本发明提供一种切割玻璃的刀头座结构,包括刀轮架、切割小轴,刀头座与切割气缸连接;刀头座与切割小轴是过渡连接,二者能分离,并能合装为一。所述刀头座与切割小轴的过渡连接,是在刀头座上开有圆孔,圆孔的内径与切割小轴外径紧配。本发明的优点是,由于切割小轴与刀头座是分体设计,发生故障时,无须更换刀头座,只须更换切割小轴,降低了设备维修成本,又节省了时间,提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切割玻璃的刀头座结构。
背景技术
随着玻璃深加工企业越来越多,对每道工序要求严格控制产品的质量,玻璃深加工行业工序流程为:切割、磨边、钢化、镀膜、中空、包装、发运七大主要工序。
切割作为玻璃深加工行业的首道工序,一旦切割出现质量问题将直接影响到其他工序的产品质量,为此公司领导首先对切割的质量严加控制,在提高质量的同时要求产量也要提高。
现有的玻璃切割机,以意大利的产品为例,存在有如下问题:
该切割机的刀头座与刀头气缸连接小轴为一体结构,而其光电定位器失灵或原片有损伤(破碎)时,一旦刀轮非正常接触玻璃表面的瞬间,刀头座与气缸连接处的小轴断裂,修理时必须更换整套刀头座,切割刀头座成了“消耗品”,不但费时,而且也造成很大的经济损失。
发明内容
为解决前述玻璃切割机存在的问题,本发明提供一种切割玻璃的刀头座结构,包括刀轮架、切割小轴,刀头座与切割气缸连接;刀头座与切割小轴是过渡连接,二者能分离,并能合装为一。
所述刀头座与切割小轴的过渡连接,是在刀头座上开有圆孔,圆孔的内径与切割小轴外径紧配。
本发明的优点是,由于切割小轴与刀头座是分体设计,发生故障时,无须更换刀头座,只须更换切割小轴,降低了设备维修成本,又节省了时间,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
请参阅附图1所示,本发明包括刀头座2,刀轮架3、切割小轴1,刀头座2与切割气缸7连接,刀头座2与切割小轴1是过渡连接,二者能分离,并能合装为一。
所述刀头座2与切割小轴1的过渡连接,是在刀头座2上开有圆孔10,圆孔10的内径与切割小轴1外径紧配。
图中的气缸7安装在气缸支架6上,支架6安装在切割机大梁5上,气缸7与伺服马达8连接。

1.一种切割玻璃的刀头座结构,包括刀轮架、切割小轴,刀头座与气缸连接,其特征在于:刀头座与切割小轴是过渡连接,二者能分离,并能合装为一;所述过渡连接是在刀头座上开有圆孔,圆孔的内径与切割小轴外径紧配。
