本发明提供一种内容送出装置,包括:内容送出部(111),其对内容付与IP报头并进行IP分组化,将被IP分组化的内容向通信网(101)送出;打包化部(112),其将由内容送出部(111)被IP分组化的内容打包化为用于从数字广播的广播网(102)送出的规定的传送分组,内容送出部(111)和打包化部(112)分别通过IP多点传送而送出多个内容,内容送出部(111)对进行IP分组化的内容的报头付与与内容的接收一侧节点的条件相关的信息。

内容送出装置、内容接收装置、内容送出方法和内容接收方法 
技术领域
本发明涉及能按各内容限定接收者而进行传送的内容传送装置,特别是涉及能从通信网和广播网中的任一个对用户传送公共的内容的内容送出装置、内容接收装置、内容送出方法和内容接收方法。 
背景技术
以往,通过地面波广播等广播网广播的广播节目在数字广播等的数字化进展的同时,在因特网(internet)等中活用大容量且高速的通信网的特性的广播内容的配送变得活跃起来。 
在近年的数字广播中,数据的收发成为在送出一侧和接收一侧之间能进行双向通信的结构。该技术通过因特网能进行数据的收发,接收数字广播的数字广播收发装置取得与相应的广播内容有关的双向web服务器的信息,通过因特网等与web服务器之间进行通信(例如,参照以下的专利文献1)。

发明内容
可是,所述的以往技术有必要在广播内容的送出一侧,把广播内容自身变更为适合于按各广播网或通信网而不同的各种传送媒体的形式,在原封不动的状态下,无法通过各种传送媒体把广播内容传送给用户。 
在现状下,通过广播网广播的广播节目、通过因特网等通信网配送的广播内容常常分别独立制作,节目内容按各传送媒体限定,具有在广播网和通信网中无法送出公共的广播内容的问题。进而,再生通过通信网配送的内容的计算机装置等仪器、再生通过广播网接收的内容的仪器有必要彼此不同。 
此外,对于视听者,视听者无法无意识地视听适合自己的爱好或环境状况的节目,频道切换等操作一定是必要的。此外,在接收中移动,周围状况变化时,例如在驾驶中,从沿着山到沿着海而移动位置变化等时,想变更适合气氛的节目或音乐时,接收者有必要自己选择频道。 
此外,对于广播电台,意识到视听者层而想送出节目时,根据节目组成来调整广播时间,或利用子频道等来响应视听者层的要求。存在难以按照视听者的动态变化的环境或状况,自动配送节目的问题。 
本发明为了解决上述的以往技术的问题,其目的在于,提供不受广播网和通信网的任一方的制约,而能传送适合于接收一侧的条件的内容的内容送出装置、内容接收装置、内容送出方法和内容接收方法。 
为了解决上述的课题,实现目的,发明1的内容送出装置的特征在于,包括:IP分组化单元,其对内容付与IP报头并进行IP分组化;通信网送出单元,其将由所述IP分组化单元进行IP分组化后的所述内容向通信网送出;打包化单元,其将由所述IP分组化单元进行IP分组化后的所述内容打包化为用于从数字广播的广播网送出的规定的传送分组;和广播网送出单元,其将由所述打包化单元打包化后的传送分组向广播网送出,所述通信网送出单元和所述广播网送出单元分别通过IP多点传送而同时送出多个公共的所述内容,所述IP分组化单元对进行IP分组化的所述内容的报头付与与所述内容的接收一侧节点的条件相关的信息。 
此外,发明2的内容送出装置根据发明1,其特征在于:作为与所述接收一侧节点的条件相关的信息,包括接收一侧的当前位置、接收者属性或接收者的爱好。 
此外,发明3的内容接收装置的特征在于,包括:广播网接收单元,其从广播网接收将内容的IP分组打包化后的传送分组;通信网接收单元,其从通信网接收内容的IP分组;打包化解除单元,其解除通过所述广播网接收单元接收的所述传送分组的打包化而抽出内容的IP分组;抽出单元,其抽出对所述IP分组的报头所付与的所述内容的接收一侧节点的条件的信息;和选择单元,其按照选择并接收由所述抽出单元抽出的接收一侧节点的条件的信息与预先设定的条件一致的所述IP分组的方式进行控制。 
此外,发明4的内容送出方法的特征在于,包括:IP分组化步骤,其对内容付与IP报头并进行IP分组化;通信网送出步骤,其将由所述IP分组化步骤进行IP分组化后的所述内容向通信网送出;打包化步骤,其将由所述IP分组化步骤进行IP分组化后的所述内容打包化为用于从数字广播的广播网送出的规定的传送分组;和广播网送出步骤,其将由所述打包化步骤打包化后的传送分组向所述广播网送出,所述通信网送出步骤和所述广播网送出步骤分别通过IP多点传送而同时送出多个公共的所述内容,所述IP分组化步骤对进行IP分组化的所述内容的报头付与与所述内容的接收一侧节点的条件相关的信息。 
