技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及环保领域,从汽态混合物中回收高沸点气态化合物如常态为液态的化合物,尤其涉及从印刷、轻工、涂布、化工、电子等行业在生产过程中产生的含有机废气废气 中回收多种有机废气并循环利用的方法。
背景技术
[0002] 活性炭纤维(ACF),亦称纤维状活性炭,是性能优于活性炭的高效活性吸附材料和 环保工程材料。其超过50 %的碳原子位于内外表面,构筑成独特的吸附结构,被称为表面性 固体。它是由纤维状前驱体,经一定的程序炭化活化而成。较发达的比表面积和较窄的孔 径分布使得它具有较快的吸附脱附速度和较大的吸附容量,且由于它可方便地加工为毡、 布、纸等不同的形状,并具有耐酸碱耐腐蚀特性,使得其一问世就得到人们广泛的关注和深 入的研究。目前已在环境保护、催化、医药、军工等领域得到广泛应用。
[0003] 以往活性炭纤维溶剂回收工艺主要应用在甲苯、二甲苯、环己烷、卤代烃等难溶于 水的有机物的回收上,例如,中国专利ZL200510200344. 8公开了一种工业有机废气自动化 回收新工艺的方法,上述专利采用水蒸汽脱附、静态分层回收的方法。虽然用水蒸汽脱附有 相变热高,脱附较完全、易冷凝等优点,但还有以下缺点:
[0004] (1)产生二次排放物污水,特别是回收溶解度大的有机物时污水很难处理,用精馏 塔处理运行费用高。
[0005] (2)在脱附时,有大量水蒸气冷凝在活性炭纤维吸附层中,虽经干燥风吹扫但活性 炭纤维的水含量还是很高,影响其吸附性能,降低了利用率。
[0006] 当有机废气中含有易水解物质或卤代烃等物质时,在高温水蒸汽的作用下,设备 极易腐蚀,回收产品中杂质多。
[0007] (3)工况环境较差时,气流夹带的灰尘等杂质会在活性炭纤维中累积,在盐析、填 充等作用下活性炭纤维失去活性。
[0008] (4)对一些含有高沸点物质的场合,由于水蒸汽不能有效解吸,上述工艺及装置运 行一段时间后吸附率会下降很多,不能正常运行。
发明内容
[0009] 针对现有技术问题,本发明提出一套全新的有机废气处理工艺,拓展活性炭纤维 吸附剂的应用领域,富集后的解吸气通过冷凝或吸收方式加以回收,实现污染物零排放。
[0010] 本发明还提供该处理工艺系统。
[0011] 以氮气为脱附介质的活性炭纤维有机废气回收方法,包括如下步骤:1、吸附,有机 废气经集气系统收集后由吸附器吸附;2、脱附,有机废气经脱附剂脱附得到脱附混合气体; 3、回收,脱附混合气体可被回收再利用;其特征在于:所述吸附器包括两组以上以活性炭 纤维为吸附剂的固定床吸附器,所述脱附剂为热氮气,所述回收再利用包括有机废气和氮 气的回收利用。[0012] 所述热氮气温度为90-400°C,所述氮气的加热方式为电加热、导热油加热或高压 水蒸汽加热。
[0013] 所述回收采用冷凝回收方式或吸收回收方式。
[0014] 所述有机废气在吸附前经过冷却、过滤。
[0015] 所述脱附混合气体在回收前经过冷水冷却,置换的热量用于加热脱附氮气。
[0016] 所述脱附前,需对吸附器内进行在线氧含量及温度监测。
[0017] 一种以氮气为脱附介质的活性炭纤维有机废气回收系统,包括集气系统、吸附系 统、脱附系统和回收系统、其特征在于:所述吸附系统包括两组以上以活性炭纤维为吸附剂 的固定床吸附器,所述脱附系统中采用热氮气为脱附剂。
