本发明涉及悬吊假天花板和假墙的技术领域。
本发明更具体而言涉及包括伸展的建材和框架的假天花板或假墙板。
背景技术
现有技术中已知这种平顶镶板的不同设计。
根据传统方法，建材由聚氯乙烯制成并在被固定到框架上之前首先被拉紧，该框架本身在之前通过组装铝型材获得。
生产这种镶板的主要困难在于框架由于在建材在框架上拉紧的情况下固定而变形。
现有技术中已经提出各种方案来解决该问题。
已经提出设置施加从框架内部指向框架外部的预应力的装置。例如，可参见本申请人的文献FR2712325或者文献FR2751682和FR2814482。
也已经提出了设有加强凸缘的框架部分。具体可参见文献FR2793504、FR2793506和FR2789101。同一申请人Scherrer的这三篇在先文献解决相同的技术问题，描述了三种互相矛盾形成对比的实施方式。
在由文献FR2793504描述的第一实施方式中，铝型材包括两个凸缘，即竖直外凸缘和竖直内凸缘，竖直外凸缘上固定有聚氯乙烯建材，竖直内凸缘的基底设置在竖直内凸缘的基底的背部，使得竖直内凸缘不会与建材接触。
在由文献FR2793506描述的第二实施方式中，铝型材包括两个凸缘，即竖直外凸缘和竖直或倾斜的内凸缘，竖直外凸缘上固定有聚氯乙烯建材，竖直内凸缘的基底设置在竖直内凸缘的基底的下方，使得竖直内凸缘与建材接触。
在由文献FR2789101描述的第三实施方式中，铝型材包括水平顶壁、竖直侧壁和倾斜加强壁，该型材形成箱。
在由文献FR2793504、FR2793506和FR2789101描述的三种组件的每种中，建材被固定(特别是通过胶接)到型材的凸缘的横向边缘上，并且该固定边缘的宽度显示为很小。没有给出该建材固定边缘宽度的数值，即使是举例。
固定带的“小宽度”声称的有益效果是，当镶板设置在通过带子固定到平顶上的倒T形支承件上时，框架上的建材胶接区域对于观看假天花板的观察者来说完全被隐藏，因为T形型材的横向带的宽度大于其框架上的建材胶接区域的宽度。
文献FR2793504、FR2793506和FR2789101中描述的镶板具有许多缺点。
首先，当镶板具有大面积时，例如处于一平方米数量级，高的建材张力总是使胶接有建材的框架变形。
其次，支承镶板的T形件应该优选尽可能小巧，其横向部分的宽度尽可能小，使得悬吊假天花板的外观尽可能与真天花板的外观相似。文献FR2793504、FR2793506和FR2789101中描述的组件不允许T形支承件的宽度显著减小，尤其是镶板具有大面积时，除非建材胶接区域被暴露。镶板面积越大，框架上所需的建材胶接区域越大，从而不可能通过T形支承件隐藏胶接区域，除非该T形型材的宽度增加。
文献FR2793506中描述的镶板具有如下额外的优点：假天花板的表面光洁度不会与传统的平顶的接近，因为每个镶板的建材没有被拉平到其框架上。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述技术问题。
为此，根据第一方面，本发明涉及一种假天花板镶板框架，一种假天花板镶板框架，当沿横截面看时，该框架的至少一侧包括顶壁和侧壁，该侧壁包括基本上竖直的上部和一下部，所述上部和下部在所述镶板框架的外侧面形成钝角。
侧壁的下部自由边缘具有可调节的厚度，由此形成用于假天花板镶板的支承区域，该实施方式的钝角确保更大的刚度，防止框架在其上固定伸展建材时变形。
有利的是，当沿横截面看时，框架的至少一侧除了所述顶壁和侧壁外还包括至少一个基本上水平的位于底端部的窄支承壁。该布置允许传统的假天花板吊架的轮廓被跟随，在必要时该镶板框架具有大的高度，以例如用于在框架上安装声或者热绝缘板。
在一种优选实施方式中，支承壁的宽度、侧壁的下部的尺寸以及钝角被选择成使得所述支承壁相对于所述侧壁的所述上部的竖直面基本上完全朝着框架的外部延伸。
当沿横截面看时，框架的至少一侧除了所述顶壁和侧壁外还包括至少一个加强壁，使得框架的变形强度被进一步提高。
有利地，框架的所述侧包括组装槽，所述组装槽的开口面向所述框架的内部。该组装槽可以例如被用来放置用于组装相邻的框架型材元件或者再安装用于声和/或热绝缘板的支承角钢的角钢夹板或者拼接板。
一些实施方式的框架包括沿着所述框架的所述侧的内部的凸缘延伸的第一组装槽，该内部凸缘基本上竖直。
有利地，该框架包括第一加强壁，该第一加强壁与所述顶壁、所述侧壁和所述内部凸缘一起形成箱。
有利地，所述第一加强壁的特征在于具有至少一个第二组装槽，所述第二组装槽能够安装用于组装框架的相邻两侧的拼接板或者角钢夹板。
有利地，所述框架包括第二加强壁，所述第二加强壁与所述第一加强壁和所述侧壁一起形成箱。因此，该框架的变形强度被显著提高。
有利地，当沿横截面看时，框架的所述侧包括基本上水平的顶壁，所述钝角位于1度和60度之间，优选位于5度和20度之间。基本上水平的支承壁的宽度位于1毫米和10毫米之间。
根据第二方面，本发明提供一种假天花板镶板，包括如前所述的框架和建材，所述框架插入于所述建材中，由此限定了底部伸展建材带和顶部伸展建材带。
该实施方式提供了很多优先。具体而言，本领域技术人员不再需要担心在框架上的建材胶接或焊接区域的尺寸不足以使它们固定以防止建材张力，该胶接或者焊接区域保持不可见，因为其通过T形板支承件被隐藏。
该镶板可包括声和/或热绝缘插入件，所述插入件被安装成自由地支承在角钢上，远离所述底部建材带。
根据第三方面，本发明提供一种假天花板，其包括前述镶板，所述镶板被安装在倒T形支承件上。

