Abstract

本发明的目的在于提供一种男士、妇女上衣和大衣的胸部、肩部等的保型为目的所使用的衣料用成型衬垫,尤其是能高精度且容易加工成适合人的体型的立体形且在其立体形状的保型性方面也优良的衣料用成型衬垫。本发明的衣料用成型衬垫,其由将纬线和经线平织而成的平面织物和编织物、或由将纬线和经线混合而成的平面织毡构成,其中使用了将芯鞘结构的热粘结线(2)与兽毛(3)混合而成的混合线(1)作为所述纬线。所述芯鞘结构的热粘结线是聚酯树脂构成的芯线的表面由熔点比所述聚酯树脂低的高密度聚乙烯树脂、聚酯树脂构成的鞘线覆盖而成的。而且,芯鞘结构的热粘结线与兽毛的混合比率在5∶5~2∶8的范围内。

Description

衣料用成型衬垫 
                            技术领域 
本发明涉及男士、妇女上衣和大衣的胸部、肩部等的保型为目的所使用的衣料用成型衬垫,尤其涉及能高精度且容易加工成适合人的体型的立体形状且该立体形状的保型性也优良的衣料用成型衬垫。 
                            背景技术 
以往,衣料用成型衬垫用由天然纤维和合成纤维等构成的织布、编织布、机织毛毡等原材料形成,为了使其适合人体而缝入缝合摺地进行,使其隆起来展现立体感。而且在衣料用成型衬垫用于男士、妇女的上衣和大衣的胸部、肩部等时以保型为最大目的,因此在纬线方向要求张力、硬度,为此本案申请人开发了作为纬线材料使用兽毛这样的排斥力大的毛芯来使用(例如参照专利文献1)。 
然而缝合摺处理中微妙的裁断偏差和缝制时的缝纫机的线偏差等会导致完成状态大不同,尤其是在纬线材料使用兽毛这样的排斥力大的材料的情况下,难以正确地进行立体缝制,为了获得一定质量的完成状态需花费很大的功夫,生产性差。 
最近,作为不需要立体缝制即可简单制作的成型衬垫,专利文献2提出了这样一种成型衬垫,即,将聚酯热粘结纤维插入纬线插入部内后热压接成型,仅在纬线方向上赋予硬度和成型保型性。 
但是,在此情况下,存在以下各种问题:在纬线方向上不能确保足够的张力、硬度等的问题;为了保型需要使用牢固的线,其结果导致穿着的舒适性下降的问题;因洗涤变型后难以再拥有保型性等。

                            发明内容 
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种衣料用成型衬垫,能高精度且简单地加 工成适合人的体型的立体形状,并在纬线方向上具有足够的张力、硬度,在其立体形状的保型性方面也优良,而且因洗涤变型后也可再拥有保型性。 
为了解决上述问题,本发明的衣料用成型衬垫,其由将纬线和经线平织而成的平面织物或编织物构成、或由将纬线和经线混合而成的平面织毡构成,其特征在于,使用将芯鞘结构的热粘结线(日文:融着糸)与兽毛混合而成的混合线作为所述纬线。 
所述芯鞘结构的热粘结线最好是聚酯树脂构成的芯线的表面由熔点比所述聚酯树脂低的高密度聚乙烯树脂、聚酯树脂构成的鞘线覆盖而成的结构,而且,芯鞘结构的热粘结线与兽毛的混合比率最好在5∶5~2∶8的范围内。 
本发明的衣料用成型衬垫由于将芯鞘结构的热粘结线与兽毛混合而成的混合线作为纬线使用,因此在纬线方向上具有足够的张力、硬度等。而且,当将平面状的布料安放在做成人的体型的精加工台上后,就会成为沿着外部形状的立体形状,在此状态下利用精加工热加压处理,仅使芯鞘结构的热粘结线的鞘线部分熔化而在与经线的交点处粘结,接着进行冷却处理,则在保持立体形状的状态下粘结点固定,能将布料简单地成型加工成适合人的体型的形状。

