本发明方案一种直纺PET与COPET的FDY海岛丝技术,解决熔体直纺生产海岛困难的情况,其特征是采用熔体直纺岛部分是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯高的熔体温度,低的纺丝温度,把常规工艺熔体箱体、管道的293℃下调到286℃、290℃,而海部分的COPET采用低温熔融、高温纺丝;两组份通过复合喷丝板纺丝,经过镇流器环吹,均匀及采用油嘴上油,油架高度根据品种规格确定,可成功纺出合格的海岛丝,两组份既能协调提高可纺性,又减少了PET粘度降,确保不粘岛。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子纤维,尤其是一种直纺PET与COPET的FDY海岛丝技术。
背景技术
传统生产复合海岛丝的技术都是采用切片纺生产的,由于熔体直纺技术有较大的粘度降等特殊性,生产海岛则易发生粘岛,截面岛屿不明晰、毛丝等,所以熔体直纺技术生产海岛丝一直被视作一个难题。
发明内容
本发明的任务是:提供了一种直纺PET与COPET的FDY海岛丝技术,解决熔体直纺生产海岛困难的情况。
本发明的主要技术结构:
本发明方案一种直纺PET与COPET的FDY海岛丝技术,其特征是采用熔体直纺岛部分是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯高的熔体温度,低的纺丝温度,把常规工艺熔体箱体、管道的293℃下调到286℃、290℃,而海部分的COPET采用低温熔融、高温纺丝;两组份通过复合喷丝板纺丝,经过镇流器环吹,均匀及采用油嘴上油,油架高度根据品种规格确定,可成功纺出合格的海岛丝。
这样相对于原来的技术进步效果是:两组份既能协调提高可纺性,又减少了PET粘度降,确保不粘岛。
具体实施方式
在具体实施过程中,采用熔体直纺技术和喷丝板生产,两种组分在组件内部,通过各自分配板分配,在喷丝导孔中按照设计的海岛型截面形状会合形成不相混合熔体流,纺制出海岛结构的长丝。广泛用于床上用品,医疗、列车、实验室等场所。

1.一种直纺PET与COPET的FDY海岛丝技术,其特征是采用熔体直纺技术生产海岛丝。
2.如权利要求1所述的生产海岛丝技术,其特征是岛部分是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯高的熔体温度,低的纺丝温度,箱体和管道的温度为286℃、290℃;海部分的COPET采用低温熔融、高温纺丝。
3.如权利要求1所述的生产海岛丝技术,其特征是复合喷丝板纺丝,经过镇流器环吹均匀及采用油嘴上油。
