Abstract

Description

用于生产由热封气泡或泡沫热塑性材料制成的袋子的机器
技术领域
本发明一般涉及由可热封的塑料材料制成的袋子等形式的容器的生产。更具体地说,本发明涉及用至少一条具有叠合片(superimposed flaps)的连续条带来生产这种容器的机器,所述条带通常由带气泡的聚乙烯或泡沫聚乙烯制成并被连续馈送至热封组件。
背景技术
在目前已知的这种类型的机器中,热封组件包括在条带的相对两侧上横向设置的热刀片装置和对顶元件(contrast element),还包括按照与条带的前进同步的方式控制热封组件的移动并控制热刀片装置和对顶元件之间的相互分开及闭合的致动装置。
在这些已知的机器中,热封组件通常安装在能够按照平行于条带前进方向的往复直线运动作平移的滑轨或支架上。
这种布置引起明显的阻碍,从而导致机器的整个纵向尺寸有时不能与其使用位置可用到的空间相协调。
另外,使热封组件作往复直线移动的系统限制了连续条带的前进速度,从而使生产速率相对较低,并且通常会由于结构上的因素而变得复杂并由此产生高昂的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述缺陷,并提供一种用于生产由上述所限定类型的热塑性材料制成的袋子的机器,该机器具有受限的纵向尺寸,并且能够实现更高的生产速率并使生产相对简单且成本较低。
根据本发明,上述目的主要是利用如下事实来实现的:按照与条带的前进同步的方式,预先布置所述热封组件的致动装置,从而使所述热封组件作摆动运动。
根据本发明的优选实施例,所述热封组件包括大致垂直的支撑件,所述支撑件绕位于所述条带下方的横轴摆动并在顶部处支持着上述热刀片装置和相应的对顶元件,并且所述致动装置包括具有由电动机驱动的偏心凸轮轴的曲柄机构,所述偏心凸轮轴平行于所述横轴并将摆动的所述支撑件致动。
所述偏心凸轮轴还支持与一摆动摇杆一起运行的凸轮,所述摆动摇杆通过一对独立的连接杆来控制所述热刀片装置和所述对顶元件在彼此相反的方向上沿所述支撑件的运动,从而能够在所述支撑件的摆动运动过程中相互分开和闭合。
根据本发明的另一个有利特征,用于横向切割所述条带的刀片与所述热封组件可操作地相连,有利的是,使所述刀片成型得能够执行半切割。在这种情况下,所述机器在所述热封组件的下游设置有折叠组件,所述折叠组件被设计成以风箱的形式折叠通过半切割线连接起来的袋子,从而便于袋子的后续包装操作。与完全切断条带之后使袋子相互分离的情况相比,这个方案是有利的,因此能够以更加整齐和有条理的方式进行袋子的包装操作。在使用时,可以通过撕裂将各个袋子连接在一起的半切割线而容易地将它们分离。
有利的是,由电动机驱动的撕裂装置与所述折叠组件相连,所述撕裂装置(25)可被选择性地致动,从而使所述条带在对应于预先选择的半切割线的区域中分开。

