Abstract
Description
一般的に、空気パルスを制御する弁が速く開くことができ、フィルタに衝突する高圧空気パルスが比較的シャープなピークを持つ圧力波を画成し、最も効果的な清掃または微粒子を除去する力をもたらすために、弁の中を通る妨げのない流路を有すべきであることが望ましい。
好ましくは、取付けカラーは、出口の周りに封止を形成するための封止手段を含む。取付けカラーは、壁面の外面に載る封止面を有することができる。封止面は、環状の封止リングが配置された環状の溝をその中に有することができる。カラーは、その径方向内側面に封止リングを有することができ、その封止リングは、弁体の径方向外面と共に封止を形成する。取付けカラーは、好ましくは、弁体に形成されるねじ山とねじ係合しているユニオンナットによって移動可能である。
作動手段は、好ましくは、シリンダを空気に通気するか、またはピストンが弁座に対して移動するように高圧流体源を提供するように適合されたパイロット弁を備える。シリンダは、好ましくは、前記シリンダ支持アームの1つに沿って通るパイロット弁通路を介してパイロット弁に連結される。
Claims (16)
- 圧力タンクからの圧縮空気の制御の際に使用するための弁であって、前記圧力タンクが、出口が形成される壁面を含み、前記壁面が、内面および外面を有し、
使用時に前記圧力タンクの内部に配置される内側端部と、使用時に前記タンクの外部に配置される外側端部とを有する、全体的に円筒形の構成の弁体と、
前記弁体中を延びる流路であって、前記本体の前記内側端部においてまたはその隣に入口を有し、前記本体の前記外側端部においてまたはその隣に出口を有する流路と、
前記流路を囲む弁座と、
弁を開き、また閉じるように、それぞれ前記弁座に向かって、またそこから離れるように移動可能である弁閉止部材と、
弁を作動させるために前記弁閉止部材を移動させるための作動手段とを備え、
前記弁体が、その前記内側端部においてまたはその隣に少なくとも1つの横方向に延びる取付け構造を有し、前記取付け構造が、前記内側端部および前記取付け構造が前記圧力タンクに前記出口を通って差し込まれることを可能にするように成形され寸法設定され、適位置にあるときには、前記取付け構造が、前記出口の隣の前記タンクの前記壁面の前記内面と係合することを特徴とし、
前記開口部に隣接する前記壁面の前記外面と係合するように、前記取付け構造に向けて移動可能である取付けカラーを含み、それにより、前記取付け構造と前記取付けカラーの間で前記タンク壁面を締め付ける、弁。 - 前記横方向に延びる取付け構造が、前記弁体の両側に1対の横方向に延びるフランジを含む、請求項1に記載の弁。
- 前記フランジが、前記壁面の前記内面に載るように成形または輪郭付けされた下面を有する、請求項2に記載の弁。
- 前記弁座が、前記弁体の前記内側端部に隣接して配置され、前記弁が圧力タンクに動作可能に取り付けられているときに、前記弁閉止部材が、前記圧力タンクの内部に配置される、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の弁。
- 前記取付けカラーが、前記出口の周りに封止を形成するための封止手段を含む、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の弁。
- 前記取付けカラーが、前記壁面の前記外面に載るように成形または輪郭付けされた封止面を有する、請求項5に記載の弁。
- 前記封止面が、環状の封止リングがその中に配置される環状の溝をその中に有する、請求項6に記載の弁。
- 前記カラーが、その径方向内側面に封止リングを有し、前記封止リングが、前記弁体の径方向の外面と共に封止を形成する、請求項7に記載の弁。
- 前記取付けカラーが、前記弁体に形成されたねじ山とねじ係合しているユニオンナットによって移動可能である、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の弁。
- 前記弁閉止部材が、ピストン/シリンダアセンブリによって作動し、前記弁が使用時に圧力タンクに動作可能に装着されるときに、前記シリンダが、前記圧力タンク内に配置される、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の弁。
- 圧力タンクからの圧縮空気の制御の際に使用するための弁であって、前記圧力タンクが、出口が形成される壁面を含み、前記壁面が、内面および外面を有し、
使用時に前記圧力タンクの内部に配置される内側端部と、使用時に前記タンクの外部に配置される外側端部とを画定する、全体的に円筒形の構成の弁体と、
前記弁体中を延びる流路であって、前記本体の前記内側端部においてまたはその隣に入口を有し、前記本体の前記外側端部においてまたはその隣に出口を有する流路と、
前記流路を囲む弁座と、
弁を開き、また閉じるように、それぞれ前記弁座に向けて、またそこから離れるように移動可能である弁閉止部材と、
弁を作動させるために前記弁閉止部材を移動させるための作動手段とを備え、
前記弁体が、前記弁体の前記内側端部と同軸にそれに取り付けられるか、またはその上に形成されたシリンダを有し、前記弁閉止部材が、前記弁座に向かって、またそれから離れるように前記シリンダ内で摺動式であるピストンの形態であり、前記ピストンが、弁を閉じるために前記弁座と係合するように適合されることを特徴とする、弁。 - 前記シリンダが、前記シリンダを前記弁座と同軸に位置合わせして保持する複数のシリンダ支持アームによって前記弁体に連結され、前記アームの間の隙間が、前記流路に前記入口を画定する、請求項11に記載の弁。
- 前記作動手段が、前記シリンダを空気に通気するか、または前記ピストンが前記弁座に対して移動するように高圧流体源を提供するように適合されたパイロット弁を備える、請求項12に記載の弁。
- 前記シリンダが、前記シリンダ支持アームの1つに沿って通るパイロット弁通路を介して前記パイロット弁に連結された、請求項13に記載の弁。
- ピストンディスクおよび弁閉止ディスクを備え、使用時に弁の弁座と共に封止するように適合された弁閉止部材であって、前記2枚のディスクが、スピンドルによって一緒に同軸に保持され、前記ピストンディスクが、周囲縁部の周りを延びる封止リングを有し、前記弁閉止ディスクが、その周囲縁部に、使用時に前記弁閉止ディスクを前記弁座と位置合わせして維持するのを助ける案内面を有する、弁閉止部材。