发明5的内容接收方法的特征在于,包括:广播网接收步骤,其从广播网接收将内容的IP分组打包化后的传送分组;通信网接收步骤,其从通信网接收内容的IP分组;打包化解除步骤,其解除通过所述广播网接收步骤所接收的所述传送分组的打包化而抽出内容的IP分组;抽出步骤,其抽出对所述IP分组的报头付与的所述内容的接收一侧节点的条件的信息;选择步骤,其按照选择并接收由所述抽出步骤抽出的接收一侧节点的条件的信息与预先设定的条件一致的所述IP分组的方式进行控制。 
发明效果 
根据本发明的内容送出装置、内容接收装置、内容送出方法和内容接收方法,产生在接收一侧不进行频道选择,能自动视听最想视听的内容,并且在送出一侧能送出分别适合于接收一侧的属性或视听环境类型的内容的效果。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图,详细说明本发明的内容送出装置、内容接收装置、内容送出方法和内容接收方法的适合的实施方式。 
(实施方式) 
图1是表示本发明的内容送出装置、内容接收装置的结构的一个例子的说明图。图1所示的内容传送系统100由从内容送出装置110送出内容的广播电台一侧和由内容接收装置120接收内容的用户一侧构成。 
在内容送出装置110中,从内容送出部111送出被分组化的内容。这里,作为内容,例如有广播节目、DVD等记录媒体中存储的再生信息等。它们并不局限于来自照相机、麦克风的信息TV等的图像信号和声音信号的组合,可以只由静止画面或动态画面的图像(映像)信号构成,或者只由声音信号构成,或者只由数据构成。 
如以往技术中说明的那样,在通信网101、广播网102中分别独立的内容送出装置110是必要的。可是,在本实施方式中,使用通信网101把内容向用户一侧的内容接收装置120送出时,从内容送出部111送出的被分组化的内容在分组101a的状态下向通信网101送出。分组101a由存储内容的有效载荷部100a、存储分组的规格信息或地址的报头(header)部100b构成。从内容送出部111送出的内容全部是分组101a的状态。 
此外,使用广播网102把内容向用户一侧的内容接收装置120送出时,从内容送出部111送出的被分组化的内容向打包化部112输入。对输入到打包化部112的内容即分组101a进行打包化,在分组102a的状态下向广 播网102送出。分组102a在有效载荷部105a中存储将内容分组化后的分组101a(由有效载荷部100a、报头部100b构成),由有效载荷部105a和报头部105b构成分组102a。 
进行接收的各用户的内容接收装置120,在从通信网101进行接收的通信网接收终端121时,接收分组101a,根据它的素材组装内容并再生。此外,从广播网102接收内容的广播网接收终端122时接收分组102a,首先进行打包化的解除后,根据分组101a的素材组装内容并再生。 
例如,MPEG2-TS的传送形式时,在该MPEG2-TS的有效载荷(有效载荷部105a部分)插入IP分组(有效载荷部100a和报头部100b),付与MPEG2-TS的报头(报头部105b),从广播网102向用户一侧的内容接收装置120的广播网接收终端122传送。广播网接收终端122从该MPEG2-TS的传送分组(分组102a)抽出IP分组(有效载荷部100a)后,再生接收的内容。 
根据所述的结构,能不要以往在广播网102中使用的广播用的服务再生机,例如广播用再生机器或广播用中继机器(具体而言,放音装置(tapedeck)或数字播放器)。 
此外,上述的内容接收装置120可以是与通信网接收终端121、或广播网接收终端122中的任意一方对应的装置,也可以是具有通信网接收终端121和广播网接收终端122中的任一个的接收功能的装置。 
图2是表示内容送出部的结构的框图。内容送出部111由内容生成部201、报头信息付与部202和送出部203构成。 
内容生成部201生成多个从内容送出装置110向各用户的内容接收装置120送出的内容。此外,也能依次从外部输入多个生成完毕的内容。由该内容生成部201生成的多个内容按照例如接收者的接收位置(当前位置)、接收者属性、或者接收者的爱好而分别准备。 
