Abstract

发明背景
纤维材料,例如合成纤维和天然纤维,是以压缩捆包的形式销售和运送给客户的。
不同方法被用来形成高密度纤维捆包。总地说来,纤维材料被挤压成捆包,并用防护性包装覆盖。但是,常规方法不能形成在上部或底部基本没有中断曲率(disrupting curvatures)的高密度纤维捆包。由于其妨碍高密度纤维捆包堆在一起储存,并且引起解包复杂化,例如在醋酸纤维丝束捆包中,在上部或在底部的中断曲率是有问题的。

发明概述

实施例

Claims (24)
1.一种纤维捆包,其包括:
在上部或底部基本没有中断曲率的高度压缩的六面体纤维材料;
所述高度压缩的六面体纤维材料具有至少300kg/m3的包装密度;
所述高度压缩的六面体纤维材料被包裹材料完全包裹,其中,所述包裹材料通过透气紧固件被固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纤维捆包,其中,所述包裹材料选自透气材料、不透气材料及其组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纤维捆包,其中,所述包裹材料选自薄膜、纸板、纺织材料、无纺材料、薄片材料及其组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纤维捆包,其中,所述纤维捆包进一步包括捆带槽。
5.一种纤维捆包,其包括:
在上部或底部基本没有中断曲率的高度压缩的六面体纤维材料;
所述高度压缩的六面体纤维材料具有至少300kg/m3的包装密度;
所述高度压缩的六面体纤维材料被透气包裹材料完全包裹,其中,所述透气包裹材料通过不透气紧固件被固定。
6.根据权利要求5所述的纤维捆包,其中,所述透气包裹材料选自薄膜、纸板、纺织材料、无纺材料、薄片材料及其组合。
7.根据权利要求5所述的纤维捆包,其中,所述纤维捆包进一步包括捆带槽。
8.一种纤维捆包,其包括:
在上部或底部基本没有中断曲率的高度压缩的六面体纤维材料;
所述高度压缩的六面体纤维材料具有至少300kg/m3的包装密度;
所述高度压缩的六面体纤维材料被包裹材料完全包裹,所述包裹材料包括用于解除真空的机构,其中,所述包裹材料通过不透气紧固件被固定。
9.根据权利要求8所述的纤维捆包,其中,所述包裹材料选自透气材料、不透气材料及其组合。
10.根据权利要求8所述的纤维捆包,其中,所述用于解除真空的机构为可密封的开口。
11.根据权利要求8所述的纤维捆包,其中,所述纤维捆包进一步包括捆带槽。
12.一种纤维捆包,其包括:
在上部或底部基本没有中断曲率的高度压缩的六面体纤维材料,所述高度压缩的六面体纤维材料具有至少300kg/m3的包装密度;
包裹所述高度压缩的六面体纤维材料的包裹材料;和
其中,所述纤维捆包没有真空。
13.根据权利要求12所述的纤维捆包,其中,所述包裹材料选自透气材料、不透气材料及其组合。
14.根据权利要求12所述的纤维捆包,其中,所述包裹材料选自薄膜、纸板、纺织材料、无纺材料、薄片材料及其组合。
15.根据权利要求12所述的纤维捆包,其中,所述纤维捆包进一步包括捆带槽。
16.一种形成纤维捆包的方法,其包括步骤:
配备用来形成高度压缩的六面体纤维材料的压缩机,该压缩机包括至少一个中凸捆包压盘;
将所述纤维材料装入所述压缩机;
通过所述压缩机将所述纤维材料压缩;
由此制成高度压缩的六面体纤维材料;
用包裹材料包装所述高度压缩的六面体纤维材料;
固定所述包裹材料,从而形成所述纤维捆包。
17.根据权利要求16所述的形成纤维捆包的方法,其中,所述纤维捆包没有真空。
18.根据权利要求16所述的形成纤维捆包的方法,其中,所述方法进一步包括在所述纤维捆包上抽真空的步骤。
19.根据权利要求16所述的形成纤维捆包的方法,其中,所述包裹材料通过透气紧固件或不透气紧固件被固定。
20.根据权利要求19所述的形成纤维捆包的方法,其中,所述包裹材料选自透气材料、不透气材料及其组合。
21.根据权利要求20所述的形成纤维捆包的方法,所述包裹材料进一步包括用于解除真空的机构。
22.根据权利要求21所述的形成纤维捆包的方法,其中,所述用于解除真空的机构为可密封的开口。
23.根据权利要求16所述的形成纤维捆包的方法,其中,所述中凸捆包压盘进一步包括凹槽或沟道,以便于在纤维捆包上安置捆带。
24.根据权利要求16所述的形成纤维捆包的方法,其中,所述纤维捆包包括捆带槽。
