Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用在运输风力涡轮机叶片的容器内的支撑件。该支撑件能够使得叶片在危急时刻可能遭受的应力被吸收。
背景技术
本发明申请人拥有一个在先专利,其提供了由一种模块结构形成的容器,这些模块可以被调整,以适应不同型号风力涡轮机的待组装叶片的长度。因此,专利WO200605393介绍了由一组支架和杆连接在一起构成的结构,以形成容器内部,在该内部至少三个叶片能被布置在水平位置。一些支架允许重量支撑在叶片的一些中间点上。
而如今,目前叶片的长度以及能产生更大能量级的新风力涡轮机的叶片长度的增加趋势为运输所述叶片提出了一个严重问题。当绕着一个急剧或稍微倾斜的弯道移动容器时,更多的应力出现了。所述应力从容器传递给所述中间的支架,并且由于所述支架的刚性最后传递给叶片本身。
对出现在与上述提到的类似的情况下的扭矩所作的计算显示了叶片的特定位置处的局部压力,对压力产生点的观察促成了这种情况解决方法的探索。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供一种具有一个或多个能够使叶片安放在其上的支架的容器。目前本领域已知的支架都是刚性的,因此,它们从容器接收的压力直接传递给叶片。叶片由一个梁组成,被上下两个壳体盖住。因为叶片的结构部件是梁,所以所述壳体不是结构部件。因此,壳体较容易受到由支架接收的压力的影响并且更容易受到损害。为了避免损害,本发明的另一目的是提供一些支撑支架并能够吸收叶片遭受的扭矩的部件。
这些支撑件由不同的部件形成,优选金属部件,其形成一个阶梯状的对称单元,包括一些连接至容器本身的销件和一些杆件,这些所述杆件借助于前述的U形夹和穿过U形夹的紧固销将上述销件可旋转地连接于上部管。
支撑件布置在每个支架下面,每个支架使用至少一对支撑件,并作为容器结构和支架之间的连接线路。
上面的每一个细节都带来了下述的优点。所述支撑件的使用防止了叶片在运输过程中遭受扭矩。这些支撑件能够简单快速地加到现有的运输容器上。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,叶片通过一个可以用任何合适的拉力装置(图中未示出)来移动的容器1来运输。在所提供的优选实施例中,容器的前部2在移动中已经绕过道路5上的一个弯道4,而容器的后部3却没有越过弯道4。容器1的位置和道路5所处的倾斜地形导致了扭转,图中通过代表在靠近容器后部3的区域内的两个矩形截面6的平面示出该扭转。
图2中,壁7和底板8形成一个空隙,在其中设置有支架9,以将叶片10支撑于容器的几个中间点上。每个支架9放置在容器的相应底板8上,依据其布置在上部(8″和9″)、中部(8′和9′)还是在底部(8和9)。每个支架9、9′、9″与底板8、8′、8″之间的连接借助于对称布置在叶片10的质量中心的一对支撑件11构成。
如图3所示,支架9具有一个与叶片10的轮廓相匹配的外形并沿着其内表面12加入了衬垫材料。两个相对的壳体13和14构成支架9的外部,此二壳体在与叶片前缘和后缘一致的连接点处咬合。上壳体13和下壳体14都具有环绕整个支架9的外围肋15。下壳体14的那些肋15形成了一平台16,其宽度为肋之间的间距,并在纵向具有相似尺寸的长度。平台16设置在离支架9的前缘距离为“d”的位置上,按照本特定实施例,“d”为下壳体14总长度的三分之一。
如图4所示,本发明的支撑件是通过不同的部件连接在一起形成铰接的四边形而构成的。设在支撑件11底端的是一些销件17,在其端部18具有U形夹,以使其能够通过固定销20与相应的杆19紧固。相同的方法用于杆19的相反端,在该端,本例中的两销件17通过构成支撑件11上部的一空管21连接在一起。通过这样的方法形成的四边形能够纵向旋转(rotate lengthways)同时在四个点上铰接。同样的,第一支架21与第二支架21′的结合构成了一个有助于单元角旋转(angular rotation)的第二铰接四边形。
图5中,底板8通过利用销件17锚接的支撑件11连接到支架9的下壳体14。支撑件11相对于底板8的轮廓线倾斜一个角度α,α大于0度小于90度。在前面图中示出的下部的销件锚接到底板8上,位于空管21内的上部销件与下壳体14的肋15交迭。正如前面提到的那样,有一个金属板形成的平台16,其位于肋15与下壳体14之间。一个可弹性变形的最好是中空并具有管状形态的部件22位于所述的平台16与底板8之间。
叶片的长度和容器的中间支撑件的有限数量有利于那种不支撑在整个支架上、而是倾向于在支架的边缘之一上产生更多载荷的叶片的挠曲。如图6所示,叶片沿着其长度遭受的弯曲被支架9相对于容器的底板8产生的运动抵消了。销件17借助于其端部具有的固定销20带动杆19,把叶片对线性的缺乏(the blad’s lack of linearity)传递给支架9。这些杆19的运动通过插在支架下壳体的肋15之间的管21传递给支架9。这样,支架根据叶片的弯曲而倾斜,因此保证所述叶片的重量不会仅仅在中间支撑件的一个边缘上施加载荷。
如图7所示,运输过程中容器1内引起的扭矩通过一组构架、杆和壁7传递给底板8,接着通过支撑件11传递至容纳叶片的支架9。如果支架和底面之间刚性连接,扭矩就会直接影响叶片并破坏其结构。但是,在本实施例中,支撑件11在销17上具有角旋转(rotatein a angular manner),引起了支架(9)的移动并吸收了扭矩。
Claims (6)
1、一种叶片运输的支撑件,其锚接于支架(9)的底板(8),在若干中间点上构成对一个或多个叶片的支撑,所述底板与包括若干构架和若干杆的组件形成叶片在其内被运输的容器(1),其特征在于:
其由一组允许纵向和角旋转(lengthways and angular rotation)的互连的部件构成,
其位于离支架(9)前缘距离为“d”的位置并相对于支撑相应支架的底板(8)倾斜α度角,
其插入贯穿下壳体(14)的一些肋(15)与构成底板(8)的梁之间。
2、如权利要求1所述的叶片运输支撑件,其特征在于:所述一组部件由插入底板(8)和空管(21)侧面的一些销件(17)形成,这些销件通过U形夹(18)并借助于相应的紧固销(20)连接于不同的杆(19)。
3、如权利要求1所述的叶片运输支撑件,其特征在于:其利用两组部件,各自设置在在支架(9)的下壳体(14)的肋(15)之间形成的平台(16)的一侧,各自形成铰接的四边形。
4、如权利要求1所述的叶片运输支撑件,其特征在于:所述两套部件中的第一套设置在下壳体(14)总长度的三分之一的位置,横向与所述平台保持一致,第二套部件设置在宽度等于长度的所述平台(16)的相反的一侧(located to the opposite side of saidplatform which has a width equivalent to its length)。
5、如权利要求1所述的叶片运输支撑件,其特征在于:形成在底板(8)与支架(9)之间的旋转角度可以在最早的0度到小于90度之间变化。
6、如权利要求1所述的叶片运输支撑件,其特征在于:其包括一个弹性材料的空心圆筒体,作为一个设置在平台(16)与底板(8)之间的附加部件。
