Description

为了增加署名用薄膜的防伪性质,将称为徽标印刷品并且当在UV光下观察时发荧光的装饰性印刷品施加到署名用薄膜的例如署名区域,即,签字区域。所述徽标即在UV光下发荧光的装饰性印刷品充当安全性特性,它在常规环境光中,即在光的可见频率范围中,应该不可察觉到。

根据本发明,使用高粘度基料提供了具有良好的印刷粘度的漆,其中固体比例非常小。
所述漆优选是装饰性漆。所述基料优选包括聚丙烯酸酯、聚氯乙烯、硝化纤维素、乙基羟乙基纤维素、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯三元共聚物或聚酯聚氨酯;所述漆优选具有20-3000mPas(200rpm)的粘度。
根据本发明使用的漆的固体比例为4%-35%。
由于小的固体比例,在所述漆的印刷和干燥之后,所述装饰性印刷品有利地具有非常小的层厚度,即根据本发明的署名用薄膜具有的优点是在非常小的层厚度下获得在UV光下清楚可见的效果。
在根据本发明的署名用薄膜的情况下,漆的颜料希望地包括发荧光的有机和无机颜料或噻吩-benzoaxol衍生物。
所述装饰性印刷品的漆在印刷和干燥之后优选具有0.1μm-6μm的层厚度。

Claims (6)

所述署名用薄膜的背景具有至少两个背景层和在它们之间的包含漆的装饰性印刷品,所述漆包含高粘度基料并且混有在UV光下发荧光的颜料,并且所述漆在印刷操作和干燥操作之后具有小的层厚度。
2.权利要求1的署名用薄膜,其特征在于所述漆是装饰性漆。
3.权利要求1的署名用薄膜,其特征在于所述基料包括聚丙烯酸酯、聚氯乙烯、硝化纤维素、乙基羟乙基纤维素、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯三元共聚物或聚酯聚氨酯。
4.权利要求3的署名用薄膜,其特征在于所述漆具有20-3000mPas(200rpm)的粘度。
5.权利要求1的署名用薄膜,其特征在于所述颜料包括发荧光的有机和无机颜料或噻吩-benzoaxol衍生物。
6.权利要求1的署名用薄膜,其特征在于所述装饰性印刷品的漆在印刷和干燥之后具有0.1μm-6μm的层厚度。
