封口功能的层状物。
在按照本发明的方法的优选实施方案中,步骤i)包括在基体薄片上挤出可成形塑料涂层,和
步骤ii)包括使用粗加工接触设备在挤出可成形塑料涂层中形成粗糙表面。该方法具有的优点是在塑料涂层挤出到基体薄片上之后,该塑料涂层仍然是可成形的,从而使用粗加工接触设备形成粗糙表面。
在另一实施方案中,塑料涂层不再是可成形的,为了使塑料涂层可成形,需要使用加热的粗加工接触设备处理塑料涂层。
对于两个实施方案,优选粗加工接触设备包括粗加工辊设备。其它类型的粗加工接触设备包括具有粗加工接触表面的板或往复板或其它类型的已成形元件。
按照另一实施方案,步骤ii)包括使用激光处理塑料涂层,从而形成粗糙表面。由于该激光处理,表面被粗糙化。
按照本发明的另一实施方案,步骤i)包括施加具有可活化组分的塑料涂层和
步骤ii)包括活化该组分,从而形成粗糙表面。塑料涂层包括不均匀的遍及塑料涂层的化学或物理地活化的可活化组分。优选地,活化导致形成气体或形成容积,这导致产生粗糙表面。按照另一可替换实施方案,活化组分被硬化,这样在塑料涂层中存在局部硬化材料,因而导致表面变粗糙。由于活化而形成气体的组分在本领域是已知的,例如用于形成发泡体系的组分。体积增加的组分在本领域是已知的,如从聚合过程获得。在活化条件下硬化的组分也可从聚合物化学中得到,如热硬化塑料的形成。
按照本发明的另一方法,通过施加粒状材料,在塑料涂层中形成粗糙表面。在涂层由于施加热而软化之后,可在形成塑料可成形涂层时或之后施加粒状材料。
如上所示,层压品可最终形成任何形式和类型的易剥离铝薄片。为了达到那样的程度,优选局部施加粗糙表面。相对于易剥离铝薄片,在铝薄片的中心而不是在易剥离铝薄片密封到环形元件的周围边缘施加粗糙表面。可通过使用粗加工接触设备得到局部施加,通过激光束聚焦的激光处理,其局部地具有所需的粗糙结构。同样的施加可用于用来活化可活化组分的设备。
当层压品是易剥离铝薄片时,该方法是最优选的。
按照另一实施方案,粗加工的塑料涂层被漆层覆盖,因而给予粗糙表面。这提供了不暴露于粗加工塑料涂层的效果,因而避免了存在于变粗糙的塑料涂层中的任何元件的分离效果。显然,漆层可起塑料涂层的作用。
本发明的另一方面是由本发明的方法得到的层压品。
按照本发明的方法和层压品的已提到的特征和其它特征将通过参考给出作为示例性目的的多个实施方案进一步说明。不旨在将本发明限制到其中的任何程度。
通过附图进行说明,其中:
图1是用于形成易剥离封口的部分方法的截面示意图;和
图2-6用来给层压品提供至少一个粗糙表面的本发明的多个实施方案。
图1表示按照本发明的将被提供层压品2的环形元件1。层压品2包括铝层3和塑料涂层4。将在元件1的支撑部分5施加塑料涂层且在部分5及也在部分6上加热密封。从层压品层叠的圆柱形料斗7提供层压品2。
图2表示按照本发明用来生产层压品2的方法7的第一个实施方案。在具有接触辊形式的辊设备9和10之间送入铝薄片8。给接触辊10提供粗糙辊表面11。从挤出机12将塑料涂层施加到薄片8上。挤出可成形塑料涂层的施加侧是辊设备9和10的上游,这样当粗加工辊10接触挤出塑料涂层时,它仍然是可成形的。这导致塑料涂层12具有粗糙表面,且施加到铝层3。随后将该薄片形式的层压品切成所需形式的层压品2。
图3表示类似的方法13。在该实施方案中,层压品14包括金属层15且塑料涂层16送入两接触辊设备17和18之间。接触辊设备18具有提供了粗糙表面11的接触辊的形式。使用加热单元19加热辊设备18。在加热的粗糙表面11与塑料涂层16接触时,粗糙表面就形成了。如果需要,也可加热辊设备17。结果得到的是包括金属薄片3上的粗糙表面12的层压品。
图4表示按照本发明用来生产层压品的另一方法20。在该实施方案中,层压品14包括金属薄片15且塑料涂层16被通过辊设备向激光单元21引导。激光束22接触和处理塑料涂层16,因而在金属薄片3上形成粗糙的塑料表面12。
在图5中表示了一个类似的方法。该方法23包括通过挤出机26挤出在金属层25上施加塑料涂层24。挤出的塑料涂层24包括可活化组分。接着,通过辊设备27和28,将层压品引导朝向活化单元29,通过放射活化该组分,从而在金属层3上形成粗糙表面12。
最后,图6表示按照本发明的另一方法30。在该实施方案中,层压品14包括在金属层15上的塑料层16,其通过一对辊,接着通过加热单元31加热塑料层16,导致塑料涂层变软。随后通过鼓风单元32,将粒状材料,如非常细的硅酸盐颗粒33吹入加热和软化的塑料材料,从而在金属层3上形成粗糙表面12。
尽管已描述了包含在一侧的塑料涂层的层压品,对本领域技术人员来说清楚的是如果层压品在两侧包含塑料涂层,公开的实施方案可那方面改动。此外,如上所示,以漆层形式的顶涂层也可施加在塑料涂层和/或基体层上。

Claims (13)

1.处理层压品的方法,该层压品包括基体薄片和至少一种塑料涂层,该方法包括步骤:
i)形成层压品;和
ii)给塑料涂层提供粗糙表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
步骤i)包括在基体薄片上挤出可成形塑料涂层,和
步骤ii)包括使用粗加工接触设备在挤出的可成形塑料涂层中形成粗糙表面。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
步骤ii)包括使用加热的粗加工接触设备在塑料涂层内形成粗糙表面。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的方法,其中,粗加工接触设备包括粗加工辊设备。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
步骤ii)包括用激光处理塑料涂层,从而形成粗糙表面。
6.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
步骤i)包括施加具有可活化组分的塑料涂层和
步骤ii)包括活化该组分,从而形成粗糙表面。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其中,可活化组分包括通过化学或物理活化形成气体,增加容积和/或硬度的组分。
8.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,塑料涂层包括粒状材料。
9.如权利要求1-8所述的方法,其中,在塑料涂层内局部施加粗糙表面。
10.如权利要求1-9所述的方法,其中,该基体薄片是金属薄片。
11.如权利要求1-10所述的方法,其中,粗加工的塑料涂层被覆盖漆层,因而给予粗糙表面。
12.如权利要求1-11所述的方法,其中,该层压品是易剥离铝薄片。
13.由权利要求1-12的方法得到的层压品。
