Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于控制高压空气脉冲的阀,例如,用在反向脉冲过滤器清洗系统的阀。
背景技术
反向脉冲过滤器清洗系统是已知的且不同的系统具有具有特定特性的控制阀,该控制阀为特殊应用提供不同程度清洗效率。
通常,值得一提的是控制空气脉冲的阀能快速开启且应该具有通过阀的清晰流动通道以便影响过滤器的高压空气的脉冲定义相对高峰值的压力波,该压力波随后提供最有效的清洗或微粒驱逐力。
阀开启和闭合的快速性导致系统中效率的改善。例如,闭合慢的阀门会趋向于耗费高压空气,增加清洗系统的运行成本。同样地,开启慢的阀会趋向于产生一些在清洁过滤器方面低效的耗散峰值脉冲。
用于过滤器清洗操作中的阀有时需要保养或维修。同时,在典型的应用中有许多需要装配的阀,因此,出于维修目的装配,移动和替换阀的速度是相对重要的。因而,安装装置应该优先相对简单以便使用,但无论用什么安装装置,阀的效率都不应由于已选择的特定的安装装置而受到损坏。
典型地,用于提供反向脉冲的高压空气输送或供应到安装有单个阀的管道或储罐内。储罐通常具有足够的容量来以所要求的次序下操作单独阀,不会由于空气容量不足而减小脉冲效率。因此,大部分系统使用相对大容量的安装有单个阀的储罐,每个阀位于要清洗过滤器元件的上方。为安全地保存加压空气,这种储罐通常具有圆柱形结构,从而单个阀需要安装到曲面,这给储罐上的单个阀的安装装置增加了难度。可替代地,阀可以用来清洗整排过滤器,过滤器悬挂在通常是管状的吹管下方,该吹管具有一系列孔且每个孔都对应过滤器元件从而分配清洗空气到每个过滤器。
发明内容

具体实施方式
首先参照图1-5,阀体10加工为单个铸件且大致为具有内端12和外端14的圆柱形。内端12大致安装在图2中示意性图示为16的压力罐内,内端12在罐内和外端14的在罐外。流动通道18延伸穿过该阀体,该流动通道18具有入口20和出口22。阀座24围绕流动通道18且通过活塞型阀闭合元件开启和闭合,如下面更详细描述。
缸26位于阀体的内端且以滑动方式容纳下面会详细描述的活塞型阀闭合元件28。缸26具有最清楚地如是在图7和8中的可移动的端壁29。缸26通过一对缸支撑臂30连接到阀体的支架(rest)。支撑臂之间的间隙32提供了流动通道18的入口,当阀开启时高压空气通过该入口进入流动通道18。
阀是通过直接或间接连接到先导阀口34的先导阀(未示出)开启和闭合的。如图8中清楚所示,先导阀口34连接到为操作阀闭合元件而依次连接到缸26内部的先导阀流动通道36。这些方面将在下面更详细地描述。
为安装目的,阀体具有一对位于阀体内端附近的外定向凸缘40。这些凸缘40的形状和尺寸设置为其能装配到储罐16壁中的出口42内。如图2示意性所示,储罐16具有内表面44和外表面46且当阀正确地安装在出口42上时,凸缘40支承在内表面44以将阀体坚固地保持到储罐。
典型地,储罐16为圆柱形状因而阀体安装的壁是弯曲的。因而,凸缘40的下表面48的弯曲以与储罐的曲率相匹配。
选择出口42的直径以致于通过操作阀体就能首先将一个凸缘40引入储罐内,然后将另一凸缘引向储罐,两个凸缘40都位于罐内且搁在罐的内表面44。为达到这种配置,凸缘40的相对外周边缘之间的最大距离将大于出口42的直径。就是说,每个凸缘40搁在出口42的相对侧且当阀与壁垂直时阀的移动是不可能的。在这点上,阀体利用安装套环50夹紧在合适的位置上,如图6所示。
如图1所示,阀体10包括具有下部螺纹部分54和上部光滑表面56的中心部位52。套环50的内表面58滑动安装在光滑表面56上是滑动配合且图7和8所示的接合螺母60用于使安装套环50抵接到储罐16的外表面46。
因而,当阀体首先被引入到储罐内时,安装套环50处于缩回位置,就是说,接合螺母60将会朝阀体的外端14拧紧。一旦凸缘40置于储罐内,接合螺母60将沿相反的方向拧,因此促使安装套环50接合储罐的外表面46。
为确保环绕出口42形成密封,安装套环具有一对密封件。接触储罐的安装套环50的表面,即图6所示的密封表面62,为鞍状以适应储罐的圆柱形。环形槽64形成于容纳与储罐的外表面46形成流体密封的O型环或类似物(未示出)的密封表面62内。
同样地,安装套环的径向内表面58具有也容纳O型环或类似物的环形槽66以使内表面58与阀体的光滑表面56密封。值得称赞的是当安装套环50坚固地接合罐的外表面46时,这两个密封件将密封出口42。
通常利用合适的工具例如扳手或类似物将接合螺母60拧入适当位置。垫圈68配备在安装套环50和接合螺母60之间以便尽可能平稳地实现安装套环50的推动。垫圈68可以由具有相对低的摩擦系数的聚合材料组成以便确保接合螺母60的平滑固定。可替代地,垫圈68可以由弹性材料组成。
值得称赞的是为把这里描述的类型阀安装到压力罐,所要求的是需要将正确直径的出口钻到储罐的壁中,并且此后阀体可以安装到适当位置而不需要任何其他钻入,安装螺纹,锁住夹片,或者其他安装装置。一旦凸缘40已经通过出口正确插入,所要求的是固定接合螺母拉紧从而促使安装套环进入到其夹紧和密封装置中。
