Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及机动车头枕,且特别涉及敞蓬机动车头枕。
背景技术
已知,例如GB-A 2,325,620提供了一种机动车头枕,其在头枕可在位于邻近机动车车顶板处的升高或收纳位置和头枕位于在车辆乘客乘座其上的座椅的靠背的上方的降低位置之间移动。头枕通过机动车乘员释放用于将头枕保持在其两个位置的锁紧机构从其升高或降低位置物理移动。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种具有可收纳的前、后车顶及在任一车顶完全移动到其收纳位置之前自动地收纳的一个或多个头枕的机动车。
根据本发明,提供了一种机动车,该机动车具有可在升高和降低位置之间移动的前、后可收纳车顶板,至少一个具有靠背的座椅总成,自动可收纳头枕由后车顶板可旋转地支承,以在头枕位于邻近后车顶板内表面的收纳位置和头枕位于座椅总成的靠背上方的使用位置之间移动,偏置设备将头枕偏置到收纳位置,锁紧机构将头枕选择性地保持在降低位置,其中降低前、后车顶板中的一个的过程释放锁紧机构,使头枕移动到其收纳位置。
机动车可以具有前、后排座椅,后车顶板在降低位置时可以收纳在前、后排座椅之间。
机动车可以具有前、后排座椅,具有头枕的后排座椅中的各座椅可以具有可自动收纳的头枕。
锁紧机构可以由连接到用于升高和降低前车顶板的机构的一部分的联动装置释放。
可选择地,锁紧机构可以由连接到用于升高和降低后车顶板的机构的一部分的联动装置释放。
另一可选择方案是,锁紧机构可以由连接到用于在前、后车顶板都在其各自的升高位置时保持合拢的闭锁机构的一部分的联动装置释放。
联动装置可以是缆线联接、杆联接、链条联接和流体连接器之一。
再一可选择方案是,锁紧机构可以是电动机械锁紧机构,可以连接于用于控制前、后车顶板中的至少一个的升高和降低的电子控制器,电子控制器可以用来释放锁紧机构,以允许头枕在收到表示前、后车顶板中的至少一个在其移动到其降低位置的过程中的信号时,移动到其收纳位置。

具体实施方式
具体参照图1至3,其表示出具有前、后可收纳的车顶板6和7的机动车5,各车顶板6和7可在图1所示的升高位置和图2所示的降低或收纳位置之间移动。
前车顶板6可通过具有若干连接臂的臂状装置或连杆机构(图中未示出)移动,其中一个连接臂由电动马达(图中未示出)或其它动力源驱动,以将前车顶板6从其升高位置移动到其收纳位置,反之亦然。
类似的多臂连杆机构或链传动机构用来将后车顶板7从其升高位置移动到其收纳位置。所示的例子表示出机动车具有2排座椅,其中前排座椅有2个座椅9并排设置,后排座椅有两个座椅总成10并排设置。参照图2可见,后车顶板7在其收纳位置时位于前排座椅9和后排座椅总成10之间,正好位于前排座椅9之后。前车顶板6实质上水平于前排座椅9的后部设置,所以其覆盖住后排座椅总成10。因此,当两个车顶板6、7处于其升高位置时,其定义出四座掀背车;当两个车顶板6、7处于其收纳位置时,其定义出两座敞顶车。
在图1和2中仅示出一个的各座椅总成10包含座垫12和靠背11,它们枢接在一起,所以如图2所示靠背11能向前折叠并平放在座垫12上。
靠背11具有上边缘,自动可收纳的头枕13位于其上方,其由两个杆17支承,各杆17均连接到横向支承杆21,以在头枕13的衬垫部分位于邻近后车顶板7的内表面或靠在后车顶板7的内表面的升高或收纳位置和头枕13位于靠背11的上边缘的上方的降低或使用位置之间移动。
支承杆21由固定于后车顶板7的各自的支架总成(图中未示出)可转动地支承在支承杆21的两端。锁紧机构20连装在支架中的一个上,以抵抗弹簧(图中未示出)的作用将头枕13保持在其各自的降低位置。锁紧机构包含具有指形销(finger)的可枢转臂(pivotable arm),当支承杆21位于使头枕13在其各自的降低位置时,该指形销与支承杆21中的孔咬合。
应当知道,可以使用扭转弹簧或螺旋拉伸弹簧(helical extensionsprings)提供使头枕在锁紧机构释放时,返回各自的收纳位置所需的偏置动作。
构成后排座椅的各座椅总成10均具有位于其上的可自动收纳的头枕13。然而,应当知道,本发明可以用于具有有位于其上的可收纳头枕的两个座椅的和没有头枕位于其上的一个中央座椅的后排座椅,或用于具有安置在一排的三个座椅的机动车,其中各座椅具有各自的位于其上的可收纳的头枕。
