背景技术
设置有周边槽口的中空螺栓可以是环头螺栓或者具有环形槽口的螺栓,其是用于锁扣在设置有合适孔的任何塑料部件时所使用的那种。
包括纵向孔的螺栓,即所谓中空螺栓通常用于需要随后调节被该螺栓保持的部件的螺栓连接中,为此目的,以例如使用被中空螺栓中的纵向孔所引导的螺丝刀来对连接进行一些调节。如果周边槽口(即,具体而言,螺纹)是辊压到中空螺栓上的,则这种设置有周边槽口的中空螺栓的制造较为困难。在这种情况下,由于所产生的显著压力,中空螺栓易于径向变形,这是因为其内部由于纵向孔而缺少承载该显著压力的必要材料。为此,具有辊压螺纹的中空螺栓以如下方式制造,首先,将螺纹辊压到实体坯料上,然后,通过钻孔来使螺栓设置有纵向孔,这个附加操作使得这种中空螺栓的制造更为昂贵。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的,是制造包括纵向孔的中空螺栓,其中在不会使设置有纵向孔的坯料具有变形的风险的情况下通过辊压将周边槽口施加到坯料。本发明的目的可以根据下述实现,中空螺栓设置有在界定螺栓直径的凸缘之间延伸的纵向槽,其中周边槽口被辊压到设置有纵向槽和凸缘的中空螺栓上,纵向槽的横截面使得在辊压槽口期间移位的一些材料流入纵向槽中。
沿着中空螺栓(其初始无槽口)延伸的纵向槽在槽口的辊压期间在中空螺栓的变形材料上产生压力,使得所述材料能够挤入由纵向槽形成的空间中,这因此减小了由辊压工具施加并作用在中空螺栓的材料上的压力。此压力减小相当有利,使得尽管中空螺栓存在纵向孔,但是其在此操作期间不变形,在辊压槽口期间被挤压的材料移位到纵向槽的区域中,这实质上导致了螺纹或环中不受到纵向槽的任何延伸的中断。关于这一点,在螺纹中的小间隙通常是所期望的,尤其是如果螺纹是自攻型的,这是因为所辊压的螺纹中的间隙产生有助于攻出阴螺纹的边缘。然后,阴螺纹的材料也可以流入所述间隙中,这额外地增大了这种螺纹的松开转矩。
根据US-PS 2,562,516有效地知道将螺纹辊压到螺栓上的方法,在辊压出螺纹之前,螺栓已经在其上辊压了大螺距的螺旋槽。其使得随后辊压出的螺纹在多个位置点处中断的螺旋槽意在螺纹中产生切齿,其有助于由螺栓攻出阴螺纹。螺栓自身在形状上是实体的,即,不具有纵向孔。因此,该专利说明书不包含将包括纵向孔的中空螺纹的特定情况考虑在内的公开内容。
本发明还涉及中空螺栓,其设置有在界定螺栓直径的凸缘之间延伸的纵向槽,其中周边槽口被辊压到设置有纵向槽和凸缘的中空螺栓上,纵向槽的横截面使得在辊压槽口期间移位的一些材料流入纵向槽中。
槽口可以主要是螺纹。但是,可选地,槽口也可以是环的形式,这也是已知的应用。
对于纵向槽的设计存在各种可能性。纵向槽可以平行于中空螺栓的轴线延伸。但是,可选地,纵向槽也可以相对于中空螺栓的轴线成倾斜角来延伸。在任何情况下,无论槽口是形成为螺纹还是环,纵向槽都与辊压出的槽口交叉。

具体实施方式
图1示出了具有杆部2和头部3的中空螺栓1。杆部2设置有在凸缘5之间延伸的纵向槽4。
凸缘以其外表面界定了螺栓杆部2的直径。中空螺栓1在其整个长度上被纵向孔6穿透,纵向孔6被相应的环壁7围绕。
纵向槽4能够以任何期望的方式(例如,通过辊压或压制)施加于杆部2。在将在一下更完整描述的进一步制造方法的过程中,如结合图3和4所示,接着使这样制造的中空杆设置有槽口。
图2示出了中空螺栓8的相似设计,其与图1中的中空螺栓1的不同之处在于,纵向槽9平行于中空螺栓8的杆部10轴向延伸。
根据图1和2的中空螺栓形成了用于根据本发明的中空螺栓(其在图3和4中示出最终形式)的进一步制造方法的坯料。
通过将螺纹辊压到图1中的中空螺栓1上来制造图3中示出的中空螺栓1,为此将螺纹辊压到图1的中空螺纹1上,所述螺纹形成圈11。当所述圈被辊压时,由中空螺栓1的材料形成各个圈11,所述圈11绕中空螺栓1的杆部2卷绕并具有小间隙12,间隙12是由纵向槽4引起的,由于材料的流动,纵向槽4收缩以形成宽度减小的间隙12,这是由于在以圈11辊压螺纹期间,螺栓材料流入纵向槽4,从而留下了间隙12,其与纵向槽4相比在宽度上更小。纵向槽越宽,间隙越大。在特别窄的纵向槽的情况下,间隙收缩到它们实质上完全闭合的状态。所述进行的材料的流动使辊压工具作用在中空螺栓1上的压力的产生前述减小,因此,在孔6沿着表面7的环形周边不存在变形。
设置有辊压槽口的、图4中的中空螺栓8,最初是设置有轴向平行的纵向槽9的、如图2所示的中空螺栓。在辊压如图4所示的环形槽口期间,所述纵向槽导致了由间隙14(类似于图3中的间隙12)中断的环形凸缘13。对于间隙13的产生及其作用,可以参考以上结合图3进行的解释。
应该指出的是,在螺栓1是根据图1的设计的情况下,即,在中空螺栓设置有倾斜延伸的槽口4的情况下,环形凸缘13当然也是可能的。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于制造包括纵向孔的中空螺栓的方法,其中所述纵向孔由相应的环壁围绕,所述中空螺栓设置有周边槽口,所述方法的特征在于,对所述中空螺栓设置纵向槽,所述纵向槽在界定所述螺栓的直径的凸缘之间延伸,其中,将所述周边槽口辊压到设置有所述纵向槽和所述凸缘的所述中空螺栓上,所述纵向槽的横截面使得在不使所述纵向孔变形的情况下在辊压所述槽口期间移位的一部分材料流入所述纵向槽中。
2.一种中空螺栓,其通过权利要求1所述的方法来制造,其特征在于,所述中空螺栓设置有纵向槽,所述纵向槽在界定所述螺栓的直径的凸缘之间延伸,其中,周边槽口被辊压到设置有所述纵向槽和所述凸缘的所述中空螺栓上,所述纵向槽的横截面使得在不使所述纵向孔变形的情况下在辊压出所述槽口期间移位的一部分材料流入所述纵向槽中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的中空螺栓,其特征在于所述槽口形成螺纹。
4.根据权利要求2所述的中空螺栓,其特征在于所述槽口形成环。
5.根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的中空螺栓,其特征在于所述纵向槽平行于所述中空螺栓的轴线延伸。
6.根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的中空螺栓,其特征在于所述纵向槽以与所述中空螺栓的轴线成倾斜角延伸。
