技术领域

背景技术
随着世界人口的增长,工业发展已导致同样巨大的能源消耗。能源通常来自化石燃料(包括煤和石油)、水电站、核源等等。仅作为实例,国际能源机构计划进一步增加石油消耗,而诸如中国和印度的发展中国家占到这种增加中的大部分。我们日常生活的几乎每一方面都部分依赖于石油,石油正在变得日益缺乏。随着时间进一步的推移,石油“廉价”和充足的时代正在结束。因此,已在开发其它和可替代的能源。
在依赖石油的同时,我们还依赖如水电、核能等其它非常有用的能源来为我们提供电力需要。作为实例,我们家庭和商业使用的大部分传统的电力要求来自基于煤或其它形式的化石燃料进行运转的涡轮机、核能生产厂、和水电站、以及其它形式的可再生能源。通常,电力的家庭和商业使用是稳定的和普遍的。
最重要地,地球上所找到的有用能源即使不是全部也是大部分来自太阳。通常,地球上所有普通植物的生命是利用来自阳光的光合作用来获得的。诸如石油的化石燃料也是从源于与太阳相关的能源的生物材料开发出来的。对于包括“太阳崇拜者”的人类来说,阳光一直是必要的。对于地球上的生命来说,太阳作为现代太阳能已成为我们最重要的能源和燃料。
太阳能拥有许多人们非常想要的特性!太阳能可再生、洁净、充裕且通常很普遍。已开发的某些技术通常获取太阳能、将其集中、存储、以及将其转化成其它有用形式的能源。
已经开发了太阳能电池板来将阳光转化成能源。仅作为一个实例,太阳热电池板通常把来自太阳的电磁辐射转化成热能以用于加热住宅、运行某些工业过程、或者驱动高级涡轮机以产生电力。作为另一个实例,太阳光电电池板将阳光直接转化成电力以用于各种应用。太阳能电池板通常由太阳能电池阵列组成,这些太阳能电池彼此相互连接。电池通常被连续地布置成串联电池组和/或并联电池组。因此,太阳能电池板具有巨大的潜力以有益于我们国家、安全、以及人类用户。它们甚至可以使我们的能源需求多样化,并且减少世界对石油以及其它潜在有害能源的依赖。

由上述可以看出,非常需要用于改进太阳能装置的技术。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供了涉及太阳能领域的技术。具体地,本发明提供了一种方法及其所得到的由设置在一个或多个衬底元件中的多个光电区制造的装置。更具体地说,本发明提供了一种方法及其所得到的用于制造衬底元件中的光电区的装置,该装置通过在光电区与相应的集中元件之间使用连接技术而连接至多个集中元件。仅通过实例,本发明已应用于通常被称为模块的太阳能电池板,但是可以认识到本发明具有更宽范围的适用性。

具体实施方式
根据本发明,提供了涉及太阳能的技术。具体地,本发明提供了一种方法及其所得到由设置在一个或多个衬底元件中的多个光电区制造的装置。更具体地说,本发明提供了一种方法及其所得到的用于制造衬底元件中的光电区的装置,该装置连接于多个集中元件。仅通过实例,本发明已应用于通常被称为模块的太阳能电池板,但是可以认识到本发明具有更宽范围的适用性。
根据本发明一个具体实施方式的用于制造太阳能电池结构的方法可以概述如下:
1.提供其上包括至少一个光电带的引线框架件;
2.提供具有第一厚度的光弹性材料;
3.提供其上包括至少一个光集中元件的第二衬底元件;
4.连接光集中元件以使光弹性材料处于光电带的表面区域与光集中元件的第二侧之间;

