Description

锁定装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种锁定装置,更具体地说,涉及一种通过电机来控制圆筒装置的旋转驱动的锁定装置。
背景技术
锁定装置设计成在将钥匙插入圆筒装置中以使圆筒装置转动之后,使与圆筒装置相连的锁定板可旋转地开启或锁定。
一般的锁定装置的锁定板与圆筒装置机械相连。
但是,锁定板与圆筒装置机械相连的这种结构在安全性保障方面存在局限。大部分的锁定装置设计成未经准许的钥匙无法插入圆筒装置中,或者即使这种钥匙插入到圆筒装置中,也不能使圆筒装置转动。然而一旦圆筒装置转动,则锁定板将被驱动,从而解除锁定装置的锁定。因此,试图非法开启锁定装置的人有可能将钥匙或其他类似的工具插入圆筒装置中,以使圆筒装置旋转。而且,一旦圆筒装置被旋转,则锁定装置的锁定将被解除。在其它情况下,人们还可以通过毁坏圆筒装置而对锁定板进行驱动。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,且本发明的目的是提供一种不能通过不法手段使圆筒装置转动的锁定装置。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种除非圆筒装置转动,否则锁定板不会被驱动的锁定装置。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种即使圆筒装置被毁坏,锁定板也不会被驱动的锁定装置。
为实现本发明目的的锁定装置包括壳体和在所述壳体内转动的圆筒装置,其中:上述壳体的内部形成有能够防止圆筒装置转动的突起,同时上述圆筒装置包括电机;用于容纳上述电机的筒体;位于上述筒体前面的倾斜机构,通过电机的正转所述倾斜机构的上部倾斜以与上述壳体的突起结合,通过上述电机的反转所述倾斜机构上的凹槽解除与上述壳体的突起的结合;与所述倾斜机构结合的锁定板接头;以及与所述锁定板接头结合的锁定板。
在本发明中,如果电机正转,则倾斜机构的上部倾斜,以使形成在倾斜机构的上部的凹槽与壳体的突起结合,从而使圆筒装置处于不能转动的状态。如果电机反转,则处于倾斜状态的倾斜机构正立,以使壳体的突起从形成在倾斜机构的上部的凹槽内脱离,以解除结合,从而使圆筒装置处于能够转动的状态。
在本发明中,电机设计成当存储在钥匙的ROM内的代码与设置在锁定装置中的EEPROM的代码一致时被驱动。但是对于这种结构,也可以使用由本发明人发明的、发明名称为“Electronic Lock System”的韩国专利申请公开号2001-0001556的技术。
上述韩国专利申请公开号2001-0001556中公开的锁定系统所使用的ROM钥匙具有不能删除或变更的唯一的电子代码。具有内装有这种电子代码的ROM的钥匙(ROM钥匙)通过输入端子将电子代码存储在系统的EEPROM内,并当输入与存储在EEPROM中的电子代码一致的电子代码时,执行特定的功能。
因此,ROM钥匙根据存储在系统的EEPROM内的ROM钥匙的电子代码,而具有不同的功能。具有存储在系统的EEPROM内的相同功能的电子代码的这些ROM钥匙彼此具有相同的功能。期望将EEPROM的存储区域划分为多个部分,以允许具有相同功能的电子代码存储在相应的部分内。