锁紧机构20由前、后车顶板6和7中的一个的收纳过程自动释放,在本例中由前车顶板6的收纳过程自动释放。
锁紧机构20通过缆线14连接到形成于机动车右侧、用于在其升高和收纳位置之间移动前车顶板6的臂状装置的一部分的一个臂。应当知道,在机动车5的两侧都有臂状装置,但在本例中仅有位于机动车5的右手侧的臂状装置用于释放锁紧机构20。应当知道,缆线14可以由杆联接、链条联接或流体连接器代替。
当前车顶板6从其升高位置移动时,缆线14连接其上的前车顶机构的臂旋转并拉紧缆线14,进而缆线14拉紧将头枕13保持在其各自的降低位置的锁紧机构的臂。这使锁紧机构20的臂从支承杆21的孔中脱离,支承杆21在使得两个头枕13移动到其各自的收纳位置的弹簧的作用下旋转。
因此,在前车顶板6开始从其升高位置移动后,两个头枕13立即被自动释放到其收纳位置。
头枕13可通过机动车5的使用者拉紧头枕13中的一个直到锁紧机构重置的动作而移动到其各自的降低位置。
应当知道,其它形式的锁紧机构可以用来代替图3中所示的锁紧机构。
应当还知道,可以不用从前车顶机构到头枕13的单一缆线连接,而是将头枕分开地安装到后车顶板7,并可以使用分开的锁紧机构。
应当还知道,用于升高或收纳后车顶板的联动装置或机构的缆线连接可以用于释放锁紧机构,或者缆线14可以连接至手动锁闭设备,该手动锁闭设备用于确保前、后车顶板6和7均位于如图1所示的各自的升高位置相遇时合拢。
应当还知道,可不用缆线联接,而用连接到用于控制前、后车顶板6和7中的至少一个升高和收纳的电子控制器的电动机械锁紧机构来释放头枕13。
在这样的结构中,电子控制器可以用来释放锁紧机构,以允许头枕在收到机动车使用者收纳前、后车顶板6、7中的至少一个指令时,或收到与前、后车顶板6和7中的一个或用于收纳前或后车顶板6和7的联动装置或机构联系的、表示车顶板6、7处于收纳过程中的传感器的信号时,移动到其降低位置。
因此总的来说,本发明提供了一种具有头枕总成的机动车,该头枕总成可自动收纳,所以可避免头枕和活动的车顶板中的任意一个之间的碰触。
应当知道,在座椅后排的座椅总成10位于如图2所示的向前折叠位置时,头枕13的收纳防止了在后车顶板7位于其收纳位置时与折叠靠背11和座垫13碰触,在座椅总成向下折叠时适当地收纳后车顶板7必须这样。
因此总的来说,本发明提供了一种在前、后车顶板中的一个收纳过程中自动定位在收纳位置的头枕。

Claims (9)
1.一种机动车,具有可在升高和降低位置之间移动的前、后可收纳车顶板,至少一个具有靠背的座椅总成,可自动收纳的头枕由后车顶板可旋转地支承,以在头枕位于邻近后车顶板的内表面的收纳位置和头枕位于座椅总成的靠背上方的使用位置之间移动,偏置设备将头枕偏置到收纳位置,锁紧机构将头枕选择性地保持在降低位置,其中由降低前、后车顶板中的一个的过程释放锁紧机构,使头枕移动到其收纳位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的机动车,其特征在于该机动车具有前、后排座椅,该后车顶板在降低位置时收纳于前、后排座椅之间。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的机动车,其特征在于该机动车具有前、后排座椅,具有头枕的后排座椅中的各座椅具有可自动收纳的头枕。
4.如权利要求1到3中任一顶所述的机动车,其特征在于锁紧机构由连接到用于升高和降低该前车顶板的机构的一部分的联动装置释放。
5.如权利要求1到3中任一顶所述的机动车,其特征在于锁紧机构由连接到用于升高和降低该后车顶板的机构的一部分的联动装置释放。
6.如权利要求1到3中任一项所述的机动车,其特征在于锁紧机构由连接到用于在前、后车顶板都在其各自的升高位置时保持其合拢的锁闭机构的一部分的联动装置释放。
7.如权利要求4到6中任一项所述的机动车,其特征在于该联动装置为缆线联接、杆联接、链条联接和流体连接器之一。
8.如权利要求1到3中任一项所述的机动车,其特征在于锁紧机构为电动机械锁紧机构,连接到用于控制该前、后车顶板中的至少一个的升高和降低的电子控制器,该电子控制器可以用来释放该锁紧机构,以允许该头枕在收到表示该前、后车顶板中的至少一个在移动到其降低位置的过程中的信号时,移动到其收纳位置。