在一个优选的具体实施方式中,整个光电空间区域占据小于后盖的表面面积的空间区域。即,对于给定太阳能电池尺寸的情况,相比传统太阳能电池,整个光电空间区域使用了较少的硅。在一个优选的具体实施方式中,对于单个的太阳能电池来说,整个光电空间区域占据了后盖的表面面积的大约80%和更少。根据该具体实施方式,光电空间区域也可以占据后盖的表面面积或太阳能电池给定面积的大约70%和更少、或60%和更少、或优选50%和更少。当然,根据其它具体实施方式可以存在没有被明确列举的其它百分比。这里,术语“后盖件”和“前盖件”是为了示例的目的而提供的,并不旨在将权利要求的范围限制成根据一个特定的具体实施方式的相对于空间方向的特定结构。通过整个说明书并且特别是在下文中可以发现太阳能电池中的各元件的进一步细节。更具体地说,通过整个说明书并且特别是在下文中可以发现有关将每个光电区连接至集中元件的某些细节。
图2是根据本发明一个具体实施方式的太阳能电池200的简化俯视图。该图仅是一个实例,其不应当过度地限制本文的权利要求范围。本领域普通技术人员应当认识到可以进行许多变化、更改、和替换。在一个可替换的特定的具体实施方式中,本发明提供了一种太阳能电池装置。该装置具有壳体件,该壳体件是后盖件203。该装置还具有连接至壳体件的引线框架件201。在一个特定的具体实施方式中,引线框架件可以选自铜构件和/或合金42(Alloy 42)构件。当然,可以存在其它变化、更改、和替换。
在一个优选的具体实施方式中,引线框架件具有位于其上的至少一个光电带205,该光电带205具有表面区域和背面区域。在一个特定的具体实施方式中,每个光电带由硅支撑材料制成,该光电带包括其中的光能转换装置。即,根据一个特定的具体实施方式,每个带由单晶硅和/或多晶硅制成,该单晶硅和/或多晶硅具有使得将所施加的太阳光或电磁辐射转换成电流能量的适合的特性。这样的带的实例被称为Sliver产品,其由Origin Energy of Australia制造,但也可以是其它产品。在其它实例中,光电材料的带或区可以由诸如其它半导体材料的其它适合的材料制成,这些材料包括元素周期表中列出的半导体元素、具有光电性质的聚合材料、或这些的任何组合等。在一个特定的具体实施方式中,利用导电环氧膏和/或焊料粘合剂,包括膏和/或其它粘合技术,将光电区设置在引线框架上。当然,可以存在其它变化、更改、和替换。
在一个特定的具体实施方式中,该装置具有位于光电表面的表面区域上的具有第一厚度的光弹性材料。该弹性材料是光弹性材料,该材料开始是液体并经过固化以形成固体材料。该弹性材料具有适合的热和光的特性。即,根据一个特定的具体实施方式,弹性材料的折射率与位于上面的集中元件基本上匹配。在一个特定的具体实施方式中,封装材料适合于引线框架件上的多个光电带的第一热膨胀系数以及与集中元件相关的第二热膨胀系数。在一个特定的具体实施方式中,封装材料有利于多个光子中的一个光子在一个集中元件与多个光电带中的一个光电带之间的传输。封装材料可以用作阻挡材料、电绝缘结构、胶合层、以及其它所需的特性。根据一个特定的具体实施方式,封装材料也可以是带和/或膜。根据特定具体实施方式,可以利用热、紫外线、和/或其它处理来固化封装材料。仅作为一个实例,封装材料是硅凝胶、环氧、聚氨酯基粘合剂、双面的丙烯酸基粘合膜,但可以是其它形式。当然,可以存在其它变化、更改、和替换。在一个特定的具体实施方式中,该装置具有第二衬底元件,该第二衬底元件上包括位于其上的至少一个光集中元件。在下文描述的附图中可以发现集中元件的进一步的细节以及其它特征。
图3是连接至根据本发明一个具体实施方式的太阳能电池的集中元件的光电区300的详细截面视图。该图仅是一个实例,其不应当过度地限制本文的权利要求范围。本领域普通技术人员应当认识到可以进行许多变化、更改、和替换。如所示,图3是图2所示的“截面A-A”的截面图。如所示,该装置具有光集中元件301,该光集中元件301具有第一侧和第二侧。该装置还具有其它元件,包括后盖,光电区、引线框架、以及其它元件。通过整个说明书并且特别是在下文中提供了该装置其它视图的特定细节。

在一个特定的具体实施方式中,该装置具有处于表面区域附近并位于第一厚度的光弹性材料中的第一界面。该装置还具有处于第二侧附近并位于光弹性材料中的第二界面。在一个特定的具体实施方式中,光集中元件301连接至光电带205的表面区域,使得光弹性材料处于光电带的表面区域与光集中元件的第二侧之间。在一个特定的具体实施方式中,该装置具有基本上包括处于光集中元件的第二侧与光电带的表面区域之间的光弹性材料的间隔。该装置具有多个具有预定尺寸的颗粒505(例如,基本上透明的不可压缩的且基本上不变形的颗粒,球状玻璃颗粒),这些颗粒被空间地设置在光电带的表面区域之上并处于第二厚度的光弹性材料中,从而在该表面区域与光集中元件的第二侧之间限定间隔。仅作为一个实例,这些颗粒是玻璃珠,但也可以是其它形式。在一个特定的具体实施方式中,第二厚度与第一厚度相同,虽然在其它具体实施方式中它们可以不同。在一个特定的具体实施方式中,第一界面基本上不存在一个或多个间隙(例如,气隙和/或孔穴),并且第二界面基本上不存在一个或多个间隙以形成从光集中元件的第一侧经过第一界面再经过第二界面到达光电带的基本上连续的光界面。当然,可以存在其它的变化、更改、和替换。

