9. tobacco product as claimed in claim 1 is characterized in that, described tobacco preparation contains buffer.
10. tobacco product as claimed in claim 9 is characterized in that, described buffer is selected from metal hydroxides, metal carbonate and metal heavy carbonate.
11. tobacco product as claimed in claim 1 is characterized in that, described tobacco preparation contains artificial sweetener, natural sweetener or their combination.
12. tobacco product as claimed in claim 1, it is characterized in that described tobacco preparation contains the sweetener that is selected from down group: fructose, sucrose, glucose sugar, maltose, mannose, galactolipin, lactose, Sucralose, asccharin, aspartame and fourth sulfanilamide (SN) potassium.
13. tobacco product as claimed in claim 1 is characterized in that, described tobacco preparation contains packing material.
14. tobacco product as claimed in claim 13 is characterized in that, described packing material is selected from: cereal, maltodextrin, dextrose, calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, cornstarch, lactose, mannitol, xylitol, D-sorbite and superfine fibre element.
15. tobacco product as claimed in claim 1 is characterized in that, the water content of described tobacco preparation is about 25-50 weight %.
16. tobacco product as claimed in claim 1 is characterized in that, the water content of described tobacco preparation is about 30-40 weight %.
17. tobacco product as claimed in claim 1 is characterized in that, the size of described tobacco particle can be by 18 Taylors' mesh screen.
18. tobacco product as claimed in claim 1 is characterized in that, the size of described tobacco particle can be by 20 Taylors' mesh screen.
19. tobacco product as claimed in claim 1 is characterized in that, the size of described tobacco particle can be by 50 Taylors' mesh screen.

23. tobacco product as claimed in claim 22 is characterized in that, described antioxidant is selected from: ascorbic acid, grape seed extract, grape-kernel oil, contain polyphenol substance, green-tea extract, black tea extract, peanut coat and jacket.
24. tobacco product as claimed in claim 1, it also comprises at least one the capsule that places bag.
25. tobacco product as claimed in claim 24 is characterized in that, described at least one capsule comprises the outside capsule dressing that surrounds inner capsule district, and at least a flavorant composition is contained in described inner capsule district.
26. tobacco product as claimed in claim 25 is characterized in that, described flavorant composition contains liquid-carrier.
27. tobacco product as claimed in claim 25, it is characterized in that, described flavorant composition provides following fragrance: vanilla, coffee, chocolate, cream, peppermint, spearmint, eucalyptus, menthol, American mint, Chinese ilex, lavender, cardamom, nutmeg, Chinese cassia tree, cloves, card lamb's-quarters, sandalwood, honey, jasmine, ginger, fennel, Salvia japonica, Radix Glycyrrhizae, lemon, oranges and tangerines, apple, peach, sour lime, cherry, strawberry and their any combination.
28. tobacco product as claimed in claim 25 is characterized in that, described outside capsule dressing is destructible, and breaking of outside capsule dressing makes inner capsule district contact with the tobacco preparation.
29. tobacco product as claimed in claim 25 is characterized in that, described outside capsule dressing contains wax, gelatin or cyclodextrin.
30. tobacco product as claimed in claim 24 is characterized in that, described at least one capsule comprises many capsules.
31. tobacco product as claimed in claim 30 is characterized in that, described many capsules comprise the capsule that varies in size.
32. tobacco product as claimed in claim 24 is characterized in that, described at least one capsule is normally spherical, and diameter is about 0.5-6mm.
33. tobacco product as claimed in claim 32 is characterized in that, the diameter of described at least one capsule is about 3-5mm.
34. tobacco product as claimed in claim 24 is characterized in that, described at least one capsule comprises the outside capsule dressing that surrounds inner capsule district, and at least a liquid component is contained in described inner capsule district.