具体实施方式
先参照图1和图3,本发明的机器基本包括支撑结构1和用标记3表示为一个整体的牵拉折叠组件。支撑结构1的水平阻碍较小,并且支持着用标记2表示为一个整体的热封组件;可以通过可移动的前护板4来接近牵拉折叠组件3。在支撑结构1的侧边处设置有柜子,在该柜子中容纳有用于控制上述机器的操作的可编程电子控制单元5。
如图3中示意性所示,开卷装置6与机器的后侧相连,用于展开至少一条从卷轴R上开卷的连续条带N,该条带N是热塑性材料,通常是气泡形式(即,带有气泡)的聚乙烯或泡沫聚乙烯(foamed polyethylene)。根据机器的宽度,为了展开不同宽度的条带N以及两条或更多的条带N,可以预先布置开卷装置6。所描述的例子正是涉及如下情况:机器对两条相互并列设置的条带N进行操作,每条条带N在被导入上述机器之前由一个静态装置折叠成具有两个叠合片L的结构,该静态装置虽未示出但通常是常规的装置。下面对两条条带N中的一条的描述同样也适用于另一条条带N。
通过由电动机8致动的电动机驱动辊单元7来牵拉具有叠合片L的条带N使其经过热封组件2,再通过将在下面提到的另一个电动机驱动辊单元25进行牵拉,因此条带N以恒定速度在箭头F的方向上连续前进,该恒定速度可通过电子控制单元5来选择性地调节。
上述机器在开卷装置6和热封组件2之间还配备有其它的可操作组件,可以根据想从条带N获得的成品来使用这些组件。图2描述了由一系列袋子S构成的成品的例子,每个袋子S的三个侧边是封闭的,且在对应于第四个侧边的位置处是敞开的。可选地,能够提供在对应于开口端的位置处具有突出的薄片的袋子,或者管状的袋子(即,在两个相对侧边处是敞开着的),或者在两个相邻侧边处敞开着的袋子,或者甚至具有不同布置的袋子。
上述其它的操作单元例如可以包括:用标记9表示为一个整体的预切割及纵向切割组件,用标记10表示为一个整体的纵向热封组件,以及用标记11表示为一个整体的喷胶组件。
下面更详细地参照图4和图5,根据本发明的特殊方面,热封组件2包括通常呈垂直的支撑件12,支撑件12布置在条带N的侧方,并且绕位于条带N的前进路径下方的横轴17摆动。
支撑件12支持着分别在条带N的上方和下方横向设置的热刀片装置13和对顶元件14。实际上,热封组件2包括两个相同的位于条带N的相对两侧的摆动支撑件12,这两个摆动支撑件12与热刀片装置13和对顶元件14限定了总体入口结构。下面仅参照这两个支撑件12中的一个进行描述,但应当理解,相应的描述同样也适用于另一个支撑件。
通过将在下面说明的方式,热刀片装置13和对顶元件14可与条带N的前进同步地在如下两个位置之间相互移动:一个位置是,它们被安置成相对于彼此具有分开间距;另一个位置是,它们被安置成相对于彼此具有闭合间距。
图6更详细地描述了热刀片装置13:热刀片装置13包括一对相对于条带N横向布置着并且彼此分离的电加热板15,在这对电加热板15之间设置有用于横向切割的刀片16。上述刀片16可以是连续的,或者根据本发明的另一个特殊方面可以由各部分形成,如将在下面所看到的那样,这些部分被设计成在热封步骤的同时提供对条带N的半切割。
热刀片装置13的结构使得能够实现对加热板15的方便的定期清洗,还能够实现切割刀片16在出现磨损情况下的快速修复。
如上所述,根据本发明的基本方面,支持着热刀片装置13和对顶元件14的支撑件12可以与条带N的连续前进同步地绕横轴17以摆动运动进行移动。为实现所述目的,支撑件12通过由轴18形成的曲柄机构来致动,轴18在轴17的上方平行设置着并由电动机19致动,并且轴18支持着在图4和图5中用标记20表示的偏心凸轮。借助于与支撑件12的狭缝(图未示)结合的偏心凸轮20,轴18的连续旋转提供了支撑件12在图4和图5中示出的位置之间的往复摆动运动:在从图4中的位置摆动至图5中的位置的过程中,利用在热刀片装置13和对顶元件14之间的闭合动作,从而对条带N进行热封,而在相反方向上从图5中的位置摆动至图4中的位置的过程中,热刀片装置13和对顶元件14保持在它们以分开间距相互分离的位置上。由于利用相同轴20通过因此致动的凸轮21实现了热刀片装置13和对顶元件14沿支撑件12的往复垂直移动,因此就能实现所述分开和闭合的运动。凸轮21与摆动摇杆22一起运行,摆动摇杆22的一侧通过第一连接杆23连接至热刀片装置13,摆动摇杆22的另一侧通过第二连接杆24连接至对顶元件14。在支撑件12通过偏心凸轮20而实现从图4中的位置摆动至图5中的位置的过程中,凸轮21通过用作拉杆(tie-rod)的连接杆23和用作支杆(strut)的连接杆24来控制热刀片装置13和对顶元件14之间的闭合。在支撑件12从图5中的位置返回图4中的位置的步骤中,情况是相反的,在这种情况下,连接杆23用作支杆并且连接杆24用作拉杆,从而控制热刀片装置13和对顶元件14之间的相互后退。
通过电动机8以可编程及协同的方式来控制将热封组件2致动的电动机19,从而馈送条带N并使得能够随此而相继提供两条相邻的结合线W(图2),这两条结合线W通过由被分成各部分的刀片16产生的半切割线T而分开。
然后,在热封组件2的下游,条带N向折叠组件3行进,在所描述的例子的情况下,折叠组件3包括两对由电动机驱动的牵拉辊25以及一个推杆26,推杆26能够以往复的方式(此处未对其形式进行描述,但在本领域技术人员能够获知的范围内)在缩回位置和前进位置之间相对于从辊25中输出的条带N与条带N的到达同步地移动。通过辊25和杆26,将条带N放置在支承表面27(图3)上,从而使条带N以可伸缩(concertina)的形式沿预切割线T折叠。
一旦达到由如此折叠和叠合的各个袋子S形成的包装的期望高度,就通过传感器28的控制相对于顶辊25对底辊25施加短而急的加速,该传感器28被设计成能够检测半切割T的出现并连接至控制单元5。可选地,待撕裂的半切割T的位置可以基于条带N的前进来电子地确定,或者使用其它的等同系统来确定。
由于所述的瞬间加速,因此能够撕裂处于顶辊25和底辊25之间的半切割线T。可以将由此完成的包装从支承表面27上移开,从而能够形成下一个包装。
从前述说明显然可见,由于存在使热封组件2作摆动运动的系统,因此本发明的机器在生产速率具有相当大的增长的情况下,明显减少了纵向阻碍并且能使前进的速度明显大于传统机器的速度。
当然,在不背离所附权利要求中限定的本发明的范围的情况下,可相对于此处说明和描述的内容对详细的结构和实施例作宽泛的更改。

