切削刀具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种切削刀具,更具体地是涉及一种具有螺钉的切削刀具,所述螺钉用于对固定到刀具主体槽座部的切削刀片的位置进行精调。
背景技术
一般性地,如图1所示,在切削刀具例如铣刀中,利用紧固装置(例如,螺栓)将至少一个切削刀片2固定到切削刀具主体1的槽座部3。就固定到切削刀具主体1的切削刀片2而言,必须调整切削刀片2的位置以实现精确切削并且防止任何一个切削刀片承受过大的力。为此,在切削刀片2的后部提供了用于对切削刀片的位置进行精调的装置10。
如图2所示,在一种传统切削刀具中,利用诸如螺栓之类的手段(未示出)将切削刀片2固定到刀具主体的槽座部3。用于对切削刀片的位置进行精调的装置10包括楔块11和螺钉12。槽座部3具有底表面,在底表面上形成有螺钉孔3b,螺钉12被紧固在螺钉孔3b。槽座部3还具有侧壁,该侧壁带有用于紧密地接触楔块11的表面3a。

当利用如上所述的楔块11对切削刀片施加2推力时,由于切削刀片2被紧固到刀具主体的槽座部3,使得与推力相反的斥力F被施加到楔决上。因此,弯曲应力被施加于螺钉12。因而,螺钉12朝槽座部3的紧接触表面3a弹性地弯曲。在这种情况下,当拆下固定到槽座部3的切削刀片2来更换或修理切削刀片2时,在螺钉12处产生的弯曲应力也被去除,由此使螺钉12随楔块11一起朝切削刀片2(即,向前)运动。
当螺钉12和楔块11运动到其原始位置前面的某个位置时,在这种状态下固定新的切削刀片2,将会出现新切削刀片2不能被安装在正确位置中的问题。这是由于楔块的干涉造成的,该楔决此时已运动到原始位置前方的某个位置。因而,在卸下楔块和安装切削刀片后必须进行精调。
公开的技术问题

因此,优选使螺纹部120的直径D大于2mm,以致能够保持螺纹部的最小强度。进一步地,优选使弹性变形段A中连接部的直径d大于1mm,但小于螺纹部直径D的2/3。这使得在弹性变形期间不会出现任何因强弯曲应力造成的塑性变形或损坏。
同时,如果弹性变形段A中的连接部的直径d大于螺纹部120直径D的2/3,那么在通过对头部110的凹槽应用扳手或类似物来旋转螺钉100时不会出现平滑的弹性变形。因此,头部110不能被强制地插入。因此,弹性变形段A中连接部的直径d不应该超过螺纹部直径D的2/3。
优选使弹性变形段A的长度大于连接部直径d的1.5倍或更大。如果弹性变形段A的总长度短于这一长度(即弹性变形段A连接部直径d的1.5倍),那么弹性变形段A过短。这会引起塑性变形而不是弹性变形,从而损坏弹性变形段A。
另一方面,头部110中心轴线C1相对于螺纹部120中心轴线C2的位移B优选大于0.02mm,但小于螺纹部直径的10%。这是因为当位移B小于0.02mm时,头部110不能对槽座部3的紧接触力3a施加强的恢复力。这使得很难在头部110与槽座部3的紧接触表面3a之间实现紧接触。