[0018] 所述有机废气在进入吸附系统前需经过预处理系统,所述预处理系统包括过滤器 和预冷器。
[0019] 所述脱附系统中包括在线氧含量及温度监测系统。
[0020] 所述在线氧含量及温度监测系统以PLC或DCS分两阶段连锁控制,当氧含量> 2% 时蜂鸣器发出警报,加热器停止加热,从吸附器补充氮气循环风机出气口排气进行氮气置 换,直到氧含量低于2%,再开启加热器进行脱附;当氧含量> 5%时蜂鸣器发出警报、加热 器停止加热,应急氮气阀自动开启,从吸附器充入大量氮气进行置换。
[0021] 本发明有机废气的回收方法以热氮气作为解吸介质,将富集在活性炭纤维上的有 机物脱附,脱附混合气中的有机废气和氮气通过冷凝或吸收方式加以回收,实现污染物零 排放。以活性炭纤维为吸附剂的固定床吸附器,分为两组,一吸附一脱附,氮气解吸,避免了 水蒸汽冷凝在活性炭纤维吸附层中从而影响其吸附性能,同时也解决了因部分有机废气在 高温水蒸汽的作用下产生的分解反应从而导致回收产品杂质多的问题,由于氮气的加热温 度可以达到400°C左右,对于水蒸汽不能有效解吸的高沸点有机气体,高温氮气可以有效解 吸。本发明方法对于水溶性大或是易水解的溶剂和高沸点有机废气的回收效果特别好,回 收产品中水含量低,溶剂品质高,可降低运行成本。
[0022] 有机废气在吸附前最好经过过滤和冷却预处理程序,对于低沸点溶剂,在冷却预 处理过程中就可以将其回收,而不用进入整个的吸附、脱附过程,节约了资源;在工况环境 较差时,气流夹带的灰尘等杂质在吸附过程中会在活性炭纤维中累积,将其吸附微孔堵塞, 造成吸附性能下降。
[0023] 脱附混合气体在回收前经过换热器换热,有效利用了余热,减少了后续(回收)处 理能耗,同时置换的热量可用于加热氮气,节约了能源。
[0024] 在加热解吸前进行氮气置换,用在线温度及氧含量测试系统监测系统运行情况, 并控制氮气安全阀,保障了回收设备的安全运行。与传统的活性炭纤维溶剂回收工艺相比 有以下优点:
[0025] (1)用热氮气脱附,不产生二次污染物,可实现环保达标排放。
[0026] (2)吸附层保持干燥,提高了活性炭纤维的利用率,延长了活性炭纤维的使用寿 命。
[0027] (3)由于不用水蒸汽脱附,所以设备无腐蚀问题,大大降低了设备制造成本。
[0028] (4)对于水溶性大或是易水解的溶剂回收效果好,回收产品中水含量低,溶剂品质 高,可降低运行成本。[0029] (5)由于脱附气可以加热至400度左右,所以回收装置可以应用于含高沸点有机 废气的回收,拓展回收装置的应用范围。

具体实施方式
[0032] 图1为本发明方法的工艺流程图,有机废气集风系统1收集了本发明工艺方法中 待处理的工作气流。引风风机2提供了动力,气流控制三通阀3控制流向,当系统工作时打 开进气口将有机废气引入处理器进行吸附,当系统维护时打开有机废气排气口。过滤器与 预冷器预处理系统4能除去气流中大部分悬浮物和颗粒杂质,并且能够调节废气温度与湿 度,以延长活性炭纤维的使用寿命、提高吸附效果。冷却风机5可以将环境气通过冷却气入 口阀A7、B7引入吸附器A、B,降低吸附层温度。加热器6可以将氮气加热到80-400度,高 温氮气用于活性炭纤维的再生。A3、B3-正常置换氮气入口,可调节流量大小,并能准确计 量流量。A4、B4-应急氮气入口,阀门打开时可在短时间内充入大量氮气。吸附器A、B内部 装有活性炭纤维吸附芯,两吸附器交替进行吸附、脱附、冷却过程。换热器7可以利用后脱 附气热量加热前脱附气,充分利用余热,减少能耗。预冷器8用冷水将脱附气进一步降温, 减少后续处理能耗。溶剂回收装置12将脱附气中的溶剂进行回收,可以是冷凝回收器也可 以是吸收回收器。脱附循环风机可以使脱附氮气形成循环回路,节约氮气用量。