                      具体实施方式 
以下参照附图对本发明的较佳实施形态进行说明。 
本发明的衣料用成型衬垫,其由将纬线和经线平织而成的平面织物或编织物构成、或由将纬线和经线混合而成的平面织毡构成,其特征在于,使用将芯鞘结构的热粘结线与兽毛混合而成的混合线作为所述纬线。 
图1是表示本发明的混合线1的主要部分的放大主视图,在图1中,2是热粘结线,3是兽毛,该热粘结线2与兽毛3处于缠绕的状态。 
所述热粘结线2是芯鞘结构,树脂制成的芯线2a的表面被熔点比该芯线低的树脂构成的鞘 线2b覆盖而成,具体而言,熔点为200~260℃的聚酯树脂构成的芯线2a的表面由熔点为140~150℃的、熔点比所述聚酯树脂低的高密度聚乙烯树脂或聚酯树脂或它们的混合物构成的鞘线2b覆盖热粘结而成。 
作为这样的热粘结线2例如可以使用江苏盐城市八菱化纤有限公司生产的商品名称为“PE/PET复合热粘结性服芯纤维”的产品。 
芯鞘结构的热粘结线2与兽毛3的混合比率即重量比以5∶5~2∶8的范围为佳。 
这是因为,若热粘结线2不足20%,则有可能无法确保足够的粘结力,使立体形状的保型性降低,另一方面,若大于50%,则兽毛3的混合量减少,纬线方向难以确保足够的张力、硬度等。最好热粘结线2与兽毛3的重量比在4∶6~3∶7的范围内。另外,热粘结线2与兽毛3的混合形态可设定为缠绕、卷绕等任意的形态。作为兽毛3可使用毛号为5~20的马毛、猪毛、鲸鱼的须等已知的材料,但以马毛为佳。 
本发明中,利用如上所述形成的混合线1用于纬线进行平织,构成平面的织物或编织物等。或将纬线与经线混合构成平面的织毡等作为衣料用成型衬垫。作为一个例子,在图2中表示了作为平织而成的平面织物的本发明的成型衬垫。在图2中,4a是经线,4b是纬线。 
作为经线4a也可使用棉线、羊毛线等天然纤维、再生纤维、各种合成纤维中的任意一种,但最好使用50~400旦、柔软且剪切性好的材料。这是因为,若小于50旦,则难以保持作为衬垫的强度,若超过400旦,则难以得到柔软感。 
作为纬线4b选用450~1000旦的材料。若小于450旦,则作为衬垫难以确保足够的张力、硬度,若超过1000旦,则有硬邦邦的感觉,穿衣的舒适感变差。 
作为这样的经线4a,例如可使用河南黄河棉纺织厅生产的商品名称为“黄河”的产品。 
将如此得到的平面织物等裁断成规定形状后,在适合人的体型的立体形的精加工台上,利用精加工熨斗或精加工压力机施加140~150℃的热量进行精加工处理,使平面的织物沿着精加工台的形状成型后,仅使熔点为140~150℃的高密度聚乙烯树脂构成的混合线1的鞘线2b熔化而在与经线的交点处热粘结。在此状态下进行冷却处理(在30℃以下),则所述热粘结部固化,能利用一个工序简单地得到适合人的体型的立体形状的衣料用成型衬垫。而且由于纬线4b中混合有兽毛,因此在纬线方向能确保足够的张力、硬度等。 
如图3所示,将如上所述地成形加工成立体形状的衣料用成型衬垫例如利用缝制或粘贴等方式安装在西装的肩部、胸部、腰部等规定位置上,供作为保型用材料使用。 
在现有的衬垫中,作为防止洗涤引起的收缩(尺寸变化)的方法,一般将由合成树脂构成的防缩剂等含浸在衬垫的布料中,但这样的方法存在每次洗涤衣料都会使合成树脂脱落而 造成张力、硬度下降的缺点,而本发明的成型衬垫,在因洗涤而变形时,只要在精加工台上用精加工熨斗或精加工压力机施加130~180℃的热量进行精加工处理,然后进行冷却处理,就可再现与新品相同的立体形状。 
从以上的说明可见,本发明的衣料用成型衬垫,是将纬线和经线平织而成的平面的织物和编织物、或将纬线和经线混合而成的平面的织毡,使用将芯鞘结构的热粘结线与兽毛混合而成的混合线作为所述纬线,因而能高精度地加工成适合人的体型的立体形,并在纬线方向上具有足够的张力、硬度,在其立体形状的保型性方面也优良。而且具有洗涤变型后可再拥有保型性的优点。 

Claims (5)

1.一种衣料用成型衬垫,其由将纬线和经线平织而成的平面织物或编织物构成、或由将纬线和经线混合而成的平面织毡构成,其特征在于,使用将芯鞘结构的热粘结线与兽毛混合而成的混合线作为所述纬线,所述芯鞘结构的热粘结线与所述兽毛的混合比率在5∶5~2∶8的范围内。
2.如权利要求1所述的衣料用成型衬垫,其特征在于,芯鞘结构的热粘结线是聚酯树脂构成的芯线的表面由熔点比所述聚酯树脂低的高密度聚乙烯树脂、聚酯树脂构成的鞘线覆盖而成的。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的衣料用成型衬垫,其特征在于,兽毛是马毛。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的衣料用成型衬垫,其特征在于,当对芯鞘结构的热粘结线施加热量进行精加工处理后,仅混合线的鞘线熔化而在与经线的交点处热粘结。
5.如权利要求3所述的衣料用成型衬垫,其特征在于,当对芯鞘结构的热粘结线施加热量进行精加工处理后,仅混合线的鞘线熔化而在与经线的交点处热粘结。
