Abstract

Description
如说明书中所述,本发明是斜坡保护系统中用于吸收冲击的装置,尤其是密封屏和防止落石或从山坡侧面断裂的其他物体滚下斜坡。
当将栏杆固定到容易具有岩石塌方危险的公路旁时,使用地面中的水泥柱安装防护结构,支承金属网,以容纳任何落下的物体。这些结构在山坡和栅栏之间具有拉紧的锚固缆绳。
已经证实,在相当大的弹性载荷施加到该金属网上的情况下,它不足以吸收动能,从而导致锚固缆绳因较大冲击所导致的突然拉动而断裂,对网的另一可能影响是严重的变形。为了使这些结构具有较大动力,将环或束带用于系统来安装锚固缆绳,该环或束带在实际载荷的情况下允许所述环或束带的尺寸部分变形,从而使它们能够吸收下一阶段的冲击。
欧洲专利No.91810923示出了在螺旋桨形的管中运行的环形缆绳,它由紧固机构压紧在管的末端外侧。
在另一欧洲实用新型专利No.9801738中,通过将带有管状束带的缆绳安装在支索中,在山坡和支柱之间进行拉紧,由在束带末端处的松紧调整器固定,该缆绳将-安全系统应用于塌方区域中。具有相同特征的这些缆绳也安装在上网和下网的连接物上。
实用新型9401490公开了带有紧固缆绳的防落石屏,该紧固缆绳不具有管状覆盖物,使环定位在用制动元件操作的夹紧装置中,从而环变得变形,进而随着安全屏受到过度载荷而减小其尺寸。
此处,本发明显著改进了上述这些安全系统,在安全网上受到相当大冲击的情况下实现了能量的平衡分散。这获得了一撞击吸收装置,它包括两根缆绳,每根缆绳都形成具有相同尺寸的束带。每个缆绳都封套在管中,通过用密封环固定缆绳将束带封闭。
这些束带位于相对的方向上,在它们的上部和下部安装有用于在这些点处紧固的节点紧固元件,在缆绳受到屏上的严重过载时,在管上施加压力同时允许管移动。
由于该系统安装有两对滑动缆绳,所以因该系统将能量均匀地分布在以这种方式设置的环中,故而吸收较大拉动的能力大于先前已知的系统。
为了实现该描述,并且为了对本发明的特征进行更好的理解,该说明性的描述由附图说明推荐做法,如下所述:

如附图中所示,该冲击吸收装置用两根相同尺寸的束带缆绳(1,2)形成在每根缆绳上,每根束带缆绳都封套在较长、较窄的“U”形管(3,4)中,其弯曲由束带(5,6)中的弯曲形成。
在“U”形管中的封套部分之后,束带尺寸逐渐减小,直到它将两根缆绳接合为止,它利用密封环(9,10)在该点处固定。
以这种方式设置的每根缆绳都位于彼此相对的方向上。它们定位使得,将彼此紧固在一起,并和两根封套的管子处于相同位置(附图1至4)。它们通过安装在“U”形管的末端上的紧固元件进行固定,将压力施加在两根束带(7,8)的上部和下部上。该紧固元件将是夹子或覆盖封套管的直径以在它们的截面中将它们扭曲的元件,从而在这些点处减小它们的直径。
推荐的是,以在管子和两根束带之间带有摩擦的方式固定(附图1至8)。
由于管子的形状因来自紧固元件的压力而扭曲,所以为了避免紧固元件在封套的管子(11)的边缘处卡住,而在末端处留有间隙。
推荐的是,缆绳相互交叉(附图1至4),从而每根束带上的弯曲都安装在另一束带的内径上。在该设置中,当束带的尺寸用尽时(附图4),管子在束带的中点处保持卡住,均匀地沿着该点将撞击力输送到该结构的其余部分上。
在备选设置中,缆绳安装成平行的,并在彼此的顶部上叠加,本发明的其余部分不改变(附图5至8)。
通过将它们平行紧固或者交叉,本发明可以对紧固元件进行修改,允许管子之间具有间隙。
另一变型包括使用不插入到管子中而直接与紧固元件接触的裸缆绳。
本发明所述设置可以构造在安装于安全屏上的缆绳上,在锚固的山坡和保护网之间形成拉紧。根据安全网络将承受的预期载荷,网状网络的支承缆绳也可以安装在支柱之间。
在来自物体对保护网的震动导致缆绳过载的情况下,震动吸收装置将允许带有封套缆绳的管子移动,迫使它们随着在紧固元件腔之间运行而在截面上扭曲,使能量在摩擦期间释放出。调整束带结构的大小,直到束带全部用完为止,这时紧固元件到达束带中的弯曲(附图4和8),它们在该点处必须更换。
根据将承受的预期载荷,可以改变“U”形管的材料。同样,出于相同原因,也可以改变直径。预测研究将决定每种情况的最适当紧固元件。
应当理解的是,本发明已经关于推荐设置进行了描述。因此,在所述变化不涉及对如下所述本发明特征的基本改变的情况下,可能在形式、尺寸和材料上改变。
Claims (6)
1.斜坡保护系统中的冲击吸收装置,设计用于分散保护网可能受到的相当大的能量载荷,它可以安装成在锚固山坡和保护系统之间拉紧,或者安装在带有支柱的网支承缆绳上,其特征在于,包括独立形成的两根缆绳,每个都容纳在“U”形管中的相同束带,该缆绳的弯曲形成束带中的弯曲,定位在相对并交叉的方向上,该束带用位于“U”形管末端处的紧固元件一起安装在上部和下部中,该紧固元件压紧管子,在它们的截面中将它们扭曲,并且在保护系统中过载的情况下,允许管子随着束带的大小调整而移动。