Claims (13)

1.一种用连续馈送至热封组件(2)的至少一条具有叠合片(L)的连续条带(N)来生产由热塑性材料制成的袋子(S)的机器,所述热封组件(2)包括在所述条带(N)的相对两侧上横向设置的热刀片装置(13)和对顶元件(14),还包括致动装置(18、19),所述致动装置(18、19)用于按照与所述条带(N)的前进同步的方式控制所述热封组件(2)的移动并控制所述热刀片装置(13)和所述对顶元件(14)之间的相互分开及闭合,所述机器的特征在于,所述致动装置(18、19)被预先布置从而实现所述热封组件(2)的摆动运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机器,其特征在于,所述热封组件(2)包括大致垂直的支撑件(12),所述支撑件(12)绕位于所述条带(N)下方的横轴(17)摆动并在顶部处支持着所述热刀片装置(13)和所述对顶元件(14),并且所述致动装置包括带有偏心凸轮(20)由电动机驱动的轴(18)所形成的曲柄机构,所述轴(18)平行于所述横轴(17)并且将所述摆动支撑件(12)致动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的机器,其特征在于,所述偏心凸轮轴(18、20)还支持与一摆动摇杆(22)一起运行的凸轮(21),所述摆动摇杆(22)通过一对独立的连接杆(23、24)来控制所述热刀片装置(13)和所述对顶元件(14)在彼此相反的方向上沿所述支撑件(12)的往复运动,从而提供在所述支撑件(12)的摆动运动过程中的相互分开和闭合。
4.根据前面任一项权利要求所述的机器,其特征在于,所述热刀片装置(13)包括一对相互平行且相邻的加热板(15)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的机器,其特征在于,在所述一对加热板(15)之间设置有用于横向切割所述条带(N)的刀片(16)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的机器,其特征在于,使所述切割刀片(16)成型得能够在由所述一对加热板(15)完成的每对热封线(W)之间提供对所述条带(N)的半切割(T)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的机器,其特征在于,所述机器在所述热封组件(2)的下游设置有折叠组件(3),用于将所述条带(N)以可伸缩的方式沿所述半切割(T)折叠。
8.根据权利要求7所述的机器,其特征在于,由电动机驱动的撕裂装置(25)与所述折叠组件(3)相连,所述撕裂装置(25)可以被选择性地致动,从而使所述条带(N)在对应于所述半切割(T)的区域中分开。
9.根据前面一个或多个权利要求中所述的机器,其特征在于,所述条带(N)由带气泡的聚乙烯或泡沫聚乙烯制成。
10.根据前面一个或多个权利要求中所述的机器,其特征在于,所述机器还配备有用于切割所述条带(N)的纵向切割组件(9)。
11.根据前面一个或多个权利要求中所述的机器,其特征在于,所述机器还配备有用于密封所述条带(N)的纵向热封组件(10)。
12.根据前面一个或多个权利要求中所述的机器,其特征在于,所述机器被预先布置成对一对相互并列设置的所述条带(N)进行操作。
