Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车变速箱。
背景技术
今天汽车变速箱中拥有许多部件,其对应不同的功能,由此变速箱成本高且耗费大,特别是当用来操作换档元件的促动器(例如在自动变速箱的情况中)必须被集成在变速箱上或中时。
由申请人的DE 44 22 900A1已知一种汽车变速箱,其具有固定在变速箱外壳上的连接板,该连接板设置在外壳的向离合装置延伸的区域上,其中变速箱制动器的零件设置在连接板中。
另外从申请人的DE 103 47 493A1中已知一种汽车变速箱,其同样具有一个连接板,在其中提供容纳部,其用于操纵转矩传输部件的至少部分操纵元件。在这里用于变速箱换挡装置的气动操纵缸由连接板中提供的第一缸部分和变速箱外壳中提供的第二部分缸形成。在操纵缸中可移动地设置一个活塞,它与变速箱的变速杆组成有效连接。根据这种构造,在缸中提供一个止动环,它阻止在缸中可移动设置的活塞进一步移动到与缸位置不相符的位置。
根据这种构造证明了它是有缺陷的,这种位于变速箱外壳中的活塞的密封摩擦面引起了浇铸技术上的困难。
发明内容
本发明以这样的任务为基础,提供一种汽车变速箱,其中外壳包括一个区域,在该区域中具有可与外壳固定连接的连接板,连接板上提供接收部,其容纳用于操纵转矩传输部件的至少部分操纵元件以及/或者用于操纵变速器换挡装置的至少部分操纵元件,其中对外壳及连接板的表面光洁度的要求相对来自文献DE 103 47 493A1中的已知设计要低。
这项任务将通过提供一种汽车变速箱得到解决,该汽车变速箱的外壳具有一块区域,该区域中具有可与外壳固定相连的连接板,该连接板中具有接收部,其容纳用于操纵扭矩传输部件的至少部分操纵元件以及/或者用于操纵变速箱换档装置的至少部分操纵元件,其中至少一个需要的操纵缸由连接板中的第一缸部分以及变速箱外壳中的第二缸部分构成,其特征在于,在操纵缸中提供的止动环如下构成,使得活塞的密封摩擦面在变速箱外壳中以及/或者在连接板中由止动环的一个衬套状延伸部形成。
通过根据本发明在环绕密封摩擦面的止动环的延伸部,可以令对外壳和连接板的表面光洁度的要求保持较低,在制造止动环时浇铸技术上就没有问题了。另外在出现生产故障时废品的成本费也大幅度的降低了。

具体实施方式
在图1和图2中以1标出了外壳的变速杆,它与活塞2相连接;活塞2包括一个内衬套4并且包括一个在变速箱外壳5中可移动设置的第一零件6和一个在连接板7中可移动设置的第二零件8,其中活塞零件6和8都包括需要的密封环9。
从图1和图2中明显看出,活塞2轴向可移动地设置在作为变速杆1的操纵缸构成的缸3中,其中缸3的一部分由变速箱外壳5形成以及一部分由连接板7形成以及在缸中提供一个止动环10。最好缸被设计成三位式缸并可能是气动缸或者液压缸。当两个活塞零件6,8邻接止动环时,缸处于中间位置。
根据本发明,止动环10这样设计,使得活塞2的密封摩擦面在变速箱外壳内并且/或者连接板中由止动环10的一个衬套状延伸部10’或10”形成。
在图1中的实施例中,活塞2的密封摩擦面无论是在变速箱外壳5中还是在连接板7中都由止动环10的一个衬套状延伸部10’或10”形成。
图2中的实施例中,活塞2的密封摩擦面在变速箱外壳5中由止动环10的一个衬套状延伸部10’形成。
当然每一种结构性构成,特别是根据本发明的变速器的部件特别是缸和在缸中可移动设置的活塞本身以及彼此的每种空间上的设置,都落在本发明的保护范围内,而不影响权利要求中所给出的变速器功能,即使这种构成没有在附图和说明书中清楚表达。

Claims (3)

1.汽车变速箱,该汽车变速箱的外壳具有一块区域,该区域中具有可与外壳固定相连的连接板,该连接板中具有接收部,其容纳用于操纵扭矩传输部件的至少部分操纵元件以及/或者用于操纵变速箱换档装置的至少部分操纵元件,其中至少一个需要的操纵缸由连接板中的第一缸部分以及变速箱外壳中的第二缸部分构成,其特征在于,在所述操纵缸(3)中提供的止动环(10)如下构成,使得活塞(2)的密封摩擦面在变速箱外壳(5)中以及/或者在连接板(7)中由止动环(10)的一个衬套状延伸部(10’,10”)形成。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车变速箱,其特征在于,所述操纵缸(3)作为三位缸构成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的汽车变速箱,其特征在于,所述操纵缸(3)是气动或液压缸。
