Abstract

Description

用于机动车的窗玻璃升降装置
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的窗玻璃升降装置,所述窗玻璃升降装置包括:
-沿窗玻璃的打开和关闭的轴延伸的引导轨道;和
-用于在阻挡平面中支撑窗玻璃的游标,所述游标在轨道上被滑动引导,所述游标沿移动轨迹在对应于处于打开位置的窗玻璃的打开位置和对应于处于关闭位置的窗玻璃的关闭位置之间移动。
在机动车的门中使用的窗玻璃升降装置一般包括引导轨道,在所述引导轨道的长度上承载所述窗玻璃的游标被可移动地安装。当所述窗玻璃位于下部位置时,通常在关门时听到金属噪音。所述噪音是由所述游标拍打窗玻璃升降装置的轨道而引起的。这种不舒服的噪音损害了车辆的形象。
FR-A-2820451描述了一种在引导轨道上滑动的窗玻璃升降装置的游标。所述游标包括两个将其连接到轨道上的舌形件,从而所述轨道被所述舌形件夹持并且没有间隙地在轨道的整个长度上夹持,允许了避免噪音的问题以及因为游标在所述轨道上的对其和安装的缺陷导致的应力问题。
然而可以想到在考虑舌形件的弹性下关门时游标拍打窗玻璃升降装置的问题并没有通过所述设置被解决。另外,所述复杂的游标并没有保证在轨道整个长度上不存在轨道和游标之间的间隙。
本发明的目的因此在于解决上述问题。
因此,本发明的目的是一种上述类型的窗玻璃升降装置,其特征在于,所述引导轨道包括至少一个凸台,其仅仅在所述移动路径的一个点上在该轨道的表面突出。所述或者每个凸台适合于与所述游标配合,以便在移动路径的所述点降低所述游标和所述轨道之间的间隙。
根据本发明的其它特征:
-所述或者每个凸台沿所述轨道的长度在游标的打开位置设置以便当游标到达打开位置时所述游标依靠所述凸台;
-所述或者每个凸台是轨道的冲压件;
所述游标包括两个沿所述轨道长度的引导块,所述引导块沿该轨道的长度轴向间隔,所述轨道包括两个沿其长度轴向间隔的凸台,两个凸台设置用于分别同时与一个引导块配合;
-所述游标包括两个沿轨道的长度的引导块,所述引导块沿轨道的长度轴向间隔,所述轨道包括唯一的一个设置用于与所述引导块配合的凸台;
-所述游标包括唯一的沿所述轨道的长度的引导块,该轨道包括唯一的设置用于与所述引导块配合的凸台;
-所述窗玻璃升降装置包括:两个轨道,分别具有一个凸台;至少一个可移动安装在所述两个轨道上并且适于与每个凸台配合的游标;
-在存在一个凸台的所述或者每个移动路径的点的外面轨道和引导块之间的间隙为0.5mm-1.5mm;和
-所述凸台位于轨道的表面上,以便沿垂直于窗玻璃的阻挡平面的方向降低所述间隙。
本发明还用于一种含有一个上述的窗玻璃升降装置的机动车辆。

在图1和2中示出了一个窗玻璃升降装置2,其包括引导轨道4,在所述轨道4上滑动的移动游标6和一个窗玻璃8.所述窗玻璃升降装置2用于固定在车辆的车门中,在门的蒙皮和内部装饰之间。窗玻璃8从所述门的框架中出来通过一个为此设置的缝隙,并且沿一个阻挡平面通行。
引导轨道4是直线的并且具有沿打开和关闭窗玻璃8的方向延伸的长度。其在截面上具有工形状,包括了具有两个平行表面11和12的端部壁10。
窗玻璃升降装置2包括两个位于轨道4的端部的滑轮14,16,和围绕所述滑轮14,16结合的缆线18。所述缆线18具有两个固定在游标6上的端部。所述窗玻璃升降装置2最后包括未示出的驱动缆线18和移动游标6的一个电机或者一个曲柄。
所述游标6包括窗玻璃8的支撑板20和两个镶嵌所述轨道4的引导块22,24。板20例如具有八边形状,具有两个大致扁平的沿大致平行于窗玻璃8的平面的表面。它具有比轨道4的厚度的厚度。引导块的外表面固定在板20的一个表面上,所述两个引导块22,24位于该板的两个相对端部上。