报头信息付与部202对由内容生成部201生成的内容的分组付与基本报头和扩展报头的信息。后面详细描述内容的分组的概要和扩展报头信息。送出部203把由报头信息付与部202付与基本报头信息和扩展报头信息的内容向用户的内容接收装置120送出。 
图3-1是表示分组的结构的一个例子的说明图。图3-1所示的分组模 型310是本发明相关的内容收发方法的一个例子。在实施方式中,表示由打包化部112向广播网102送出时的内容的状态。IP分组P2由内容、IP基本报头H2、扩展报头H3构成。进而,把该IP分组P2作为有效载荷,附加MPEG2-TS报头H1,从而进行打包化,作为MPEG2-TS分组P1向广播网102传送。 
因此,从图2的内容送出部111输出的IP分组是IP分组P2的状态,在报头信息付与部202中,对IP基本报头H2的部分和扩展报头H3的部分分别付与信息。接着,使用图3-2进行IP分组P2的详细的说明。 
图3-2是表示分组的概要的说明图。图表320表示实施方式中使用的IPv6的分组的概要。IPv6的分组由IP基本报头H2和扩展报头H3(也能具有多个)、有效载荷P构成。以下,使用图3-3说明对扩展报头H3付与的信息的具体例。 
图3-3是表示接收推荐者信息的一个例子的说明图。图3-3所示的图表330是对各内容的扩展报头H3付与的接收推荐者信息的一个例子。在图示的例子中,作为接收推荐者信息,使用性别、年代、位置信息。 
图4是表示内容送出装置的内容送出动作的流程图。首先,在内容生成部201中准备多个内容(步骤S401)。该多个内容是识别接收者组的多个节目或CM。例如,按各地区划分接收者组时,按各地方生成地区性高的素材的内容,按年代划分接收者组时,生成反映同代的接收者的爱好的素材的内容。 
接着,在报头信息付与部202中,对各内容的IP基本报头H2(参照图3-1、图3-2)付与IP多点传送的基本报头,对扩展报头H3(参照图3-1~图3-3)付与推荐接收者信息(步骤S402)。最后,从送出部203以IP多点传送方式送出多个内容(步骤S403),内容送出动作结束。 
图5是表示内容接收装置的结构的框图。内容接收装置120由分组判断部500、分组接收部501、分组组装部504、内容再生部505构成。此外,分组判断部500由比较信息输出部502和接收推荐者信息比较部503构成。 
分组接收部501接收从内容送出装置110送出的分组,把接收的分组向接收推荐者信息比较部503输入。在比较信息输出部502中,从用户输入的使用者属性信息或根据GPS信号计算的内容接收装置120的位置信息 等本装置的接收者信息作为比较信息输入。输入的比较信息向接收推荐者信息比较部503输出。 
接收推荐者信息比较部503比较从分组接收部501输入的分组的对扩展报头H3付与的接收推荐者信息和作为从比较信息输出部502输入的比较信息的接收者信息,判断所接收的分组是否适合本装置的用户。判断为适合的时候,把接收的分组向分组组装部504输出。此外,判断为不适合的时候,废弃接收的分组。 
分组组装部504输入判断为适合于本装置的用户的分组。然后,与接收条件一致的分组存储到缓存器中,恰当连接分组的有效载荷部。内容再生部505将由分组组装部504组装的分组作为内容再生。 
图6是表示内容接收装置的内容接收动作的流程图。比较接收的分组的扩展报头H3的推荐接收者信息和本装置的接收者信息(步骤S601)。接着,基于步骤S601中进行的比较的结果,判断接收的分组是否为适合本装置的用户的分组(步骤S602)。 
判断为接收的分组不是适合本装置的用户的分组时(步骤S602:否),废弃所接收的分组(步骤S603),回到步骤S601,开始关于再度接收的分组的处理。判断为接收的分组是适合本装置的用户的分组时(步骤S602:是),接下来组装所接收的分组来再生内容(步骤S604)。如上那样,判断所接收的分组,判断内容的接收。 
最后,判断本装置(内容接收装置120)是否移动(步骤S605)。如果本装置(内容接收装置120)不移动(步骤S605:否),就没有从比较信息输入部502输入的位置信息等的变化,所以用户继续进行根据相同的接收推荐者信息所选择的内容的接收再生,通过进行视听而内容接收装置的内容接收动作结束。 
