背景技术
供电网络中理想的电压和电流是一种正弦波形信号,但实际的电压和电流信号往往受各种因素制约无法完全理想地呈现正弦波型。电力系统负荷稳态谐波模型可以表示如下:

式(1)中Ih和θhi为负荷吸收的第h次谐波电流向量的幅值和相角;V1∠θ1u,V2∠θ2u,…,VN∠θNu为供电电压中的基波和各次谐波的电压向量;C为负荷的特征参数集合向量,不同的负荷包含不同的特征参数,一般电力电子设备负荷的特征参数是其电路结构参数,含有电弧和铁磁非线性设备的谐波负荷的特征参数为表征其伏安特性的各参数;h从1到N,代表从基波到N次谐波。
式(1)表述的谐波稳态模型只提供了模型的形式,至于输入输出之间的函数关系Fh(h=1,2,…,N)需要对应具体负荷具体求取。实质上,这是一种“黑箱”模型,一般与函数拟合的方法配合使用建立模型。“黑箱”模型通常是指对内部结构和行为不清楚的系统,依据可控因素的输入所引起的可观测因素变化的各种实验数据来确定系统运行规律,从而建立的系统模型。
程浩忠和占勇等人2005年8月发表在《中国电机工程学报》第25卷第16期上的论文《基于广义生长-剪枝径向基函数神经网络的谐波源建模》公开了一种运用广义生长-剪枝径向基函数神经网络建立式(1)所述模型的方法,并通过对脉宽调制电压源逆变可调速传动系统的谐波源建模研究,证明了式(1)所述模型的实用性。
广义生长-剪枝径向基函数神经网络是神经网络的一种。简单的说,人工神经网络可以在不清楚非线性系统内部结构的前提下,通过对实际系统一系列已经测得的输入输出数据对的训练,充分地逼近实际系统输入输出的非线性关系。总之,神经网络是一种非线性系统黑箱建模的有效手段。广义生长-剪枝径向基函数神经网络的建模手段是一种改进的神经网络,该方法在生长和剪枝策略中引入神经元“权”的概念。在训练中,发现某个神经元的“权”比学习精度小,这个神经元将被去掉,且只需要检查与最新输入数据距离最近的神经元的“权”。如果新的输入数据并不需要增加新的神经元,那么只有距离最近的那个神经元的参数被调整。这样,计算量将减少,学习的速度也提高了。也就是说,广义生长-剪枝径向基函数神经网络具有根据实际待拟合系统自适应地改变自身结构和连接方式的能力。
如果在建模过程中所要拟合的非线性函数复杂度越高,一般所需计算量越大。广义生长-剪枝径向基函数神经网络是一种可以随建模系统复杂程度自动改变自身结构的人工神经网络,如果待拟合系统复杂程度较高,最后在给定模型精度要求下训练成熟的神经网络就比较庞大,这样会导致神经网络的训练时间较长,还会导致利用训练成熟的神经网络模型进行仿真的计算量较大。另外,如果使用不能调节自身结构的神经网络建立式(1)所指模型,在同样的初始神经网络、同样的训练数据和同样的训练计算量的条件下,结果是较复杂的待拟合系统模型的训练精度会较低。总之,建模过程的复杂程度和待拟合的非线性系统的复杂度相关,非线性系统越复杂,建模过程的复杂程度越高。
建模过程的效率可以定义为一定的计算量所能达到的模型精度。也就是说,建立相同精度的模型,建模过程中计算量越小则建模效率越高;同样也可以说,消耗相同的计算量,所建模型精度越高则建模效率越高。
式(1)所表述的稳态谐波特性“黑箱”模型的建模过程如图1所示。图中,模型输入和输出数据框标识了模型的输入输出变量。这种建模过程中使用基波和各次谐波电压向量的幅值和相角作为模型输入变量,同时使用负荷吸收基波和各次谐波电流向量的幅值和相角作为模型的输出向量。
图1中标出了现有“黑箱”建模和仿真过程数据形式及其流向。所谓模型仿真是利用建立的模型对现实中系统进行模拟的过程。标有“输入/输出端模型训练”的箭头代表“黑箱”建模过程的数据流向,“黑箱”建模过程实际上是通过分析和逼近未知系统输入/输出实际数据的关系得到对实际系统的模型描述,所以其流向都是从输入/输出数据变量指向待建模型。标有“输入/输出端模型仿真”的箭头代表利用已经建立的模型进行仿真的数据流向,通过把输入数据代入所建模型可以计算出模型的输出数据。