换句话说,具有存储在同一区域内的电子代码的ROM钥匙实现相同功能,具有存储在不同区域内的电子代码的ROM钥匙实现不同功能。这种ROM钥匙被设置为不同级别。例如,高级别的ROM钥匙控制低级别的ROM钥匙。也就是第1级别即最高级别的ROM钥匙将特定ROM钥匙的电子代码存储在系统的EEPROM内,从而该电子代码被用作第2级别的ROM钥匙。或者,第1级别的ROM钥匙用于删除特定ROM钥匙的电子代码,并改变存储在EEPROM内的第1级别的ROM钥匙的电子代码。此外,第2级别的ROM钥匙将该特定ROM钥匙的电子代码存储在EEPROM内,从而将每个电子代码用于第3或第4级别的ROM钥匙。另一种情况是,使用第2级别的ROM钥匙将该特定ROM钥匙的电子代码删除,并执行特定功能。该特定ROM钥匙执行第3级别还是第4级别的ROM钥匙的功能取决于,该特定ROM钥匙的电子代码已经存储在EEPROM内,该特定ROM钥匙的功能就是第2级别的功能。第3级别的ROM钥匙将该特定ROM钥匙的电子代码存储在EEPROM内,从而将其用于第4级别的ROM钥匙。
预先存储在EEPROM内的另一ROM钥匙的电子代码,在通过输入端子将预先存储在EEPROM内的ROM钥匙的电子代码输入RAM内后,通过对ALU进行控制,可以存储在EEPROM内,或从EEPROM内删除。
如上所述,当ROM钥匙与输入端子接触时,通过输入端子将该ROM钥匙的电子代码输入RAM内,并且ALU鉴定该电子代码,以将预先存储在EEPROM内的ROM钥匙的电子代码存储在特定区域或从特定区域删除。
在根据本发明的锁定装置中,通过非法手段,不能使筒体旋转,且不能操作锁定板。而且,即使所述筒体被毁坏,也不能操作锁定板。

下文将参考附图对本发明的锁定装置进行详细描述。
图1表示根据本发明的锁定装置,其中,图1A表示锁定装置1被锁定的状态,图1B表示锁定装置1被开启的状态。
在本发明的锁定装置1如图1A所示被锁定的状态下,如果将钥匙插入圆筒装置中,则构成位于壳体12内部的圆筒装置的电机被驱动,从而圆筒装置处于能够转动的状态。在该状态下,如果转动钥匙,则壳体12内的圆筒装置转动,从而与圆筒装置的转动轴245相连的锁定板34转动,以开启锁定装置。附图标记44代表用于将本发明的锁定装置安装在桌子的抽屉上或壁橱的门上的螺母。
图2是表示根据本发明的锁定装置的分解透视图,图3是表示壳体的内部结构的剖开的透视图。
参考图2和图3,锁定装置1包括壳体12和容纳在壳体12内的圆筒装置14。壳体12的内部具有前后敞开的圆筒型的中空空间121,以容纳圆筒装置14。容纳在壳体12的中空空间121内的圆筒装置14的转动轴245通过壳体的前开口暴露在外部。锁定板34固定在圆筒装置14的暴露的转动轴245上。钥匙通过壳体12的后开口与位于壳体12内部的圆筒装置14结合,以使圆筒装置转动。
壳体12的前侧比其它侧突出,以便设置旋转限制体123,以限制圆筒装置的转动。具体地说,旋转限制体123可以对圆筒装置14的转动角度范围进行限制。壳体12内部形成有卡环装配槽127,用以阻止圆筒装置14从壳体12内拔出。在卡环装配槽127的后部形成有突起,所述突起构成阻止圆筒装置14转动的旋转止挡体125。
圆筒装置14包括筒体16。电机18收容在筒体16内。在筒体16的前侧设置有电机旋转轴开口161和螺钉装配孔165、167,其中电机旋转轴穿过电机旋转轴开口161延伸。收容在筒体16内的电机旋转轴181通过形成在筒体16前面的开口161而露出在筒体16的外部。
蜗轮183固定在露出在筒体16外部的电机旋转轴181上。用于防止倾斜机构22转动的旋转止挡体163突出地形成在筒体16的前面。钥匙装配装置169固定在筒体16的后侧。钥匙装配装置169能够电识别钥匙内部的编号,并且在结构上能够通过转动钥匙而使圆筒装置转动。钥匙装配装置可以制造为各种结构。
倾斜机构22设置在筒体16的前方,锁定板接头24位于倾斜机构22的前方。
倾斜机构22形成为大致圆板形,在倾斜机构22的上部和下部形成有凹槽221、223,在正中形成有孔225。在孔225的两侧形成有螺钉穿过孔231、233。