具体实施方式
图1所示的镶板框架例如通过挤压铝合金形成。
框架1包括大致水平的顶壁2和侧壁，侧壁包括大致数值的上部3和倾斜的下部4。
上部3和下部4限定有角α，其大约为10-20度之间，该角α当在框架的外侧面上测量时为钝角。换句话说，下部4离开框架1的内部5延伸。
此外，框架包括大致竖直的内部凸缘6，其与侧壁的上部3平行。两个槽7和8形成在该内部凸缘6中，这两个槽的开口面向框架1的内部5。在必要时，这些槽7和8用来安装用于插入件的支承角钢9，所述插入件例如为声和/热绝缘插入件，或者再安装照明装置。
框架1在侧壁的下部还包括水平的窄支承表面10。在所示的实施方式中，侧壁的下部4、角α和水平支承面10的宽度被选择成使得该支承表面10相对于与侧壁的上部3对应的竖直面P基本上完全朝着框架的外部延伸。
该实施方式允许倒T形杆12的支承件11的轮廓被尽可能接近地跟随。
另外，框架1包括基本上水平的第一加强壁13。该第一加强壁与顶壁2、侧壁的上部3以及内部凸缘6一起形成箱14。
如图2所示，C形槽可以形成在第一加强壁中，以放置用于组装两个相邻的框架结构的拼接板或者角钢夹板15。
在图3所示的实施方式中，三个C形槽在箱14中延伸。这三个槽21、22、23在顶壁2、侧壁3的上部和第一加强壁上延伸。每个槽允许安装用于组装相邻的框架结构的拼接板或者角钢夹板。
此外，框架1包括将支承表面10与内部凸缘6相连的第二加强壁16。该第二加强壁16。该第二加强壁与侧壁、支承表面10和第一加强壁13形成箱17。
如图2所示，框架被插入到建材18中，使得底部建材带19和顶部建材带20被限定。例如，建材被有利地热收缩到框架上。
在所示的实施方式中，两个建材带基本上平行。在这两个带19和20之间，声和/或热插入件(未示出)可被安装在装配于框架上槽7和8中的角钢9或者任何其他adhoc支承件上。两个槽7、8(或更多个)的存在使得角钢9的安装高度可以被调节。
仅供参考，水平面和加强壁6之间的角度为大约40度，水平面和侧壁的下部4之间的角度为大约70度，框架的总高在50和100毫米之间。
用于建材的材料有利地为耐火的聚合物材料，不透空气、灰尘或者湿气并且易于维护。
这些材料可以是半透明的或者不透明的、染色或者不染色的、无光泽的、喷漆的、有大理石花纹的、皮质粗糙的或者磨光的，因此可以用于工业和医疗环境、公共设施、实验室或者住宅。漆面提供了镜面效果，经常用于大型购物中心，类似于灰泥的无光泽涂层在常规的装饰中更常见。

Claims (14)

1、一种假天花板镶板框架，当沿横截面看时，该框架的至少一侧包括顶壁(2)和侧壁，其中，所述侧壁包括基本上竖直的上部(3)和一下部(4)，所述上部(3)和下部(4)在所述镶板框架(1)的外侧面形成钝角。
2、如权利要求1所述的镶板框架，其中，当沿横截面看时，所述框架(1)的至少一侧除了所述顶壁(3)和侧壁外还包括至少一个基本上水平的位于底端部的窄支承壁(10)。
3、如权利要求2所述的镶板框架，其中，所述支承壁(10)的宽度、所述侧壁的所述下部(4)的尺寸以及所述钝角被选择成使得所述支承壁(10)相对于所述侧壁的所述上部(3)的竖直面基本上完全朝着所述框架(1)的外部延伸。