式(1)所表示的模型是频域稳态谐波特性模型的一般形式,其输入输出变量实质上都是复数。因此,所要拟合的非线性函数也是一种复变函数。而SVC(静止无功补偿器)、TCSC(可控串补)、PMW-VSC(电压源型脉宽调制变流器)、STATCOM(静止同步补偿器)、和UPFC(统一潮流控制器)等典型非线性电力电子设备稳态频域模型中经常涉及的运算是复数加减法(更多的是累加)。为了简化讨论,可以列举一个最简单的4输入、2输出复数加减法系统作为分析示例,具体形式如下:

假设式(2)在工程上上式可以代表某一实际系统,此系统的输出变量为O和θo,输入变量是I1、θi1、I2和θi2。根据复数加法公式,可得:

可见:即使是最简单的复数加减法,采用式(1)所述模型时,“黑箱”模型内部需要拟合式(3)和式(4)两个非线性函数,其中涉及正弦、余弦、平方、开方和反正切这些复杂度很高的函数。
综上所述,如果直接使用式(1)表示的模型,在建立电力负荷谐波稳态“黑箱”模型时,由于需要拟合更多复数加减法,模型需要负担拟合更多的复杂非线性函数,最终会造成模型复杂程度较大,建模过程效率较低的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种电力系统负荷谐波稳态模型的建立方法,可以提高电力负荷谐波稳态模型建模效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明电力系统负荷谐波稳态模型的建立方法,建立如下式所表示的电力系统负荷谐波稳态黑箱模型:

为解决上述技术问题,本发明电力系统负荷谐波稳态模型的建立方法提供的另一种技术方案为,建立如式(1)所表示的电力系统负荷谐波稳态黑箱模型,包括预处理输出数据的步骤,将所述负荷吸收的第h次谐波电流向量Ih∠θhi(h=1,2,…N)转化为复数直角坐标Ih·cosθhi和Ih·sinθhi(h=1,2,…,N),以[I1cosθ1i,I2cosθ2i,...,INcosθNi]作为训练及建立模型的输出数据。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明电力系统负荷谐波稳态模型的建立方法还提供了一种技术方案,即,建立如式(1)所表示的电力系统负荷谐波稳态黑箱模型,包括预处理输入数据的步骤,将所述供电电压中的基波和各次谐波的电压向量V1∠θ1u,V2∠θ2u,…,VN∠θNu转化为复数直角坐标Vh·cosθhu,Vh·sinθhu(h=1,2,…,N),并以[V1·cosθ1u,V1·sinθ1u,V2·cosθ2u,V2·sinθ2u,…,VN·cosθNu,VN·sinθNu,C]作为训练及建立模型的输入数据;还包括预处理输出数据的步骤,将所述负荷吸收的第h次谐波电流向量Ih∠θhi(h=1,2,…N)转化为复数直角坐标Ih·cosθhi,Ih·sinθhi(h=1,2,…,N),以[I1cosθ1i,I2cosθ2i,...,INcosθNi]作为训练及建立模型的输出数据。
本发明在电力系统负荷谐波稳态黑箱模型建立和训练过程中,将以幅值和相角形式表示的输入数据或输出数据转化为复数直角坐标形式作为训练及建立模型的输入数据或输出数据,可减小模型复杂程度,提高建模过程效率。
本发明所要解决的另一问题是为上述建模方法提供一种配套的电力系统负荷谐波稳态模型的仿真方法,使按上述方法新产生的黑箱模型的输入输出形式兼容原有模型的输出输入接口。
为解决上述问题,本发明电力系统负荷谐波稳态模型的仿真方法,对如下式所表示的电力系统负荷谐波稳态黑箱模型进行仿真:

本发明电力系统负荷谐波稳态模型的仿真方法,在仿真过程中采用与建模过程相配套的步骤,使新产生的黑箱模型的输出数据兼容原有模型的输出和输入接口。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
本发明针对现有模型的缺点,在建立模型时增加输入数据和输出数据的预处理环节,下面分述之。
其一,输入数据的预处理。