每个引导块22,24具有大致平行于窗玻璃的平面的主体。所述主体具有沟槽形式的通道26,所述通道26贯穿地通过所述主体。该主体在所述通道26中容纳轨道4的端部壁10的两个表面11,12,允许引导块22在轨道4上滑动。所述主体具有两个侧面28,30,其在截面上具有镶嵌所述轨道4的壁10的两个表面11,12的U形,正如图3所示。对于引导块24来说也是如此。所述主体在内部具有壁轨道4的宽度和厚度大的宽度和厚度,尽管所述宽度和高度的差别相应地产生了沿垂直于轨道的方向并且平行于窗玻璃平面的间隙和沿垂直于轨道的方向并且垂直于窗玻璃的平面的横向间隙,从而便于所述引导块22,24在所述轨道4上滑动。所述间隙特别为0.5mm-1.5mm,最好为0.9mm。

游标6通过缆线18被驱动运动并且在轨道4上沿移动轨迹在对应于处于关闭的窗玻璃8(图1)的关闭位置和对应于处于打开的窗玻璃8(图2)的打开位置之间还动。当到达打开位置时,在轨道4的表面突出并且在该位置扩大了其宽度的所述凸台32,34分别与一个引导块22,24(图3)配合。在游标6和轨道4之间的间隙降低并且当关闭门时该游标6对轨道4的拍打被去除。
根据本发明的一个变形,游标6还包括一个设置在属于所述游标的凸台的对面的凸台。所述两个凸台因此互补。根据另一个变形,游标6包括唯一的一个引导块22,24,轨道4包括唯一的一个凸台32,34.
根据另一个变形,窗玻璃升降装置2包括两个轨道4,其分别具有一个或者两个凸台32,34和至少一个活动安装在两个轨道4上的游标6,所述游标6适合于与每个凸台32,34配合。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于机动车辆的窗玻璃升降装置,所述窗玻璃升降装置包括:
-沿窗玻璃(8)的打开和关闭的轴延伸的引导轨道(4);和
-用于在阻挡平面中支撑窗玻璃(8)的游标(6),所述游标在轨道(4)上被滑动引导,所述游标(6)沿移动轨迹在对应于处于打开位置的窗玻璃(8)的打开位置和对应于处于关闭位置的窗玻璃(8)的关闭位置之间移动,其特征在于,所述引导轨道(4)包括至少一个凸台(32,34),其仅仅在所述移动路径的一个点上在该轨道(4)的表面突出。所述或者每个凸台(32,34)适合于与所述游标(6)配合,以便在移动路径的所述点降低所述游标(6)和所述轨道(4)之间的间隙。
2.权利要求1所述的窗玻璃升降装置(2),其特征在于:所述或者每个凸台(32,34)沿所述轨道(4)的长度在游标(6)的打开位置设置以便当游标(6)到达打开位置时所述游标依靠所述凸台(32,34)。
3.权利要求1或2所述的窗玻璃升降装置(2),其特征在于:所述或者每个凸台(32,34)是轨道的冲压件。
4.权利要求1~3中任一项所述的窗玻璃升降装置(2),其特征在于:所述游标(6)包括两个沿所述轨道(4)长度的引导块(22,24),所述引导块(22,24)沿该轨道(4)的长度轴向间隔,所述轨道(4)包括两个沿其长度轴向间隔的凸台(32,34),两个凸台(32,34)设置用于分别同时与一个引导块(22,24)配合。
5.权利要求1所述的窗玻璃升降装置(2),其特征在于:所述游标(6)包括两个沿轨道(4)的长度的引导块(22,24),所述引导块(22,24)沿轨道的长度轴向间隔,所述轨道(4)包括唯一的一个设置用于与所述引导块(22,24)配合的凸台(32,34)。