Claims (32)
1.一种用于制造与太阳能电池板脱开并独立于太阳能电池板的太阳能电池的方法,所述方法包括:
提供引线框架件,所述引线框架件包括位于其上的至少一个光电带,所述光电带具有表面区域和背面区域,所述背面区域设置在所述引线框架件上;
提供具有第一厚度的光弹性材料;
提供第二衬底元件,所述第二衬底元件包括位于其上的至少一个光集中元件,所述光集中元件包括第一侧和第二侧;
连接所述光集中元件,以使所述光弹性材料处于所述光电带的所述表面区域与所述光集中元件的所述第二侧之间,从而形成处于所述表面区域附近并位于一定厚度的所述光弹性材料中的第一界面以及处于所述第二侧附近并位于所述光弹性材料中的第二界面;
利用具有预定尺寸的多个颗粒在所述光集中元件的所述第二侧与所述光电带的所述表面区域之间保持间隔,所述多个颗粒被空间地设置在所述光电带的所述表面区域上并处于第二厚度的所述光弹性材料中;
固化所述表面区域与所述第二侧之间的所述光弹性材料;以及
提供不存在一个或多个间隙的所述第一界面以及不存在一个或多个间隙的所述第二界面,以形成从所述光集中元件的所述第一侧经过所述第一界面再经过所述第二界面到达所述光电带的连续的光界面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述光弹性材料是液体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述固化包括紫外线固化。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述固化包括热处理。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述光弹性材料包括膜式材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述光弹性材料包括带式材料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,利用焊料材料将所述光电带结合至所述第二衬底元件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,利用焊料膏材料将所述光电带结合至所述第二衬底元件。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述光集中元件包括位于所述第一侧与所述第二侧之间的一定厚度的材料。
10.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述光电带是多个光电带中的一个。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,每个所述光电带包含硅支撑材料。
12.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第二衬底元件包含铜材料或合金42材料。
13.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一界面不存在位于所述一个或多个间隙中的气泡。
14.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述多个颗粒包括多个球状玻璃珠。
15.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述多个颗粒嵌入在所述光弹性材料中。
16.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括在所述引线框架件上提供背面壳体。
17.一种太阳能电池装置,包括:
壳体件;
引线框架件,所述引线框架件连接至所述壳体件,所述引线框架件包括位于其上的至少一个光电带,所述光电带具有表面区域和背面区域,所述背面区域设置在所述引线框架件上;
光弹性材料,所述光弹性材料具有第一厚度并位于所述光电表面的所述表面区域之上;
第二衬底元件,所述第二衬底元件包括位于其上的至少一个光集中元件,所述光集中元件包括第一侧和第二侧;
第一界面和第二界面,所述第一界面位于所述表面区域附近并处于所述第一厚度的所述光弹性材料中,所述第二界面位于所述第二侧附近并处于所述光弹性材料中,所述光集中元件连接所述光电带的所述表面区域以使所述光弹性材料处于所述光电带的所述表面区域与所述光集中元件的所述第二侧之间;
间隔,所述间隔包括位于所述光集中元件的所述第二侧与所述光电带的所述表面区域之间的所述光弹性材料;
多个颗粒,所述多个颗粒具有预定尺寸并被空间地设置在所述光电带的所述表面区域之上,且处于第二厚度的所述光弹性材料中,从而在所述表面区域与所述光集中元件的所述第二侧之间限定所述间隔;
因此,所述第一界面不存在一个或多个间隙,并且所述第二界面不存在一个或多个间隙,以形成从所述光集中元件的所述第一侧经过所述第一界面再经过所述第二界面到达所述光电带的连续的光界面。
18.根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述光弹性材料是液体。
19.根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述固化包括紫外线固化。
20.根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述固化包括热处理。
21.根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述光弹性材料包括膜式材料。
22.根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述光弹性材料包括带式材料。
23.根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,利用焊料材料将所述光电带结合至所述第二衬底元件。
24.根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,利用焊料膏材料将所述光电带结合至所述第二衬底元件。
25.根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述光集中元件包括位于所述第一侧与所述第二侧之间的一定厚度的材料。
26.根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述光电带是多个光电带中的一个。
27.根据权利要求26所述的装置,其中,每个所述光电带包含硅支撑材料。
28.根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述第二衬底元件包含铜材料或合金42材料。
29.根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述第一界面不存在位于所述一个或多个间隙中的气泡。
30.根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述多个颗粒包括多个球状玻璃珠。
31.根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述多个颗粒嵌入在所述光弹性材料中。
32.根据权利要求17所述的装置,进一步包括在所述引线框架件上提供背面壳体。