对于式(1)中的输入变量,即[V1,V2,…,VN;θ1u,θ2u,…,θNu,C],不直接使用它们作为输入训练及建立“黑箱”模型,而是在此之前加入一个输入数据预处理的步骤,将以幅值和相角形式表示的输入数据中Vh,θhu(h=1,2,…,N)转化为复数的直角坐标表示形式,即:Vh·cosθhu,Vh·sinθhu(h=1,2,…,N),转化按下式进行:
Vh∠θhu=Vh·cosθhu+j·Vh·sinθhu(h=1,2,…,N)。
获得Vh·cosθhu和Vh·sinθhu(h=1,2,…,N)后,最终形成的输入变量形式为[V1·cosθ1u,V1·sinθ1u,V2·cosθ2u,V2·sinθ2u,…,VN·cosθNu,VN·sinθNu,C],用这组新的输入向量作为“黑箱”模型的输入进行训练。使用这种新的输入向量,可以减少“黑箱”模型建模过程中正弦函数和余弦函数的拟合负担。
其二,输出数据的预处理。
对于式(1)中的输出变量,I1∠θ1i,I2∠θ2i,…,IN∠θNi,即[I1,I2,…IN;θ1i,θ2i,…,θNi],不直接使用它们作为输出训练及建立“黑箱”模型,在此之前加入一个输出数据预处理的步骤,把原输入数据中Ih,θhi(h=1,2,…,N)表示方法转化为复数在直角坐标系下的表示方法,即:Ih·cosθhi和Ih·sinθhi(h=1,2,…,N),转化按下式进行:
Ih∠θhi=Ihcosθhi+jIhsinθhi h=1,2,…,N。
取上式等式右边的实部和虚部作为输出变量,首先定义符号:ReIh和ImIh为:ReIh=Ihcosθhi,ImIh=Ihsinθhi h=1,2,…,N,最终形成新的输出向量形式:[ReI1,ReI2,…,ReIN;ImI1,ImI2,…,ImIN]。用这组新的输出向量作为“黑箱”模型的输出进行训练。使用这种新的输出向量,可以减少“黑箱”模型建模过程中的平方、开方和反正切函数的拟合负担。
上述对输入数据的预处理和对输出数据的预处理既可以分开使用,也可以同时使用,由此形成三种不同的技术方案,即:方案一,对输入数据进行预处理,而不对输出数据进行预处理;方案二,对输出数据进行预处理,而不对输入数据进行预处理;方案三,对输入数据进行预处理,同时也对输出数据进行预处理。上述三种方案基于同一构思,为简明起见,下面仅以技术方案三为例描述按本发明所提供的方法进行模型训练和仿真的过程。
使用本发明提供的方法建立电力系统负荷谐波稳态模型时,模型训练数据流和模型仿真数据流可分别用图2和图3表示。图2在图1所示现有技术中的模型的基础上结合本发明所提供的方法把现有技术中的“原有模型”内部分为“输入数据的预处理”、“新产生的黑箱模型”、“输出数据的预处理”三部分;图3在图1所示现有技术中的模型的基础上结合本发明把现有技术中的模型内部分为“输入数据的预处理”、“新产生的黑箱模型”、 以及“仿真时数据的反变换”三部分。
其中“新产生的黑箱模型”像原模型一样也是一个“黑箱”模型,需要结合某种“黑箱”建模手段才能完成建模过程,如按照前述《基于广义生长-剪枝径向基函数神经网络的谐波源建模》一文中描述的广义生长-剪枝径向基函数神经网络手段。而“新产生的黑箱模型”的输入数据和输出数据就是按照本发明所提供的方法预处理后的输入数据和输出数据,即,输入数据为:[V1·cosθ1u,V1·sinθ1u,V2·cosθ2u,V2·sinθ2u,…VN·cosθNu,VN·sinθNu,C],输出数据为[ReI1,ReI2,…,ReIN;ImI1,ImI2,…,ImIN]。
输入数据的预处理和输出数据的预处理在训练黑箱模型时需要用到。图2和图3中出现一个“新产生的黑箱模型”,是由于输入、输出变量的预处理过程使“原有模型”的输入、输出变量发生改变,在新的输入、输出变量的条件下自然地产生出另一个有别于“原有模型”的新模型。本发明的根本目的就是使这个“新产生的黑箱模型”所需拟合的非线性关系比“原有模型”简单,因此可以通过间接地训练、仿真“新产生的黑箱模型”,代替直接操作“原有模型”,从而达到提高建模过程效率的结果。