[0033] 工艺操作过程
[0034] 1.打开气流控制三通阀3、进气口引风风机2,将车间产生的含有多种有机废气的 废气由集气系统1引入风管中,经过滤器与冷凝器预处理系统4除去大部分悬浮物和大颗 粒杂质,调节气流温度与湿度,然后通过有机废气入口 Al送入活性炭纤维吸附器A吸附,净 化气通过净化气排出口 A5从吸附器顶部排放。另一吸附器B此时处理待机状态或是脱附、 冷却状态。
[0035] 2.当吸附器A通入有机废气一段时间到达穿透点时,关闭有机废气入口 Al,有机 废气切换至另一吸附器B进行吸附,开启正常置换氮气入口 A3进行置换,在线氧含量监测 仪测试氧含量小于2%时,正常置换氮气入口 A3和净化气排出口 A5,打开脱附气入口 A2、 脱附混合气出口 A6、循环脱附风机9,此时加热器6开始工作,将氮气加热到80-400度对活 性炭纤维吸附层进行脱附。置换氮气和脱附氮气流量由质量流量计严格控制,以确保氮气 有效充分利用。另外设在线氧含量及温度监测系统随时监控系统内的氧含量及吸附床层温 度。以PLC分两阶段连锁控制,在脱附过程中当氧含量> 2%时蜂鸣器发出警报,加热器6 停止加热,打开正常置换氮气入口 A3和排放口 11进气氮气置换,氧含量低于2%后重新开 始脱附过程;氧含量> 5%时除蜂鸣器发出警报,加热器6停止加热外,打开应急氮气入口A4,喷入大量(平时量的3-5倍)的氮气,以降低氧含量。
[0036] 3.脱附完毕,关闭A2和脱附混合气出口 A6,打开冷却气入口阀A7、净化气出口阀 A5,由冷却风机5通入大量环境气体以降低吸附箱温度,以便于下一循环有效地吸附废气 中的有机废气。
[0037] 4.上述步骤1-3过程自动循环进行,两吸附器交替吸附、脱附、冷却。
[0038] 5.脱附气流经换热器7、预冷器8降温,再经溶剂回收器10回收脱附气中的有机 废气,回收的溶剂储存在储槽12中。回收塔可以是冷凝回收器,也可以是吸收塔。
[0039] 冷凝回收法根据有机废气组成,为防止低沸点有机物在冷凝管表面凝结成固体影 响回收效果可分单级冷凝回收或多级冷凝回收,冷凝液进入储槽,洁净气可以送回车间以 充分利用氮气。冷凝回收法收集的溶剂不似一般以固定床以蒸汽再生法回收的溶剂,其水 分含量极低,可直接回用。
[0040] 由于有机物经过活性炭纤维富集,脱附气流量小,有机物浓度高,吸收法可以有效 地回收有机废气。
[0041] 6.对于含少量高沸点有机物的废气回收设备,在运行一段时间后回收效率下降, 可以在氮气保护下将氮气温度加热至400度左右,使吸附在活性炭纤维上的高沸点有机物 脱附。因高沸点物质含量少,平时运行时的脱附温度控制在100度左右,定期高温活化,即 可保持活性炭纤维吸附效率又可以节省运行费用。
[0042] 7.对于风量大,浓度高的场合,可以设计成二次吸附装置,即经过一次吸附的有机 废气再回送至另一吸附器进行二次吸附,此套装置需要至少三个吸附箱。由于炭纤维是以 热氮气为脱附介质的,所以吸附层透气率高,风阻小,二次吸附易于实施,从而进一步减少 排放气中有机物的含量。
