Abstract
一种三层结构防腐钢质管道聚丙烯夹克料,它包括聚丙烯、聚丙烯、功能母粒、增强剂、相容剂和EVA。它包括如下步骤,第一步:将原料按照如权利要求1所述的比例加入搅拌缸中,设定搅拌速度为600~900转/分钟,搅拌2分钟;第二步:将混合好的原材料加入双螺杆挤出机,进行混炼和塑化;第三步:拉条水冷;第四步:风干切粒;第五步:震动包装。本发明它克服了传统PP料韧性差,尤其是低温时韧性差问题,服役环境温度可以达到90度以上,而且,大大降低了输送高介质的防腐管线在地下穿越时被划伤的现象。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及钢质管道外防腐技术领域,尤其涉及一种防腐蚀耐磨涂料三层结构防腐钢质管道聚丙烯夹克料及其制备方法。
背景技术:
钢质管道外防腐技术领域包括:(1)用作输送较高温度介质的防腐管线;(2)用作地表温度较高,日照时间较长的沙漠地区的防腐管线;(3)用于防腐管线的地下穿越;(4)用作加压站附近防腐管线。
在上述技术领域中,现在主要使用聚丙烯(PP)材料,PP是一种半结晶性材料,它比聚乙烯(PE)要更坚硬并且有更高的熔点。由于均聚物型的普通PP温度高于100度时非常脆,因此许多商业的材料PP是加入4~10%的无规则共聚物或更高比率烯含量的钳段式共聚物。共聚物型的材料PP的热扭曲温度(100度)、透明度、光泽度、刚性等都较低,虽其具有强的抗冲击强度,但是不能满足聚丙烯防腐的防腐标准。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种三层结构防腐钢质管道聚丙烯夹克料及其制备方法,主要解决上述现有技术中所存在的技术问题,它克服了传统PP料韧性差,尤其是低温时韧性差问题,服役环境温度可以达到90度以上,而且,大大降低了输送高介质的防腐管线在地下穿越时被划伤的现象。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是这样实现的:
一种三层结构防腐钢质管道聚丙烯夹克料,其特征在于,该产品包括以下组分及重量%含量:
聚丙烯(K8303) 50~51%
聚丙烯(B8101) 40~41%
功能母粒 3~5%
增强剂 1~2%
相容剂 1~3%
EVA 2~4%
一种三层结构防腐钢质管道聚丙烯夹克料的制备方法,其特征在于,它包括如下步骤:
第一步:将原料按照如权利要求1所述的比例加入搅拌缸中,设定搅拌速度为600~900转/分钟,搅拌2分钟;
第二步:将混合好的原材料加入双螺杆挤出机,进行混炼和塑化;
第三步:拉条水冷;
第四步:风干切粒;
第五步:震动包装。
所述第二步中双螺杆挤出机的各区加热温度如下:

所述第三步中水槽中水温控制在40~60℃。

藉由上述技术方案,本发明的技术效果是:
1、本发明产品三层结构防腐钢质管道聚丙烯夹克料的维卡软化温度为150度,由于结晶度适中,这种材料的表面刚度和抗划痕特性很好,而且此种产品不存在环境应力开裂问题。
2、本发明产品三层结构防腐钢质管道聚丙烯夹克料除具有优良的抗吸湿性、抗酸碱腐蚀性、抗溶解性外,还有特别好的抗冲击强度、热稳定性、光泽度以及抗污染性。
3、本发明产品三层结构防腐钢质管道聚丙烯夹克料与众不同的特点还有,其适用于不同的涂敷机型和其加工温度较宽(195~265度)。
具体实施方式:
本发明提供了一种三层结构防腐钢质管道聚丙烯夹克料,,该产品包括以下组分及重量%含量:
聚丙烯(K8303) 50~51%
聚丙烯(B8101) 40~41%
功能母粒 3~5%
增强剂 1~2%
相容剂 1~3%
EVA 2~4%
上述三层结构防腐钢质管道聚丙烯夹克料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
第一步:将原料按照如权利要求1所述的比例加入搅拌缸中,设定搅拌速度为600~900转/分钟,搅拌2分钟;
第二步:将混合好的原材料加入双螺杆挤出机,进行混炼和塑化;
第三步:拉条水冷;
第四步:风干切粒;
第五步:震动包装。