仿真过程要与建模过程相对应,如果在训练时同时包括“输入数据的预处理”和“输出数据的预处理”步骤,则在仿真时必须同时包括“输入数据的预处理”和“仿真时的反变换”步骤;如果在训练时只包括“输入数据的预处理”步骤,则在仿真时必须只包括“输入数据的预处理”步骤;如果在训练时只包括“输出数据的预处理”步骤,则在仿真时必须只包括“仿真时的反变换”步骤。只有符合以上三点,才能在输入输出接口上保持和原有模型相同。
图3中“输入数据的预处理”和“仿真时反变换”这两部分,是运用已经建立的“新产生的黑箱模型”进行仿真时所需的数据处理步骤。其中“输入数据的预处理”部分数据处理方式和模型训练时相同,因此图中使用同一名称的模块表示。而“仿真时反变换”这部分,是输出数据预处理步骤的反变换。即把[ReI1,ReI2,…,ReIN;ImI1,ImI2,…,ImIN]变换为[I1,I2,…IN;θ1i,θ2i,…,θNi]的过程,具体处理过程如下:

经上述处理后,可以在模型仿真时由“新产生的黑箱模型”的输出数据[ReI1,ReI2,…,ReIN;ImI1,ImI2,…,ImIN]得到“原有模型”的输出数据[I1,I2,…IN;θ1i,θ2i,…,θNi]。“仿真时反变换”是进行模型仿真时需要的数据处理步骤,图3表示了模型仿真时数据流的流向。
综上所述,本发明的实现可用图4表示的模型训练流程图和图5表示的模型仿真流程图表示。
本发明所提供的建模方法可以提高电力负荷谐波稳态模型建模过程的效率。
现有技术中电力负荷谐波稳态模型建模过程即使在最简单的4输入、2输出情况下,模型内部的复数加减法系统也要拟合正弦、余弦、平方、开方和反正切这些复杂度很高的函数,导致建模时效率比较低下。
对于同一简单示例,如果通过使用本发明所提供的新的建模方法,在建模过程中进行输入数据和输出数据的预处理过程,则输入数据由幅值相角形式变换为[I1cosθi1,I1sinθi1,I1cosθi2,I2sinθi2],输出数据变换为[Ocosθo,Osinθo]。这时建立下式所示的模型:O∠θo=I1∠θi1±I2∠θi2。
根据复数加法公式,可得:

可见,经过输入输出数据预处理,“新产生的黑箱模型”输入输出变量之间需要拟合的关系只是单纯的加法和减法。比原有建模方法需要拟合正弦、余弦、平方、开方和反正切等运算函数要简单的多,所以新的建模方法的建模效率较高。
以上只是讨论最简单的复数加减法模型的建立过程,已可发现本发明所提供的方法可有效提高建模效率。如果考虑典型非线性电力电子设备稳态频域模型中大量的复数加减法(更多的是以累加的形式出现),则使用本发明所提供的方法可以较大地提高建模的效率。建模效率的提高具体表现为可以减少模型训练所需的计算量,或者可以在相同训练计算量的前提下提高模型的精度。
下面以图6所示的三相桥式六脉冲全控晶闸管整流电路为例来对本发明的建模效率进行说明,输入数据和输出数据来源于用Simulink对图6所示电路的仿真。整流电路是一种典型的非线性元件电路,是电力电子器件在实际电网中最普遍的应用之一。图6所示整流电路的作用是通过对6个晶闸管导通角和导通次序的控制,把三相交流电变换为单相直流电,或进行反向的变换。
图6中,整流器导通角固定在30度。由于仿真电路是三相对称的,本实施例只取整流器A相电流和A相电压的实时值ia(t)和ua(t)进行分析。具体的分析过程是,不断对前一周期(20ms)时间内的信号使用傅立叶变换,分析其1-30次谐波(包括基波)的幅值和相角。为尽量使所有暂态过程衰减,仿真时间设置为0-1秒(50个周期)。
通过对结果的分析,每次仿真所得第1-30次谐波分量(包括基波)的傅立叶分析结果表现为两种类型。第一种,经过一段时间,暂态分量消失后,电压和电流幅值保持平稳,或有微量波动,如图6所示,可以认为,此次谐波分量已经到达稳态。第二种,谐波分量的幅值很小,相角不断随机波动,如图7所示,可以认为,此次谐波稳态分量为零。
通过对100次仿真结果的分析综合,在1-30次谐波(包括基波)范围内,此电路包括1、3、5、7、11、13、17、19、23、25、29,共11次谐波稳态分量(包括基波)。因此,确定此电路根据式(1)的“黑箱”模型的输入为:[V1,V3,V5,V7,…,V29;θ1u,θ3u,θ5u,θ7u,…,θ29u],共22个变量;输出为:[I1,I3,I5,I7,…,I29;θ1i,θ3i,θ5i,θ7i,…,θ29i],共22个变量。
