Description

轻便型打气筒
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用来往轮胎等被充气物打入气体的打气筒,特别是一种体积小而方便携带的轻便型打气筒。
背景技术
一般的打气筒大体上包含有唧筒、设于唧筒的头部,以及一端连接于该头部的气嘴接头。气嘴接头接设于被充气物的气嘴后,通过操作唧筒产生压缩气体,进而使气体经头部与输气管充入被充气物内。
基于方便携带的考虑,有些打气筒会设计成小体积的形态。如图6所示的现有技术中的打气筒,包括有一筒体A、握把B、一头部C、设于头部的一夹头气嘴D与曲柄E。打气时,将夹头气嘴D套在被充气物的充气嘴6上,然后扳动曲柄E来强迫其内装的卡合件压紧而夹紧充气嘴,使用者握住握把B相对于筒体A做轴向运动,能将气体经头部C及夹头气嘴D打入充气嘴6。
前述现有技术中的打气筒的缺点在于:打气过程中,在轮胎充气嘴上装卸操作时会发生泄气;且筒体内的气体压力过高时打气筒会发生脱落;此外,打气时,需要一手握住筒体,一手握住握把,整体长度无法缩小,其体积仍然过大,携带不方便。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于解决现有技术中轻便型打气筒存在的缺点,即体积仍然过大、携带不够方便,且在打气过程中装卸操作曲柄时容易发生泄气,筒体内压力过大时打气筒容易脱落的缺点。
本发明的技术手段为提供一种轻便型打气筒,包括有:一筒体,其相对的第一端与第二端分别设置一上盖与一下盖,该下盖将所述筒体的第二端封闭,该上盖设有进气孔;一输气杆,具有轴向贯通其第一端与第二端的输气通道;一活塞装置,包含有一活塞体与一逆止阀,该活塞体的外径设有活塞环,该活塞体设于所述输气杆的第二端,该逆止阀设于该输气杆第二端与该活塞体之间,并使该活塞体与输气杆第二端穿设于该筒体内,所述活塞体设有一中心孔与至少一位于该活塞体下侧的通孔;所述逆止阀包括有一具备内空间的逆止阀座与一逆止阀片,该逆止阀座为阶级状的筒体,并具有一连通该内空间的中央孔,该中央孔的位置设有至少一突出该内空间底面但不遮蔽该中央孔的凸柱,该逆止阀的一端套入该输气杆第二端的输气通道,另一端套入该活塞体内,所述逆止阀片设于该逆止阀座的内空间而可在该活塞体的中心孔与逆止阀座的凸柱之间移动;
一头部,具有贯通两侧的气体流道,该头部设于该输气杆的第一端,使该气体流道和输气杆的输气通道相通;一气嘴接头,设于该头部而和该气体流道相通;
当所述筒体以离开该头部的方向相对于该输气杆移动时,使空气经该上盖的通气孔进入筒体,并经该活塞体的通孔进入所述筒体底端,当筒体以朝向该头部的方向相对于该输气杆移动时,则使该筒体底端的空气经所述中心孔与逆止阀进入该输气杆的输气通道,进而由该头部及气嘴接头流出。
为了避免筒体相对于输气杆轴向运动时因碰撞而产生噪音或受损,本发明的另一技术手段,所述输气杆第一端的外径与该头部的交界处设有第一缓冲垫圈,该输气杆第二端的外径与该活塞体交界处设有第二缓冲垫圈。在筒体的前进行程至极限时,能避免活塞体直接和设在筒体的上盖碰撞,而回复行程时则能避免头部和该上盖碰撞。
本发明的特征在于将打气筒的筒体直接做为握把,而活塞装置与输气杆则组合于该筒体内,该活塞装置则包含活塞体以及用于防止气体回流的逆止阀座与逆止阀片。因此,在不使用时,可以将整个输气杆缩入筒体内,将打气筒的体积缩到最小程度,更方便携带或收藏。
本发明的另一特征在于,通过螺合方式将气嘴接头连接于被充气物的充气嘴,因此,其连接不仅简易,而且与现有技术中打气筒的结合方式相比,更为牢固,高压时也不会脱落;所述螺合式的气嘴体积更小,操作更容易。

