发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种含有鹿胶成分的鹿胶山核桃仁,它是由名贵的梅花鹿熬制成的一种滋补中药制剂,与传统加工的山核桃仁配伍而成的一种营养保健的健康食品。它具有壮元阳、补气血、益精髓、强筋骨之作用。与含有多种维生素、微量元素、蛋白质及氨基酸的山核桃仁配伍,它具有益智健脑、补肾固精、壮元阳、补气血、强壮筋骨之功效,它的科学配伍相得益彰,从而成为一种健康营养的保健食品。
具体实施方式:
配方:山核桃仁,鹿胶为主要原料。
      山核桃仁  10%-80%    鹿胶  1%-50%
辅料:饴糖      5%-20%     黄酒  5%-20%
      蜂蜜      1%-20%     蔗糖  5%-20%
      氯化钠    0.1%-1%    冰糖  1%-20%
将鹿胶、黄酒入锅内溶化成鹿胶浆后,去尽水分,蔗糖、饴糖、蜂蜜、冰糖、氯化钠入另一只锅内熬制成滴水成珠不粘手时,将鹿胶浆加入混合搅拌均匀熬制成所需的稠状鹿胶糖浆后,加入山核桃仁后不断搅拌,使山核桃仁均匀粘附着鹿胶糖浆,冷却后不粘手即可,或压制成所需的各种形状的糕点,然后进行包装。

Claims (2)

1.一种具有营养保健滋补的食品鹿胶山核桃仁是由山核桃仁、鹿胶为主要原料,配伍饴糖、蔗糖、蜂蜜、黄酒、冰糖、氯化钠等辅料所组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述鹿胶山核桃仁也可由鹿膏、杏仁、芝麻、葵花子、瓜子仁、腰果仁、大核桃仁、巧克力等为主要原料组成。
