The obtained qualified product is subjected to product performance test, and the performance parameters are shown in table 1.
The appearance of the obtained lip gloss product is shown in figure 1, the obtained lip gloss powder is uniform white powder, the outer package is also white woven cloth, and the stability of the obtained lip gloss product and the white powder are ensured by adopting the process.
The specific contents of each evaluation index are as follows:
taste uniformity in mouth: the comprehensive feeling of taste and smell of the user is scored with the score of 0-10, the user places the single-pack lip cigarette between the upper gum and the lips, the mouth feel test is carried out for 60 minutes, the test participants are 10 persons, the mouth feel evaluation is carried out every 5 minutes, the average value is taken, the mouth feel of the mouth is greatly reduced along with the change of time, and the mouth feel of the mouth is uneven.
Nicotine salt release uniformity refers to: in the use process, the release stability of nicotine salt concentration and the like in the liquid outside the packaging lip cigarette along with time is specifically indicated by measuring the nicotine salt concentration in the liquid extracted from the food-grade non-woven fabric outside the packaging lip cigarette at intervals of 5 minutes, taking the extract of the non-woven fabric on the lip cigarette containing nicotine and nicotine salt, diluting with water with pH=7-9, extracting with an equal volume of organic solvent containing an internal standard, fully oscillating for 30-120 minutes, measuring the amount of free nicotine by a gas phase method, wherein the nicotine salt concentration change of two adjacent 5 minutes exceeds 5%, and the release of the nicotine salt is considered to be uneven.
Nicotine salt release persistence refers to: in the use process, the duration time such as the sensory intensity of the nicotine salt felt by a user is long, the specific index is that the lip cigarette starts in 20 minutes, every 5 minutes, the ratio of the nicotine salt concentration in the current cigarette to the nicotine salt concentration in the use process of 5 minutes is lower than 50%, and the nicotine salt concentration is considered to be unsuitable for continuous use and needs to be discarded, so that the lip cigarette experience is avoided.

The release durability of the nicotine salt is good, the nicotine salt concentration in the smoke can reach 95.7% at 5 minutes after 20 minutes, which is the root cause of stable taste evaluation, the nicotine salt concentration in the external packaging non-woven fabric still reaches 52.2% at 5 minutes by 50 minutes, the nicotine salt concentration in the smoke can still be stably used, and the nicotine salt concentration in the smoke is reduced to 43.5% at 5 minutes by 55 minutes, so that the taste experience is not suggested to be influenced by continuous use.
Therefore, the lip tobacco produced by the formula and the process of the first embodiment has soft and full taste, good uniformity of releasing nicotine salt and good durability of releasing nicotine salt, at least can meet the requirement that the normal use time of a user exceeds 50 minutes, and like products on the market cannot be used continuously after 30 minutes, so that the tea leaf herbal lip tobacco prepared by the formula and the process of the first embodiment has advantages in the durability of releasing nicotine salt.

The release durability of the nicotine salt is generally that after 20 minutes, the nicotine salt concentration in the smoke can only reach 86.4% at 5 minutes, and when the nicotine salt concentration in the smoke reaches 55 minutes, the nicotine salt concentration in the smoke can only reach 36.4% at 5 minutes, and the continuous use is not recommended, so that the taste experience is affected.
Therefore, the lip tobacco produced by the formula and the process of the fifth embodiment has poor taste and poor uniformity of nicotine salt release, and the nicotine salt release durability is general, so that the tea herbal lip tobacco prepared by the formula and the process of the fifth embodiment has no advantages in taste, nicotine salt release uniformity and nicotine salt release durability.
