Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及织物带,并且更确切地是涂覆橡胶的织物带。
背景技术
农作物打包机械或者压捆机,代表性的利用可移动地延伸的弹性带,以一种或多种方式处理作物。在现有的圆草捆压捆机中,一个或多个这样的弹性带,在以蜿蜒排列的多个驱动器,惰轮和张紧轮的上和下部通过。所述带的作用是捡拾并将送入的农作物禾捆形成直径增大的螺旋形卷。
一个对于压捆机带来说的问题是它们通常由接合在一起的织物制成。在带中接合是结构性缺陷的源头。最后,随着使用带的过程中的磨损,弹性带最终将在接合处失效。因此,要求一种消除了接合部的改进的环形带。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种环形弹性带,其包括一个或多个加强层,和一个或多个弹性材料层,其中至少一个加强层由螺旋地卷绕以形成螺旋体状的条形成。
本发明的第二个方面是提供一种制造环形带的方法,包括应用第一弹性材料层于带的心轴结构的外圆周表面的步骤;将端部接合在一起;应用织物加强层覆盖所述第一层,其中所述加强层由连续的条形成,所述连续条螺旋地卷绕心轴形成连续的、环形的螺旋体,以及应用第二弹性材料层覆盖所述织物加强层,将这些层切成一个或多个具有所要求宽度的带,随后硫化所述一个或多个带。

具体实施方式
图1示出本发明的一环带10,适合用于,例如,压捆机带,V形带,多楔带,同步带或其它任何完成运行或传输动力的带。所述环带10包括弹性体10,弹性体10可以是单一的结构或可包括基本上平行地并且由相同的或不同的弹性和回弹材料构成的第一层15和第二层25。典型的可用作弹性材料的包括热固性的天然的或合成的橡胶,热塑性弹性体或聚氨酯。如图2所示,第一弹性材料层15卷绕在带结构心轴20的外圆周表面21上。弹性材料层15的端部22,24随后用对缝接头,重叠接头或其它本领域技术人员公知的接合方式接合在一起。接合可以与心轴的纵轴线成任意角度或平行于心轴的纵轴线。
接下来,将第二织物加强层应用于心轴覆盖所述可选择的第一层15。所述织物加强层25可包括任何适合的诸如聚酯,尼龙,聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺纤维或芳族聚酰胺纤维和人造纤维之类的本领域技术人员公知的材料。所述织物加强层是由围绕心轴螺旋状卷绕构成的连续、环形螺旋体状的连续条25形成。螺旋体的角度在大约10度或更小之内,并且取决于所述条的宽度和带的长度。所述环状加强层如图3所示。所述条可是任何要求的宽度,例如,0.5英寸,1英寸,2英寸。所述条可以是任意地搭接或稍微分离开一段距离,小于大约一个宽度。
带10可包括附加弹性层35,55和织物加强层45。如果使用附加织物加强层45,所述附加织物加强层也可螺旋型地接合到心轴上,优选地与第一加强层方向相反。例如,第一加强层可具有第一角取向,举例来说,在卷绕时从左到右卷绕在心轴上。第二加强层可具有不同的第二角取向,举例来说,从右到左卷绕。将这些层以这种方式卷绕可以避免环形带相对螺旋体来回移动的倾向。可选择地,附加织物加强层的材料可以按照惯例使用对缝接合或重叠接合的方式接合。但是优选地常规的织物加强层位于带的内部,并且最外面的或顶部的和/或底部的织物加强层由螺旋条制成。加强层并不局限于织物加强。可拉伸的绳索加强也可用于带体。
在要求数量的弹性层和加强层接合到心轴上之后,所述带的板层或者作为一个整体从心轴移开或者可以切成分开的单个的带,它的限制仅在于板层的宽度和个体的带的宽度。例如,板层的宽度是56英寸,可以生产8个7英寸宽的单个的带。通过切割方式的分离是本领域技术人员公知使用的。所述带的板层或个体的带从心轴上移开并且将其加热和加压以硫化弹性体。
上述带和方法并不局限于压捆机带,并且可以利用于制造其它的带诸如V形带,多楔带,同步带,扁带或其它任何完成运行或传输动力的带。

Claims (6)

1.一种环形弹性带,由一个或多个加强层和一个或多个弹性材料层组成,其中至少一个加强层由螺旋地卷绕成螺旋状的条形成。
2.如权利要求1所述的环形弹性带,其中所述条的宽度为0.15-1.5英寸。
3.如权利要求1所述的环形弹性带,其中所述条由织物制成。
4.一种制造环形带的方法,包括应用第一弹性材料层至带结构心轴的外圆周表面的步骤;将端部接合到一起;应用织物加强层覆盖所述第一层,其中所述加强层是由连续条形成,所述连续的条螺旋地卷绕心轴形成连续的、环形的螺旋体,并且应用第二弹性材料层覆盖所述织物加强层,将这些层切成一个或多个具有要求宽度的带,随后硫化所述的一个或多个带。
5.如权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述条分隔开。
6.如权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述条相交叠。
