Abstract

高炉紧凑式垂直探尺卷筒轴复合密封装置旨在改善卷筒轴的密封效果。该装置置于卷筒轴两端和轴承座之间,卷筒轴卷筒一端为高温侧,联轴器一端为低温侧。高温侧包括由密封盖、压盖和填料环组成的一道密封,与由密封盖和压盖组成的二道迷宫式密封,以及在压盖与卷筒轴之间设密封圈的三道密封。低温侧采用由透盖、密封环、密封圈和密封座组成的预紧式密封。轴承座壳体两端分别与压盖及轴承衬套之间设密封圈,壳体外圈设循环式冷却水箱。本发明采用耐高温、防尘、防泄漏的复合密封结构与水冷式结构设计,可有效防止高炉煤气外泄,避免密封元件在热传导及热辐射条件下老化过快,防止炉尘进入造成轴承磨损失效,有效延长检修周期、排除高炉正常检修及安全生产隐患。

Description

一种高炉紧凑式垂直探尺卷筒轴复合密封装置
技术领域
本发明涉及炼铁高炉的配套探料设备,是一种高炉紧凑式垂直探尺卷筒轴所采用的复合密封装置。
背景技术
目前炼铁高炉所使用的各型炉顶探尺,其卷筒轴密封装置设计不完善,又长期工作在高温、高压煤气环境中,受热传导及热辐射作用的影响,均不同程度的存在高炉煤气外泄,密封元件老化过快,轴承因润滑脂过热炭化,炉尘进入而造成磨损失效等弊端,给高炉的正常检修与安全生产带来隐患,有时甚至造成短期休风停炉的生产事故,现有卷筒轴密封装置存在的问题和弊端亟待解决。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述高炉炉顶探尺卷筒轴密封装置存在的技术问题,提供一种高炉紧凑式垂直探尺卷筒轴复合密封装置,可改善卷筒轴的密封效果,防止高炉煤气外泄,避免密封元件在热传导及热辐射条件下老化过快,防止炉尘进入而造成轴承磨损失效,从而延长检修周期、排除安全生产隐患。
本发明的技术方案是:
高炉紧凑式垂直探尺卷筒轴复合密封装置置于卷筒轴两端和轴承座之间,卷筒轴卷筒一端为高温侧,联轴器一端为低温侧,其中:
卷筒轴高温侧包括由密封盖、压盖和填料环组成的一道密封,与由密封盖和压盖组成的二道迷宫式密封,以及在压盖与卷筒轴之间设置密封圈的三道密封;卷筒轴低温侧采用由透盖、密封环、密封圈和密封座组成的预紧式密封;轴承座壳体两端分别与压盖及轴承衬套之间设置有密封圈。
卷筒轴高温侧第一道密封中可采用耐高温、防尘效果好的柔性石墨盘根环作填料环;第三道密封中压盖与卷筒轴之间可采用硅橡胶O形密封圈。
预紧式密封透盖包括端盖及其调整螺栓;密封环可采用柔性石墨密封材料;密封圈及密封座可采用聚四氟乙烯密封材料。
轴承座包括轴承、轴承衬套和外围壳体,前面所述轴承座壳体两端分别与压盖及轴承衬套之间所设置的密封圈可采用硅橡胶O型密封圈。
轴承座可考虑采用水冷式结构设计。在轴承壳体外圈设置循环式冷却水箱。
本发明采用具有耐高温、防尘、防泄漏作用的复合密封组合,加之轴承壳体外圈的循环式水冷结构设计,从根本上改善了卷筒轴的密封效果,可有效防止高炉煤气外泄,避免密封元件在热传导及热辐射条件下老化过快,防止炉尘进入而造成轴承磨损失效,有效延长检修周期、排除高炉正常检修及安全生产隐患。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图介绍本发明的实施例。
该高炉紧凑式垂直探尺卷筒轴复合密封装置置于卷筒轴15两端和轴承座4之间。卷筒轴15卷筒一端为高温侧,联轴器一端为低温侧,其中:
卷筒轴15高温侧包括三道密封,即由密封盖1、压盖13和采用具有耐高温、防尘效果的柔性石墨盘根环编织成的填料环2三者组成的第一道密封,与由密封盖1和压盖13组成的第二道机械迷宫式密封,以及在压盖13与卷筒轴15之间设置硅橡胶O型密封圈14构成的第三道密封。
卷筒轴15低温侧采用预紧式密封,是由透盖8、柔性石墨密封环9、聚四氟乙烯密封圈10和密封座11组成。透盖8包括端盖8a及其调整螺栓8b。
轴承座4包括轴承12、衬套6和外围壳体5,壳体5两端分别与压盖13及衬套6之间设置有硅橡胶O型密封圈3。
本实施例中轴承座壳体5外圈设置有循环式冷却水箱5a。
卷筒轴高温侧第一道密封能减缓高炉煤气压力、有效阻挡炉尘颗粒的进入。第二道机械迷宫式密封,不仅耐高温而且能大大降低高炉煤气的压力,经试验证明可降低高炉煤气压力3/4(高炉煤气压力一般为0.23MPa)。压力较弱的高炉煤气经第三道硅橡胶O形密封圈14,以及卷筒轴低温侧预紧式密封,加之轴承壳体5两端分别与压盖13及衬套6之间设置有硅橡胶O型密封圈3,可使高炉煤气的泄漏量基本接近于零。此外,由于本发明轴承壳体5周围设置有循环式冷却水箱,可避免密封元件在热传导及热辐射条件下老化过快,同时也可有效地防止因润滑脂过热炭化、炉尘进入而造成轴承磨损失效。经炼铁厂家使用证明:可使高炉探尺的正常维修周期延长两倍,减少了高炉修风次数,确保了高炉的安全正常生产。

Claims (7)

1.一种高炉紧凑式垂直探尺卷筒轴复合密封装置,其特征在于:该密封装置置于卷筒轴两端和轴承座之间,卷筒轴卷筒一端为高温侧,联轴器一端为低温侧,其中:
卷筒轴高温侧包括由密封盖、压盖和填料环组成的一道密封,与由密封盖和压盖组成的二道迷宫式密封,以及在压盖与卷筒轴之间所设密封圈三道密封;
卷筒轴低温侧采用由透盖、密封环、密封圈和密封座组成的预紧式密封;
轴承座壳体两端分别与压盖及轴承衬套之间设置有密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高炉紧凑式垂直探尺卷筒轴复合密封装置,其特征在于轴承座包括轴承、轴承衬套、外围壳体和密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高炉紧凑式垂直探尺卷筒轴复合密封装置,其特征在于卷筒轴高温侧一道密封采用了柔性石墨盘根环作填料环。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高炉紧凑式垂直探尺卷筒轴复合密封装置,其特征在于所采用的压盖与卷筒轴之间所设密封圈以及轴承壳体两端分别与压盖及轴承衬套之间的密封圈均采用硅橡胶O形密封圈。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高炉紧凑式垂直探尺卷筒轴复合密封装置,其特征在于卷筒轴低温侧预紧式密封透盖包括端盖及其调整螺栓。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高炉紧凑式垂直探尺卷筒轴复合密封装置,其特征在于卷筒轴低温侧预紧式密封中的密封环采用柔性石墨材料,密封圈及密封座采用聚四氟乙烯材料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高炉紧凑式垂直探尺卷筒轴复合密封装置,其特征在于轴承壳体外圈设置循环式冷却水箱。