图6中的基波及3、5、7次谐波发生器,可以产生基波线电压110kV,3次谐波电压占基波的3~30%,5次谐波电压占基波的2~20%,7次谐波电压占基波的1~10%。其中3、5、7次谐波含量的范围是由随机变量实现的,每次仿真时其含量总是在其范围内随机产生。图6所示电路总共仿真了100次,保证可以采集100组不同的电流ia(t)和电压ua(t)波形。通过它们进行傅里叶分析,可以得到100组不同的输入[V1,V3,V5,V7,…,V29;θ1u,θ3u,θ5u,θ7u,…,θ29u]和与之对应的输出[I1,I3,I5,I7,…,I29;θ1i,θ3i,θ5i,θ7i,…,θ29i]。这100组输入数据和输出数据就是图6中三相桥式6脉冲全控晶闸管整流电路稳态谐波特性“黑箱”模型的训练数据,输入数据和输出数据的基波和各次谐波幅值和相角数值见附表一和附表二。
用上述100组输入输出数据,可以训练一个传统的稳态谐波特性模型,也就是图1中的“现有模型”。根据本发明所提供的方法对原始输入数据和输出数据分别进行预处理,可以得到100组新的输入数据[V1·cosθ1u,V1·sinθ1u,V3·cosθ3u,V3·sinθ3u,…V29·cosθ29u,V29·sinθ29u]和100组输出数据[I1·cosθ1i,I1·sinθ1i,I3·cosθ3i,I3·sinθ3i,…I29·cosθ29i,V29·sinθ29i],用这些数据可以训练一个经简化的稳态谐波特性模型,也就是图2中的“新产生的黑箱模型”。
最后,分别使用现有技术和本发明所提供的方法训练同一初始状态和相同结构的神经网络模型,训练使用同一种训练函数,即带动量因子的负梯度法;这两个神经网络都被训练3000个周期,所有100组输入输出数据顺序地参与训练1遍称为1个周期。在此之后,观察现有技术和本发明所提供的方法对训练数据的均方差误差(MeanSquared Error),较大的误差反应了网络训练难度较大,也就是网络的复杂度较大,建模效率较低。
这些神经网络都是22个输入节点、45个隐层节点和22个输出节点的三层反向传播网络。而且,这种训练总共进行了100次,每次神经网络的初始状态都随机产生,通过对100次结果的对比分析,可以得到比较可靠的判断。
仿真采用软件Matlab进行。图9表示以现有技术和通过本发明所提供的方法对神经网络的训练流程。图9中所得MSE(i)1、MSE(i)2是分别基于现有建模方法和本发明建模方法对相同结构、相同初始条件的神经网络使用带动量因子的负梯度法各训练3000周期后,得到的两个神经网络的均方误差。R(i)是一个比率,可以代表新的建模方法所得网络的均方差比现有建模方法的均方差减少的百分比。最终得到100组MSE(i)1、MSE(i)2和R(i),其值请详见附表二。从附表二中可以看出,R(i)的最小值为6.0102%,最大值为47.411%,平均值为30.221%。这说明本实施例中100个随机初值的神经网络建模过程中,使用本发明提出的建模方法比现有建模方法在同样多的训练周期内得到均方根误差均有减少,至少减少6.0102%,平均可以减少30.221%。
附表三是基于现有建模方法和按本发明中只对输入数据进行预处理的建模方法对相同结构、相同初始条件的神经网络使用带动量因子的负梯度法各训练3000周期后,得到的两个神经网络的均方误差表。从表中可以看出,使用本发明提出的建模方法比现有建模方法在同样多的训练周期内得到均方根误差均有减少,平均可以减少4.2689%。
附表四是基于现有建模方法和按本发明中只对输出数据进行预处理的建模方法对相同结构、相同初始条件的神经网络使用带动量因子的负梯度法各训练3000周期后,得到的两个神经网络的均方误差表。从表中可以看出,使用本发明提出的建模方法比现有建模方法在同样多的训练周期内得到均方根误差均有减少,平均可以减少91.649%。
这些数据说明本发明提出的建模方法可以较大程度地提高电力负荷谐波稳态特性模型的建模效率。