当然可以用不同于这里描述的接合螺母60的推动元件。例如,可以使用多个单独的螺旋元件。然而,仅通过在压力储罐上钻一个出口来将阀体装配到适当位置上被认为是有利的。
值得称赞的是阀闭合元件28和缸26位于储罐内,也就是,流动通道18的上游。阀闭合机构是相对短冲程活塞。活塞28是由两个盘组成的,就是,活塞盘70和阀闭合盘72。这两盘通过在该实施例中具有减少直径的心轴或颈部74而保持同轴对准。活塞盘70具有包含有放置O型环或类似物的槽78的外周边缘76。活塞盘70在缸26内朝着和远离阀座24滑动。如从图8清楚所示,当阀闭合盘72接合到阀座24时流动通道18闭合,且通过阀流动是不可能的。
在图8所示的实施例中,阀闭合元件28是通过在端帽29和阀闭合元件28之间起作用的压缩弹簧80辅助的弹簧。在另一个或替换实施例中,弹簧辅助不需要供给阀闭合元件28。另外,端帽29包括泄放通道82,该泄放通道允许压力储罐内的加压空气作用于阀闭合元件28的背面而促使阀闭合元件28朝着阀座24方向移动,即朝着闭合位置。为开启阀,先导阀将开放于大气,允许缸中位于阀闭合元件28后面的加压空气通过端口34排出,从而导致加压空气作用在活塞盘70的底侧84,因此促使阀闭合元件28到它的开启位置。由于底侧84具有相对大的面积,一旦阀闭合元件后面的加压空气排空阀就会出现阀的快速开启。为闭合阀,先导阀用于闭合端口34,从而允许增压空气通过泄放通道82进入到缸内,然后驱动阀闭合元件28复位抵靠阀座24从而快速闭合阀。
当然,利用通过控制通道36进入缸26的高压空气来操作阀是可能的。阀需要具有与上面描述的不同结构,但阀必须要反过来操作,就是说,使用用来使阀闭合的高压空气和耗散可以操作开启阀高压空气。
注意的是阀闭合盘72具有与形成在缸支撑臂30内部的导向表面88滑动接触的外周86。这些导向表面88,与缸26的内壁一起,用来使阀闭合元件28与阀座24对准,就是说,当阀闭合元件28朝着和远离阀座24移动时,阀闭合盘72的底侧90与阀座24平行。
需要正视的是阀闭合元件28可以由相对轻质量的塑料材料组成,例如高品质的尼龙材料或类似物。可以承受开启和闭合运动的严格且在使用时仍不会变形的合适的塑料材料可以模制因此相对便宜。

Claims (14)
1.一种用于控制来自压力罐的加压空气的阀,该压力罐包括形成有出口的壁,该壁具有内表面和外表面,该阀包括:
阀体,大致为圆柱形,限定了在使用中位于压力罐内部的内端和在使用中位于压力罐外部的外端;
流动通道,延伸通过阀体,该流动通道具有正在或邻近主体的内端的入口和正在或邻近主体外端的出口;
阀座,环绕流动通道;
阀闭合元件,朝着和远离阀座移动来分别闭合和开启阀;和
操作装置,用于移动阀闭合元件来操作阀;
该阀特征在于该阀体具有同轴地安装在或形成于阀体内端的缸,该阀闭合元件是在缸内朝着和远离阀座移动的活塞形式,该活塞适合于接合阀座从而闭合阀。
2.如权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,缸通过多个缸支撑臂连接到阀体,该缸支撑臂使缸与阀座同轴地对准,该缸支撑臂之间的间隙限定流动通道入口。
3.如权利要求2所述的阀,其特征在于,操作装置包括先导阀,其适用于将缸排放于大气或提供高压流体源从而导致活塞相对于阀座移动。
4.如权利要求3所述的阀,其特征在于,缸通过沿所述缸支撑臂之一经过的先导阀通道连接到先导阀。
5.如权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,该阀体在或邻近其内端含有至少一个侧向延伸的安装构造,该安装构造的形状和尺寸设计为使内端和安装构造能够通过压力罐的出口引入压力罐内,且在适当的位置时,安装构造在邻近压力罐的出口处与罐壁的内表面接合。
6.如权利要求5所述的阀,其特征在于,该阀还包括朝安装构造可移动的安装套环以便在邻近压力罐的出口处接合壁的外表面从而将罐壁夹紧在安装构造和安装套环之间。
7.如权利要求5所述的阀,其特征在于,侧向延伸的安装构造包括一对位于阀体相对侧的侧向延伸的凸缘。
8.如权利要求7所述的阀,其特征在于,该凸缘具有形状或轮廓设计为倚着壁的内表面放置的底侧。
9.如权利要求6所述的阀,其特征在于,安装套环包括用于环绕压力罐的出口形成密封的密封装置。
10.如权利要求9所述的阀,其特征在于,安装套环具有形状或轮廓设计为倚着壁的外表面安置的密封面。
11.如权利要求10所述的阀,其特征在于,该密封面具有放置有环形密封环的环形槽。
12.如权利要求11所述的阀,其特征在于,安装套环在其径向内表面上具有密封环,该密封环与阀体的径向外表面形成密封。
13.如权利要求6所述的阀,其特征在于,安装套环通过与形成在阀体上的螺纹进行螺纹接合的接合螺母而移动。
14.如权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,阀闭合元件还包括活塞盘和阀闭合盘,该活塞盘和该阀闭合盘通过心轴同轴地保持在一起,该活塞盘具有围绕其外周边缘延伸的密封环,该阀闭合盘在其外周边缘具有导向表面,该导向表面辅助保持阀闭合盘与使用中阀座对准。