具体实施方式
以下配合图式对本发明的实施例做更详细的说明,使任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在了解本发明后能进行实施。
图1与图2显示本发明轻便型打气筒的外观,其具有一筒体1、穿入筒体1的一输气杆2、设于输气杆2的一头部4,以及设于头部4的一气嘴接头5;所述输气杆2可以相对筒体1做轴向运动,从而将气体经头部4及气嘴接头5打出。
图3与图4显示本发明轻便型打气筒的主要组件组合关系及结构的较佳实施例,其包括有一筒体1、一输气杆2、一活塞装置3、一头部4与一气嘴接头5;其中,筒体1为一中空的管状体,其两端分别设有内螺纹,其中上端螺合一上盖11,下端螺合一下盖12,上盖11设有多个通气孔111,下盖12则将筒体1的下端封闭。
输气杆2为一中空且外径小于筒体1内径的管状体,其第一端与第二端分别设有第一外螺纹23与第二外螺纹24,输气杆2的中空空间构成一贯穿第一端与第二端的输气通道21。
所述活塞装置3包含有一活塞体31与一逆止阀;该活塞体31的外径设有环沟槽310,活塞体31的中央设有一中心孔311,活塞体31的上端螺合于输气杆2第二端的第二外螺纹24;活塞体31下面设多个贯通至其环沟槽310的通孔312,该环沟槽310再设置一活塞环32。
所述逆止阀包含有一具备内空间330的逆止阀座33与一逆止阀片34,该逆止阀座33为阶级状的筒体,其中间设有连通内空间330的中央孔331,该中央孔331的位置设有至少一突出该内空间330底面但不遮蔽中央孔331的凸柱332;该逆止阀片34为一软性的片体,并置于该逆止阀座33的内空间330中,而可在该活塞体31的中心孔311与逆止阀座33的凸柱332之间移动。输气杆2第二端先套入一第二缓冲垫圈35后,再将逆止阀座33较小外径的一端套入输气杆2第二端的内径,而逆止阀片34置入逆止阀座33的内空间330后,再将该逆止阀座33放入活塞体31上端内,并使活塞体31上端与输气杆2的第二外螺纹24螺合。所述头部4具有贯通两侧的气体流道,并在该气体流道的两端形成第一螺孔41与第二螺孔42;所述输气杆2的第一端套入一第一缓冲垫圈22后,再将其第一外螺纹23螺合于头部4的第一螺孔41,使该气体流道和输气杆2的输气通道21相通。
本发明的气嘴接头5是一种螺合式的旋转头,其一端螺合于头部4的第二螺孔42,另一端则可以螺合于被充气物的充气嘴6(如图5所示)。
图4A与图4B为显示本发明轻便型打气筒进行打气时的动作与气体流动路径。当使用者手握筒体1以朝向该头部4的方向相对于输气杆2轴向移动时,逆止阀片34因受到气压作用而将往逆止阀座33的上端移动,但因逆止阀座33的中央孔下端具有至少一凸柱332阻挡逆止阀片34,使中央孔331无法被逆止阀片34封闭,故在此行程中,筒体1内部底端的空气从活塞体31的中心孔及逆止阀座33的中央孔流入输气杆2的输气通道21,从而经头部4及气嘴接头5流出对被充气物进行充气(如图4A所示)。当筒体1以离开头部4的方向相对于该输气杆2轴向移动时,则使空气经由上盖11的通气孔111进入筒体1,并经活塞体31的通孔312进入筒体1底端(如图4B所示),以待下次充气行程时将气体打出。
在所述充气行程时,上盖11可能会碰撞到头部4而产生噪音或受损,因此本发明的第一缓冲垫圈22做为头部4与上盖11之间的缓冲组件,得以避免前述的问题。在回复行程时,上盖11也可能会碰撞到活塞体31而产生噪音或受损,因此本发明利用第二缓冲垫圈35做为活塞体31与上盖11之间的缓冲组件而避免这个问题。
以上所述仅是用来解释本发明的较佳实施例,并没有对本发明做任何形式上的限制,因此,凡在相同的发明精神下所做出的关于本发明的任何修改或改进,都仍应包括在本发明保护范围内。

Claims (2)

1.一种轻便型打气筒,其特征在于,包括:
一筒体,其相对的第一端与第二端分别设置一上盖与一下盖,该下盖将所述筒体的第二端封闭,该上盖设有进气孔;
一输气杆,具有轴向贯通其第一端与第二端的输气通道;
一活塞装置,包含有一活塞体与一逆止阀,该活塞体的外径设有活塞环,该活塞体设于所述输气杆的第二端,该逆止阀设于该输气杆第二端与该活塞体之间,并使该活塞体与输气杆第二端穿设于该筒体内,所述活塞体设有一中心孔与至少一位于该活塞体下侧的通孔;所述逆止阀包括有一具备内空间的逆止阀座与一逆止阀片,该逆止阀座为阶级状的筒体,并具有一连通该内空间的中央孔,该中央孔的位置设有至少一突出该内空间底面但不遮蔽该中央孔的凸柱,该逆止阀的一端套入该输气杆第二端的输气通道,另一端套入该活塞体内,所述逆止阀片设于该逆止阀座的内空间而可在该活塞体的中心孔与逆止阀座的凸柱之间移动;
一头部,具有贯通两侧的气体流道,该头部设于该输气杆的第一端,使该气体流道和输气杆的输气通道相通;
一气嘴接头,设于该头部而和该气体流道相通;
所述筒体以离开该头部的方向相对于该输气杆移动时,使空气经该上盖的通气孔进入筒体,并经该活塞体的通孔进入所述筒体底端,当筒体以朝向该头部的方向相对于该输气杆移动时,则使该筒体底端的空气经所述中心孔与逆止阀进入该输气杆的输气通道,进而由该头部及气嘴接头流出。
2.如权利要求1所述的轻便型打气筒,其特征在于,所述输气杆第一端的外径与该头部的交界处设有第一缓冲垫圈,该输气杆第二端的外径与该活塞体交界处设有第二缓冲垫圈。