在这种状态下,固定或安装切削刀片2的位置能够被容易地调整。这是通过适当地调整切削刀片2的向前和向后的运动来实现的,而对切削刀片2向前和向后运动的调整又是通过使头部110在切削刀片2和槽座部3的紧接触表面3a之间根据头部110的紧固(或拧紧)程度上下运动来实现的。同时,头部110和槽座部3的紧接触表面3a能够在其间实现紧接触。这是因为槽座部3的紧接触表面3a一直被合力F推挤,其中合力F包括切削刀片2的斥力和强恢复力。也就是说,在头部110移动时,紧接触表面3a和头部110彼此施加压力,。
此外,即使从槽座部3移走切削刀片2以便对切削刀片2进行更换时,头部110并不向前(即,朝切削刀片)运动,因为头部110积极地推挤槽座部3的紧接触表面3a。因此,对用于更换的新切削刀片2进行固定的位置能被一直保持,不会改变在更换前被固定的切削刀片2的位置。这就消除了在更换切削刀片2时应该执行的调整切削刀片2位置的工作。
另一方面,如图5和6所示,作为组成本发明的头部110的另一实施例,头部110能被配置成具有构成头部110外部的楔形部110a以及螺旋部110b。螺旋部110b被紧固到楔形部110a的螺钉孔中,并被连接到连接部130。
在这种情况下,头部110a具有中心部,所述中心部带有形成在其中的螺纹部用于与螺旋部110b结合。楔形部110a还具有下端部,所述下端部带有底座部分(未示出)用于容装螺旋部110b。
楔形部110a和螺旋部110b被紧固穿过螺钉孔直到螺旋部110b被容装在楔形部110a的底座部分中,从而完成装配。在这种情况下,螺旋部110b和螺纹部120的螺旋方向优选是彼此相反的,以便安装和卸下楔形部110a。
这样,当楔形部110被配置成具有楔形部110a和螺旋部110b时,即使切削刀具中切削刀片2与槽座部的紧接触表面3a间的距离变换,这种切削刀具1可以通过仅仅更换楔形部110a来解决,而不需要某种新装置来调整切削刀片2的位置。
虽然已经参考本发明的示范性实施例具体示出和描述了本发明,但本领域技术人员应理解的是,在不脱离所附权利要求限定的本发明范围的情况下,在其中可以在形式上和细节上作出各种修改。
工业实用性
如上所述,根据本发明,当螺钉的螺纹部被紧固到槽座部的螺钉孔中时,用于执行精调的螺钉的头部能够紧密地接触和弹性施压于槽座部的紧接触表面。因此,即使切削刀片从槽座部中卸走以便更换切削刀片,固定新切削刀片的位置能被一直保持,而不会改变在进行这种更换之前已被精调的切削刀片的位置。这能够消除在更换切削刀片时执行的调整切削刀片的工作。
此外,当螺钉的头部被配置成具有楔形部和螺旋部时,即使切削刀具中切削刀片与槽座部的紧接触表面之间的距离变化,这种切削刀具可以通过仅仅更换楔形部来解决,而不需要某种新装置来调整切削刀片的位置。

Claims (9)

1.一种切削刀具,包括:
至少一个切削刀片;
刀具主体,所述刀具主体包括槽座部,所述切削刀片被安装到所述槽座部;
用于将切削刀片固定到所述刀具主体的所述槽座部的装置;以及
位置调整装置,用于对固定到所述刀具主体的所述槽座部的所述切削刀片进行精调;
其中所述位置调整装置具有头部、螺纹部和用于将所述头部连接到所述螺纹部的连接部;
其中所述槽座部具有底表面和侧壁,在所述底表面上形成有螺钉孔,所述螺纹部被紧固到所述螺钉孔中,所述侧壁包括用于紧密地接触所述位置调整装置的头部的紧接触表面;而且
其中所述位置调整装置被配置成,当所述螺纹部被紧固到所述螺钉孔中时,所述头部紧密地接触并且弹性施压于所述紧接触表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切削刀具,其中所述位置调整装置被配置成,当所述位置调整装置未被紧固到所述螺钉孔中时,所述头部和所述螺纹部的中心轴线被布置成处于同一直线中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的切削刀具,其中所述位置调整装置被配置成所述头部被所述紧接触表面施压,由此使得在所述位置调整装置被紧固到所述螺钉孔中时,使所述头部的中心轴线相对于所述螺纹部的中心轴线以相反于所述紧接触表面的方向移动。
4.根据权利要求3所述的切削刀具,其中所述螺钉孔的侧壁和所述紧接触表面分别包括一个被布置在平行于所述位置调整装置的中心轴线的同一直线中的部分,且其中所述位置调整装置的头部包括一个横截面大于所述螺纹部的横截面的部分。
5.根据权利要求3所述的切削刀具,其中所述头部具有楔形部和紧固到所述楔形部的螺钉孔中的螺旋部。
6.根据权利要求3所述的切削刀具,其中所述位置调整装置的连接部的横截面小于所述位置调整装置的其他部分。
7.根据权利要求3所述的切削刀具,其中所述头部的中心轴线与所述螺纹部的中心轴线之间的位移大于0.02mm,但小于所述螺纹部的直径的10%。
8.根据权利要求6所述的切削刀具,其中所述螺纹部的直径为2mm或更大,且其中所述连接部的直径为1mm或更大,但小于所述螺纹部的直径的2/3。
9.根据权利要求6所述的切削刀具,其中所述连接部的长度为其直径的1.5倍或更大。
