Abstract
本发明提供一种歧管垫圈组件,包括由多个进气口形成的钢载体。塑胶材料模制于所述载体本体上,从而当所述载体本体夹设于所述汽缸盖与进气歧管之间时,围绕开口提供密封。推杆引导部安装于该载体本体上并由与载体本体不同的材料制成,也就是说推杆引导部所用的材料与形成弹性密封条的相同。

发明领域
本发明涉及垫圈,特别是涉及结合有引导发动机推杆安装的结构的进气歧管垫圈。
背景技术
众所周知,在发动机装配期间,会在进气歧管垫圈中结合一结构用以引导推杆。这样的一个垫圈组件包括垫圈的刚性载体框架,该刚性载体框架由塑胶制成并设有多个介质传送口,这些介质传送口与汽缸盖和歧管之间连通的相关开口相应,垫圈将通过螺栓固定于该汽缸盖和歧管之间。围绕介质传送口在载体的两边模塑成型有弹性体密封条,用于在将进气歧管螺接于汽缸盖时密封这些传送口。多个叉状推杆固定部/引导部与刚性塑胶载体框架一体成型,以某一角度突伸出垫圈平面,超出其外围。当发动机沿装配线推进时,在预安装阶段,引导部将推杆支撑于载体上。当这种推杆固定部/引导部达到其预期目的时,叉状引导部的形状、位置和刚性材料对将推杆最终安装于其使用位置、对摇臂的安装以及对进气歧管在汽缸盖上的位置和安装造成障碍,当推杆支撑部不在装配路线上时,使得发动机的装配过程比期望的更为困难。
其他已知歧管垫圈的载体框架由金属而非塑胶制成。像上述叉状推杆引导部之类的特征在没有增加明显成本和制造经费的情况下很难由金属载体材料制成。即使能够由金属载体材料制成,这样的垫圈仍具有上述进气歧管、推杆和摇臂的安装时存在障碍的缺点。
本发明克服了或者大大最小化了上述现有歧管垫圈所具有的缺点。
发明内容
本发明提供一种歧管垫圈组件,包括适于夹设于发动机的汽缸盖和进气歧管之间的载体本体。该载体设有与连通歧管和汽缸盖之间的介质传送通道相应的多个介质传送口。具有弹性的弹性密封材料设于所述载体本体上,并与至少部分介质传送口为环绕关系,在所述载体本体夹设于所述汽缸盖与歧管之间时,提供流体密封。至少一个推杆引导部由与载体本体材料不同的材料制成,安装于该载体本体上,并于适当位置与至少一个所述介质传送口相邻、从该载体本体上突伸出,在将推杆安装于发动机的过程中引导推杆。
根据本发明的进一步优选特征,所述推杆引导部由与环绕和密封所述介质传送口的材料相同的橡胶密封材料制成,所述载体本体优选由金属制成。
本发明的垫圈组件的优点在于,采用不同于载体本体材料的材料作为推杆引导部。其独特的优点在于,当推杆引导部由弹性密封材料制成时,因为无论如何密封材料都需模塑成型于载体本体上,可很容易地将材料延伸至需设置推杆引导部的区域。
采用弹性密封材料制造推杆引导部的另一个优点在于,其可定位于在安装发动机其他部件时能够使推杆引导部起作用但又不在装配路线上的位置。

具体实施例
根据本发明当前的优选实施例构造的垫圈组件10如图所示,包括垫圈载体本体12。该载体本体12设有至少一个、优选多个介质传送口,包括进气口14和发动机冷却液口16。这些传送口与连通内燃机24的汽缸盖20和进气歧管之间的介质传送通道相应,垫圈组件10将夹设于该汽缸盖20和进气歧管之间。具有弹性的弹性密封材料,例如橡胶,模塑成型于载体本体12上,与这些介质传送口14、16中至少部分、优选全部的传送口为环绕关系,如图2所示。弹性体密封条18模塑成型于载体本体12的两侧并从载体本体12上突伸出,以便在垫圈组件10夹设于汽缸盖20和进气歧管22之间时被压缩。
垫圈组件设有至少一个、优选多个推杆引导部26。该推杆引导部26优选与各进气口14相邻设置,与载体本体12的外围向内间隔开,并突伸出载体本体12的平面。尽管本发明亦可预料采用其他形状,但各推杆引导部26优选具有单一的锥形销结构。推杆引导部26由不同于载体本体12的材料制成。推杆引导部26优选由用于形成环绕进气口14的密封条18的弹性体材料模塑成型。最好推杆引导部26完全由弹性体密封材料18制造。本发明预期可采用不同密封材料形成不同进气口和不同垫圈,因此可采用与密封条18相同或不同的材料制成引导部26。
如图2所示,推杆引导部26与进气口14横向隔开。可通过中间连接片28将引导部26连接至环绕进气口的弹性体密封材料18。使用时,所述中间连接片26延伸跨越载体本体12的表面,位于推杆30之下,如图3所示。同样如图3所示,推杆引导部26作为横向阻挡件在将推杆安装于发动机中时帮助引导推杆30。安装之后,发动机运行过程中,推杆引导部26不再与推杆相互作用(运行过程中,推杆与推杆引导部分隔开),但仅用于引导推杆30的安装。
很明显,根据以上描述可以对本发明做各种改变和修改。因此,可以理解,在所附权利要求的范围内,除上述特定实施例外,本发明可以采用其他方式实施,而不限于上述说明书中所描述。
Claims (11)
1、一种用于内燃机的歧管垫圈组件,包括:
适于夹设于所述内燃机的汽缸盖和歧管之间的载体本体,该载体本体具有至少一个介质传送口;
具有弹性的弹性密封材料,设于所述载体本体上并与所述至少一个介质传送口为环绕关系,在所述载体本体夹设于所述汽缸盖与歧管之间运转时,形成所述至少一个介质传送口周围的流体紧密封;以及
至少一个推杆引导部,由与所述载体本体材料不同的材料制成,安装于该载体本体上,并从该载体本体上突伸出,在将推杆安装于内燃机的过程中为推杆提供引导面。
2、根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个推杆引导部由所述具有弹性的弹性密封材料制成。
3、根据权利要求2所述的组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个推杆引导部具有从所述载体本体突伸出的圆柱销结构。
4.根据权利要求2所述的组件,其特征在于,所述具有弹性的弹性密封材料包括橡胶材料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组件,其特征在于,进一步包括由所述具有弹性的弹性密封材料制成的连接片,该连接片在所述至少一个推杆引导部和围绕相邻的至少一个介质传送口延伸的由所述具有弹性的弹性密封材料形成的环之间延伸。
6、根据权利要求5所述的组件,其特征在于,所述连接片延伸跨越所述载体本体的一表面。
7、根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述载体本体由金属制成,所述至少一个推杆引导部由橡胶材料制成。
8、根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述载体本体由金属制成,所述至少一个推杆引导部由与所述具有弹性的弹性密封材料相同的材料制成。
9、根据权利要求8所述的组件,其特征在于,所述推杆引导部模塑成型于所述载体本体上。
10、根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述垫圈本体具有多个所述介质传送口和多个所述推杆引导部。
11、一种用于内燃机的歧管垫圈组件,包括:
具有多个介质传送口的金属垫圈载体本体;
模塑成型于所述载体本体上并与至少一个介质传送口为环绕关系的橡胶密封材料;以及
与所述至少一个介质传送口相邻的、由所述橡胶密封材料制成的推杆引导部,该推杆引导部具有从所述载体本体的一表面突伸出的销结构,以在推杆安装过程中引导可将所述垫圈组件安装于其中的发动机的推杆。