通过形成在筒体16前面的开口161而露出在筒体16外部的电机旋转轴181的蜗轮183穿过倾斜机构22的孔225。在倾斜机构22上设置有钩状板簧227。由螺钉229将钩状板簧227的一端固定在倾斜机构22上,其另一端装配在位于孔225中的电机旋转轴181的蜗轮183内。形成在筒体16前方的旋转止挡体163装配在形成于倾斜机构22下部的凹槽223中,以防止倾斜机构22转动。因而如果电机正向转动,则钩状板簧227沿着蜗轮183前进。如果电机反向转动,则钩状板簧227沿着蜗轮183后退。如果钩状板簧227沿着蜗轮183前进,则倾斜机构22向右侧倾斜。如果钩状板簧227沿着蜗轮183后退,则倾斜机构22正立。如果倾斜机构22在钩状板簧227沿着蜗轮183前进时向右侧倾斜,则壳体12的旋转止挡体125装配到形成在倾斜机构22上部的凹槽221内,从而防止圆筒装置整体转动。
位于倾斜机构22前方的锁定板接头24通过卡环28固定在壳体12上。夹着锁定板34的凸起241在锁定板的接头24的前方突出,在该接头24的两侧形成有装配螺钉孔243、245。
装配螺钉26穿过锁定板接头24的装配螺钉孔243、245以及倾斜机构22的螺钉通孔231、233,啮合在筒体16的装配孔165、167内。
如钩状板簧227沿着蜗轮183前进,则为使倾斜机构22向右侧倾斜,在锁定板接头的后侧下方形成有比其它侧面突出的倾斜机构的倾斜边缘247。
止动件32、锁定板34、以及垫圈36通过装配螺母38按顺序装配在锁定板接头24的凸起241上。
装配在锁定板接头24的凸起241上的止动件32与沿壳体的前表面突出的圆筒装置的旋转限制体123一起操作,以对锁定板接头24的转动范围进行限制。
下文将对根据本发明的锁定装置的操作进行说明。
图4表示锁定装置的开启状态,其中,图4A是表示在锁定装置开启的状态下壳体的内部的透视图,图4B表示在图4A的状态下筒体16、倾斜机构22以及壳体的旋转止挡体125之间的关系。

参考图4A和图4B,在锁定装置1被开启的状态下,圆筒装置转动,以使锁定板34处于垂直状态。此时倾斜机构22朝筒体16后退,从倾斜状态变为垂直正立状态,并同时转动,以使壳体的旋转止挡体125从形成在倾斜机构22上部的凹槽221内脱离,使两者呈直角关系。而且,由于形成在止动件32上的突出体325与壳体的旋转止挡体125接触,因此圆筒装置不能继续转动。
如果将正规钥匙插入锁定装置中以锁定开启着的锁定装置,则位于壳体的筒体中的电机18正向转动。然后,板簧227的一端沿着蜗轮183向前前进。在此情况下,固定到板簧227上的倾斜机构22也前进。此时倾斜机构的下部通过朝锁定板接头24后侧突出的边缘247而倾斜。在该状态下,如果通过钥匙使圆筒装置14转动,则锁定板也转动。此时壳体的旋转止挡体125插入倾斜机构22的凹槽221内,以使圆筒装置不能继续转动,从而将锁定装置锁定。
图5A和图5B表示处于锁定状态的锁定装置1。在处于锁定状态的锁定装置1中,壳体的旋转止挡体125插入倾斜机构22上的凹槽221内,以使圆筒装置不能继续转动。
如果将钥匙插入锁定装置中,以开启如图5A和图5B中所示的处于锁定状态的锁定装置,则电机反向转动。然后,钩状板簧227沿蜗轮183后退,以使倾斜机构也后退。在此情况下,壳体的旋转止挡体125从倾斜机构22上的凹槽221内脱离,从而使圆筒装置无法转动。在此状态下,如果转动钥匙,则圆筒装置转动,且锁定板也从锁定状态变为开启状态。图4表示锁定装置处于开启状态。此时形成在止动件32上的突出体325与壳体的旋转止挡体125接触,因此使得圆筒装置不能转动。
工业实用性
本发明的锁定装置可广泛用于电动门的锁定装置。