另一方面,本装置(内容接收装置120)移动时(步骤S605:是),从比较信息输入部502输入的位置信息变化,所以回到步骤S601,再度进行分组的接收,判断是否为适合于用户的分组,进行与判定结果对应的处理。 
以上说明的实施方式利用IP多点传送方式,能从同一广播电台的内容送出装置同时送出多个内容。此外,通过利用IP分组的扩展报头而送 出接收推荐者信息,从而用户能自动接收最适合的内容。进而,使扩展报头H3的接收条件(推荐者接收信息)变化而送出,从而在内容接收装置120一侧中,能动态地使分组的接收变化。 
如上所述,使用本发明的内容送出装置、内容接收装置、内容送出方法和内容接收方法,如果有内容接收装置存在的区域,就能自动指定适合于该区域的节目。例如,通过面向受灾地的灾害广播等来送出各受灾地区的详细的信息,从而用户能接收有效的信息。 
此外,能提供符合视听者的爱好等的多个节目。例如,在送出节目的广告时,即使是同一主办者,也能根据视听者层,提供不同的商品的广告,能实现有效的目标行销。 
须指出的是,通过用个人计算机或工作站等计算机执行预先准备的程序,能实现本实施方式中说明的内容送出方法和内容接收方法。该程序记录到硬盘、软盘、CD-ROM、MO、DVD等计算机可读取的记录媒体中,由计算机从记录媒体读出并执行。此外,也可以是将该程序通过因特网等的网络发布的传送媒体。 
工业上的可利用性 
本发明的内容送出装置、内容接收装置、内容送出方法和内容接收方法在对多个终端装置同时配送广播节目的广播网和通信网中是有用的,特别适合于通过卫星数字广播、地面波数字广播等的广播网以及因特网等通信网来送出广播内容的一侧的装置和接收一侧的终端仪器。 

Claims (5)

1.一种内容送出装置,其特征在于,包括:
IP分组化单元,其对内容付与IP报头并进行IP分组化;
通信网送出单元,其将由所述IP分组化单元进行IP分组化后的所述内容向通信网送出;
打包化单元,其将由所述IP分组化单元进行IP分组化后的所述内容打包化为用于从数字广播的广播网送出的规定的传送分组;和
广播网送出单元,其将由所述打包化单元打包化后的传送分组向广播网送出,
所述通信网送出单元和所述广播网送出单元分别通过IP多点传送而同时送出多个公共的所述内容,
所述IP分组化单元对进行IP分组化的所述内容的报头付与与所述内容的接收一侧节点的条件相关的信息。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内容送出装置,其特征在于:
作为与所述接收一侧节点的条件相关的信息,包括接收一侧的当前位置、接收者属性或接收者的爱好。
3.一种内容接收装置,其特征在于,包括:
广播网接收单元,其从广播网接收将内容的IP分组打包化后的传送分组;
通信网接收单元,其从通信网接收内容的IP分组;
打包化解除单元,其解除通过所述广播网接收单元接收的所述传送分组的打包化而抽出内容的IP分组;
抽出单元,其抽出对所述IP分组的报头所付与的所述内容的接收一侧节点的条件的信息;和
选择单元,其按照选择并接收由所述抽出单元抽出的接收一侧节点的条件的信息与预先设定的条件一致的所述IP分组的方式进行控制。
4.一种内容送出方法,其特征在于,包括:
IP分组化步骤,其对内容付与IP报头并进行IP分组化;
通信网送出步骤,其将由所述IP分组化步骤进行IP分组化后的所述内容向通信网送出;
打包化步骤,其将由所述IP分组化步骤进行IP分组化后的所述内容打包化为用于从数字广播的广播网送出的规定的传送分组;和
广播网送出步骤,其将由所述打包化步骤打包化后的传送分组向所述广播网送出,
所述通信网送出步骤和所述广播网送出步骤分别通过IP多点传送而同时送出多个公共的所述内容,
所述IP分组化步骤对进行IP分组化的所述内容的报头付与与所述内容的接收一侧节点的条件相关的信息。
5.一种内容接收方法,其特征在于,包括:
广播网接收步骤,其从广播网接收将内容的IP分组打包化后的传送分组;
通信网接收步骤,其从通信网接收内容的IP分组;
打包化解除步骤,其解除通过所述广播网接收步骤所接收的所述传送分组的打包化而抽出内容的IP分组;
抽出步骤,其抽出对所述IP分组的报头付与的所述内容的接收一侧节点的条件的信息;
选择步骤,其按照选择并接收由所述抽出步骤抽出的接收一侧节点的条件的信息与预先设定的条件一致的所述IP分组的方式进行控制。
